After verifying 3-4 stores on JC road, I ended up in Thirumala auto to change my silencer, handle bar and parking light for my bullet. The shop is very reasonable priced and the owner Mr. Kailash and other staffs are honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend others to visit and try.

This place sold me a back rack & saddle stay for my dominar 400 which does not fit correctly, upon telling them that its a faulty product and need to be replaced or exchanged, they made me believe that its alright, and its the same for all the products you get in the market, which is not true, that very day itself the screws of the saddle stay came off while riding back home (obviously faulty prouduct), I kept visiting this place more than 7-8 times and got temporary fixes forbthe same problem and finally spoke to the owner as I was tired dealing with the people there, to my surprise the owner said that he will fix the issue by welding it for me and shall make it into 1 peice, he too did not get the point that they are selling faulty products and customers dont need temporary fixes they need good products as they are paying the price for it and not taking it for free. Not going to visit you again with a heavy heart.Few things I noticed-1. I purchased a handle bar raiser for my dominar and noticed that they kept my original screws with them after fixing, while fixing my back rack I noticed 2 hooks stolen (used for tying luggage in dominar).2. My dominar 400 BS6 is just a week old, and while fitting they just treated it like a scrap bike with all scratches and placing tools on the bike, as in on the paint part.3. They make you wait for like hours and they act like as if they are doing you a favour, it was a bad experience completely for me.

Hope I could have given negative ratings. Bad service. UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour from employees.

The shopkeeper and the mechanic both are not helpful, they just take a loads of time to install new accessories which should only take few mnts or an hour. Costly products which is easily available at cheaper rates in different shops or market. I wont visit here next time.

Got LED headlights for Dio from this place. Owner was friendly and helpful.

The mechanic of this place knows nothing. I had taken mu Duke 390 for getting auxiliary lights installed. The stupid mechanic stripped the ignition wires and directly connected the lights to ignition. Now half of the time ignition switch doesnt work or the lights dont work.The lights should be installed using relay and fuse through battery and not directly through ignition.I have now redid the wiring on my own and everything works fine.

Definitely over priced stuff. No proper exchange policy, I was charged extra for exchanging uncomfortable gloves with another one. The shop keeper was displaying all used items and when inquired for more , he started showing the new inventory with over the roof prices.

Go with your own risk.You get the accessories, but not the fitments.I was happy to get the accessories fitted here, but I realised later that the fittings are not done properly.I had to refit each and every accessory.

Shop is good you have most of the parts for bike if not they will bring it.1. Be sure and firm on what you need otherwise you have to compensate with what they fit.2. Fitting is ok not that great.3. Price is not that negotiable, I am unsure if u r a hard bargainer.4. Check the fittings properly, as they take more time n u end up tired of waiting n wanting to go home as soon as the work is finished.In my case i changed the clutch lever and the break lights are on forever now, due to loose fitting. I wanted to change break lever too and it could not be as it wont fit. I was told that it would fit before purchasing.Do the stickring in a proper shop as they will not agree for any writings.I went on a Sunday so may be the issue.Hope you have a nice time modifying you bike. :)

The shop is being run by a bunch of foolish people. They dont know how to behave and speak with customers. Expensive stuff and it looks like the end for this shop is very near. If you want to know, what arrogance is, visit the shop and you will get first hand experience. Terrible!

I think parts are good/fair, but mechanic is not that great... I changed my RE classic handle bar... My speedometer light stopped working because he opened the front light to adjust wires... There is metal vibrating sound added to handle after the change... Overall not value for money... Have to visit again for right fitment...

They tell you very high price for the accessories or gears here and then give you discount on top of that and they dont give importance to customers also. Very bad customer service and behaviour. Try to avoid this shop until and unless you get the thing u want only here.

After searching on internet for best motorbike accessories, I came across this shop which was near to my place. Service is pathetic. The person who bills here doesnt have courtesy to listen to customer at all. They charge more & if you buy any products here they charge separately for fitting if any.Dont buy here, instead choose other shops in JC road where there are plenty of shops offering products at best price.

The shop owner is quite friendly and helpful. The mechanics ended up screwing up the wheel speed sensor of my bike for which I had to pay myself. I would suggest only to buy here and get things fixed else where

Had a very bad experience with this traders owner seems good in communication but technically not sound this technician spoiled my Harley Davidson fuse system and fixed the horn with out a cutout I huge customer to be carefully wanted to book a case but lack of bill could not move over so please be carefully...with imported bikes but cost he is cheap and better....and same as products....so always better stick in company parts

They got good collection for all riding gears(helmets, knee gaurd, gloves etc). Not every product is genuine and branded but looks very similar to branded products . Pricing point of view they charge moderately and wont come down if you negotiate. So make ua choice well thought and buy only if its worth it.

Has a fine collection of accessories, but i couldnt get most of the accessories for my dominar. It is a busy store with lots of bikes coming in and getting worked on. They are mostly short of mechanics to do the custom works and one or two mechanic would do a lot of work, making the work sometimes inefficient or not upto the mark.One can get parts here foe their bikes, but it is advisable to go on weekdays or one may have to stand a long time to get the work done, otherwise a good store with fine collection.

Purchased a knee guard and some fittings for my bike. Think he overcharged. Checked the knee guard price online and felt cheated. Think he even charged me more for the parts. Think I might have got a better deal elsewhere.

It is definitely over priced.You get a good deal of accessories such as- Handle Grip , Slip On exhaust, Key chains, Lights, Indicators, Fog Lights, Headlight Dome, Handlebars etc

One of the best shop to het your bike modifies, they only sell accessories but there will be mechanics who do the fitting on nominal charge.

I went to Thirumala auto accessories and asked for a upgradation of head light for my pulsar 150 2007-08 model. They suggested me to go with LED bulb (yellow) for 1000₹ including fitting charges ( 800 for bulb and 200 for fitting) instead of halogen bulb aa it has more brightness.With in a week the after getting fitted with LED BLUBS they have stopped working and the bulbs are gone . Mechanics are not that good. They do some jugad not at all professional.Please dont buy these led bulbs .good for nothing .

They have some good and some bad accessories.They will be in a hurry to fix parts to your bike.Some parts are upto mark whereas some are worser than the Chinese. No wonder if those parts stop working from the very next day.I have experienced it and the reply I got from them over a faulty Rs.200 parking lights was NO GUARANTEE NO WARANTEE even though I had spent 8K for some alterations in my bike during the same time.

Overpriced! And the mechanic who fits your accessories has no regards whatsoever for the bike.I went to get a phone mount installed (bought from their other outlet in Langford road). The mechanic was literally manhandling my bike to fix one screw and hide the charging wire behind the headlamp -Later that day, my whole left mirror and brake assembly became loose - I had to screw it back myself.
