Had very bad experience while buying a i20. The unprofessional, unpolished young sales guy - Roshan really messed up the whole experience. I am surprised a brand like Advaith and Hyundai can’t get better sales reps or train them.No customer focus, no respect for business coming in, respect for people....And they insist on nothing less than a 10 in customer rating because Hyundai is strict on customer feedback. I wish they train the customer interacting guys in basic decency while interacting with customers..Success has gone into their head..Despite repeated requests - No RC book, No excess money being returned.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ADVAITH

I had great experience purchasing my new Santro AMT. Everything was smooth right from booking amount to documentation to car delivery, totally hassle free experience. My sales consultant was Mr. Raghu and he was a great person to deal with and he made sure everything promised was delivered on time with proper communication. I have taken i20 elite in month of Oct 20. At the time of deliver representatives are really obedient. Once delivered there behavior changed completely. Till now I didnt get my RC to my hand. First of all they have given wrong number to my car and I used the temporary number plate and travelled to Hyderabad. Imagine if something happens happens on the way what will be my situation.If I want to talk about mainly Roshan the man who misguided from day one. Really not at all happy with this name, always gives false statements. He asked to come to showroom to handover RC on 23rd Jan. I spent 5000 and went to Bangalore to collect RC. I waited till evening to collect and the excuse he has given like a school student explanation. Its wasted my valuable time and money. One rating is also not needed for him and others who involved. Not really happy at all worst experience to me.

I am updating this to 3 stars !! Only because of accessories person, he was not available most of the time and also not so responsive and the cost of accessories is too high. I asked for fog lamps he told initially that it is not possible to install it at all, so later when I asked if it was not possible to install then why the company would give the provision. Later he told Installation is difficult and asked me to change the head lamps itself. He was quoting 8k for fog lamps I dont think it would cost that much.Same way he misleaded me to buy some Zon music system instead of Sony saying it could hamper the warranty. And the zon system I installed is too slow and highly unusable.@owner of the showroom please take car of this.Purchased i10 nios today and had a great experience with the delivery got the vehicle within 2 weeks with registration and all the procedures done thanks to Anupriya mam for all the help...
