I got Nexon xza+ dual tone Red from Key motors on 10 Sep 2021. My spoc was Anand, who is one of the best in my car buying experience. I have contacted few other dealers also - TATA, Hyundai, Ford. But no one came close to the kind of prompt responses as Anand. The delivery was smooth and done as per our wish on Ganesh Chaturthi. I would completely recommend this dealership if any one is looking to buy a TATA vehicle. The two most important things which I liked about this showroom was no body ever pushed us on buying accessories or extended warranties or even insurance. It was all about customer’s choice. And during PDI I was given full freedom to inspect the vehicle for more than 30 mins. Nobody rushed me for that. Only after full satisfaction, i had paid the complete amount. Kudos to the team for such a smooth buying experience.

Our first car Altroz got delivered from Key Motors. The deal was handled end to end by Mr. Naveen Kumar N. We had great experience from the showroom and services provided by Mr. Naveen were remarkable. He took personal care in making us understand all the minute details about the car, financing, maintenance and even helped us in getting the car timely delivered. All the paperworks were done very smoothly.

Fake people...Fake promise. I booked a car and they given price protection & 75 days waiting period. But after the expiry of due date they are not ready to inform next delivery date. Now they told price protection was there at the time of booking and now due date is over as vehicle is not allotted within due date. The delivery got delayed from key motors side and the very intention of taking a price protection to cover the future increase in ex-show room price of the vehicle. They just give fake promise to get the bookings after booking response to customer is pathetic. So, I have cancelled the booking with key motors. My suggestion is to do not go with key motors for peace of mind.They have a common dialogue that global issue, no supply but how other showrooms issuing in time.?

I walked into Key Motors just to test drive a Harrier and not really buy it. Little did I know that I would become a fan of the beast! Nandish was my sales representative and he did an excellent job of explaining all options available for me and helping me take a decision. Every time we walked into the showroom, we were treated with utmost respect. Update: Sales executive Ajay is the most careless and useless person to deal with. If you are assigned same person, say No for your peace of mind.Avoid going to these guys for your peace of mind! Pathetic customer service, zero communications, full of lies and fake promises on deliveries. They act as if they are giving cars for free and treat customers with least respect. Keep saying sorry and your booking is our 1st priority things and doesnt do much. I have been waiting from 2 and half months and listening to many delivery dates and postpones but car is not even allotted till now. Last week they asked me to get my finance ready for next week delivery and now they postponed it to august end and communicated it in Whatsapp giving no reasons. They even use test drive vehicle having too many issues including steering vibration, noise and doesn’t bother much on customer experience. Avoid going to them and spend your hard earned money and precious time on someone else. Sales executive assigned to me was Ajay.

It was a very long waiting period to get my Nexon because of shortage in semiconductor, pandemic and much more hurdles, but Ajay has helped me with the solutions and tried his best to deliver my vehicle. Overall experience with key motors was good but disappointed only because didn’t get delivery on expected timeline.

Worst experience ever. No proper response on the delivery and you will not receive a single call if the delivery is getting delayed. I waited for 6+ months and I cancelled my booking. I got my vehicle from other dealers within very short time. Please book with an alternate dealer also when you book with key Motors. You will see the difference. No value/respect for customers. One good thing is they refunded the booking amount as promised.

I purchased tata tiago XZA+ from key motars pvt ltd on28-6-2021 though it is delay in delivery due to covid and lockdown.I would like to remember Shantharaju who welcomed me with smile earlier when I visited first time for test drive and asked me humbly how could I help you. Later he convinced me the reason for dealy.I was really impressed with his behaviour and softwords.Such employees are always assest to the company.

I usually dont give reviews but our sales executive asked me to. And he surely deserves a good review. We were a bit hesitant to buy a car initially but he came at every call we made, bought us almost all the variants of Tata Nexon to check out, and really advised whenever and wherever it was required, even to the point of what coating would be good for the car because of my dog putting scratches on the car. So if you do visit this showroom, be sure to ask for Mr.Shantu

Not the best experience. I am really not happy on how the consultation was managed nor the cancellation. I believe staff can be educated with what they are actually doing, they are unaware of the subject of their role. There is a a lot of communication gap. Finally I ended up cancelling the booking and even refund procedure was hectic where I had follow up a zillion times to get my money back. They are non responsive to calls too and hang up as per their convenience. Even the guy who came for the test drive with us, is not aware of the features of the car Utter chaos and confused staff…

Overall I had a good experience with the service and personnel here....I picked up my Altroz from here.Delivery was done within the promised time, I had a hassle free experience.Special call out to Mr. Murali who was my sales consultant, he did a fabulous job right from the time of getting the car for test drive, explaining everything about the car, the purchase process and providing me timely updates.Good experience, I would recommend considering this dealership to pick up your new car.

Very bad service. They dont deliver as promised. Issues I had as below.1) Loan processing team was not interested in processing my application, they were worried only to give leads based on their preference rather than not considering customer time and preference.2) I got my loan processed by myself during this time s well there was delay in providing the document from showroom person.3) After submitting the DD as well the team is not ready to deliver the car until the DD is cleared which takes 3 days :( very bad state.4) complete process is very bad, they dont take any extra step to make customer experience better.

Initially I had booked XM varient despite of high demand I was waited for 8 weeks, even though one of the best sales executive in Key motors Mr.Syed managed very well in allocating Tata Nexon XM(S) very soon and delivered it in same week after my confirmation for XM to XMS.I would like to thank all the Team from Key motors , specially Syed who was my executive and Sowmya minni. Syed use to respond to all my call and clarify all the doubts very patiently, I cant belive he has that much patience in answering all the queries. Smooth Loan procedure done and got it everything ready in 2 working days. After allocation of my Car , He allowed me to do PDI at there stock yard and follow up with Insurance and make us understand about the add ons and gave best quote all inclusive.I had asked for RTO Temp registration and Syed did it without any issue, but yet go for permanent registration with the hope and confidence him it will be done soon without any issue.And Syed managed to get it done the Fastag even though backend people are on leave that day, coz very next day I supposed to travell and that day was very crusial to me to get the Fastag sticker, He managed very well and get it done.I would say Key motors one of the best show room in south banglore. This showroom is like a government office. Full of Employees, but no one cares for the customer. You can see this, as you enter the showroom. You have to follow-up multiple times to get any work done. Visit it to understand how a mismanaged Showroom can be. Tata cars are excellent but buying experience sucks, apart from long waiting.

They dont take customers seriously... They will not tell alot of things.. Customer service is not good.. Tata motors should work om their hospitality.

This is located at prime place for Nexon EV charging. 24/7 EV Charging facility available but very disappointingas they park Other Vehicles in EV charging point. You have to ask them every time to move the vehicle to park our EV to charge.Off course metro is running right in from of this.

While writing the review, It should be divided into two parts. Review about the vehicle and review about the Key Motors.. Driven the new Safari for last two days. Experience is amazing. A fantastic vehicle which exceeded my expectations as few features I have not seen in youtube or any website and only realized after driving the wonderful safari.About my second review of Key Motors Kanakpura Road Bangalore. There is no option of 6 stars otherwise I have chosen 6 stars for high degree of professionalism shown by Key Motors in general and Mr. Anand in particular. Mr. Anand never hesitated to speak with my 7 year old kid explaining about rooftop to him. Ofcourse, on the day of delivery, I was engaged too much with my work to travel to Key Motors showroom to take the delivery. But Mr Anand gave me a wonderful surprise to deliver the Safari at my home. Thanks Mr. Anand.. Keep it up. Booked nexon.They told 10 weeks. Waited 23 weeks. But didnt get it. Then cancelled the booking. They wont reply. Sales person and manager both were same. They will say i will check and get back but they never call back. Went other Tata showroom near Urvashi theater and i got my Nexon.

Finally got my Nexon delivered today after a long wait of 6 months. Worth waiting. Sales representatives are responsive and polite, special mention to Shashi who assisted us in the complete process.

The representative with whom I was working was too good. His name is Murali. Very accommodating. Every question was answered with full honesty. He had all the patience in the world. He is a true salesman. I havent made the decision yet for the final buy but it appears if I go ahead with the buy then a significant contribution in the decision is because of Muralis handling of sale.

These people are making us fool bumy giving wrong commitments..where the nexon waiting period is 8-10weeks, we waited for 29weeks still these key motors people dont have any information when there will b a allotment and delivery takes place more over every day they are just blaming tata for not providing them information ...shame on key motors as well as tata.treating customers as they want...frustrating experience and please dont buy from key motors

I have booked my car 5 months ago and still awaiting for its delivery .Branch manager told that I still have to wait for month at least , when I booked the car I was told that I will get the car with in 3 months and it seems I will get in 6 month.I am really really frustrated and upset and regret now with my decision to go with key motors .Other show rooms like KHT , Prerna motors are doing delivery max by 2.5 months. I am feeling cheated .These guys are not trust worthy , guys pls be watchful before booking any car here

I made a best choice!!!Wonderful customer service, good ambiance, and friendly environment.When I visited for the first time for Tigor XZ+, I had many concerns including delivery, but right from the beginning Mr. SHANTANRAJU from the sales team helped a lot in the process of explaining and faster processing of the documents. The best part is, even on his absence (Sick leave) also he managed to deliver on time.Even the team from Insurance, and other customer service also did their best to complete on time delivery.I definitely recommend Key motors for the prospective buyers.

Its very bad experience, almost 6 month passed and still they are not able to deliver the car.Over the phone they are telling next week allocation will done and afterwards 10 days will take for final delivery.Dont buy any car from key motorsIts very pathetic.....zero rating from my side

I had booked Nexon in February end as they had promised to deliver the car in 8 to 10 weeks. From then on there is not a single call from them regarding any update. Every week I had to call them and ask for the update. After few months customer relation manager is not picking the call. He just sends a message saying In a meeting, will call back and never calls back. Finally had to go to the showroom personally to get to know the status. Even after that they do not respond to the calls. Now they say it cant be delivered before September 1st week. Its more than 6 months from booking. My friends warned me before booking a Tata car. But I negelected as I wanted a 5 star safety rated car. Now I repent my decision. Had a very bad experience. Even if they make a 5 star safety rated car, at the end of the day mental peace is one what everybody wants. Untill they improve their customer management, I will neither be recommending Key motors nor Tata car to anyone.

I have booked Nexon on 16 th Jan 2021 and I haven’t received it yet . The concerned team says we will allot every Monday but it has not been happening. The executives and staff is good and polite but the main thing of delivery is very laid back and delayed. No proactive communication of delay in delivery. It’s very frustrating to wait for 5 and half months to get a car delivered. I am not sure if it’s Tata motors delay or the dealers but end of day customer has to suffer. Please look for other dealers if you want early deliveries of your cars

The review was on the basis of factual events that accused between Nov 26th 2020 to April 2nd 2021. However, after my dogged determination to hold the dealership and Tata Motors responsible , they assigned Mr Dharmpal from Key Motors to do the damage control. After speaking to him, and after getting what is rightfully mine, I am tempted to refine my ratings purely keeping in mind his ask. However, this will compromise my integrity and I will not be able to fulfill my responsibility of providing factual and accurate reviews to my audience.Therefore, I am going to stand by my review but I would like to put on record that whenever things seem to spiral out of control, in your dealing with Key Motors, please reach out to Mr Dhrampal who is the Head Sales with Key Motors directly. He is very approachable and genuinely concerned about customer feedback unlike Tata Motors personnel and the rest of the duds in Key Motors whose dealings with customers, can at best, be described as purely transactional.In the future if I have any transactions with Key Motors (which is quite improbable in foreseeable future) and if that transaction is smooth, I shall review and revise my ratings---------------------------------------------------------------------What does one expect from a car dealership? Transparent pricing, reasonably on time delivery, ethical dealing, systematic processing and some respect to the customer. I had the misfortune of buying a Tata Harrier from them. First they botched up the registration by registering at Jayanagar RTO instead of Electronic City RTO.. next they cancelled and refunded the amount I had paid for essential pack and never told me that they have cancelled the essential pack. I was only expecting the refund for Gold AMC and the excess money I paid before my bank loan was approved. Then they dispute what is clearly mentioned in the checklist and deny you whatever you signed up for. Endless discussions then follow and they openly declare that they do not care about consumer courts and they have enough people to take care of that etc etc. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience. Like your birthday. When you expect presents. Quite honestly, dealing with Key Motors makes one feel like they got punched in the nuts on their birthday.🤣😂 More seriously...the best think to do is to find a different dealer. In the unfortunate event that you find yourself dealing with them, please do a pre delivery inspection. Look doe yard scratches. Do not accept delivery of the vehicle if you are not fully satisfied. If you do, that is what you are going to be stuck with.

Formalities were pretty smooth until we get our car (ALTROZ OZ) delivered. it was karnataka bundh when we took the keys, but we wanted on that day itself. Mr.Rohit took all safety measures and came to the showroom just to deliver the car for us in the late evening even though he was off. To be frank I was bit sceptical about buying a Tata as many people informed me not to.. but when I and my mom entered this showroom there was a sense of comfort there you can ask any sort of qst they are patient.. I had asked for test drive next day and Ms Sindhu Sree has arranged one for us and next day we went in and booked the car. Even though there was a problem with loan processing Ms Sindhu took care of it very very well and made sure everything was right and on 28/10/2020 we got our car and we thank key motors and Ms Sindhu for their effortsAnd I suggest this showroom hands down for any one who wants to buy a Tata.

We had booked a nexon on 3rd Jan n our car was alloted by Feb 1st week but they gave it to someone else they r very partial and have no respect for their coustemers.... highly disappointed and they have no ethics in their work.... this is one of the worst place and we would recommend u to plz not go to such a place where they have no work ethics and do partiality.... GET WORK ETHICS OR CLOSE THISHAVE RESPECT FOR ALL THE COUSTEMERS

A very happy customer experience is what every customer wishes when they visit any place to purchase something . I visited two or three showrooms in Bengaluru . The difference between this showroom and others was that I was kept informed of the right things at right time . They always valued my time , which was more than important for me .I got Tata Nexon XZ plus optional from here .When I reached the showroom , I met Rayees Ahmed who was the sales advisor assigned to me . He provided full details of the car and was very soft spoken . He arranged a test drive for me and without hesitation answered all my queries , without thinking about the time I was taking , and that too with a smile . This is what I did not find in other sales advisor at other showrooms in Bengaluru . Well done Rayees .Rayees handled the entire process very smoothly , right from the booking to the delivery . The vehicle was delivered to me within a months time of booking , which was a surprise for me , as the waiting period which I researched was much longer .Coming to the showroom , I think it is one of the best showrooms TATA motors has . Proper seating space , proper sanitization , proper toilets and you get bottled waters in case you forgot to bring your water . The staff at the showroom are very courteous as well and are ready to help the customers .All in all , a very nice experience . Thank you to Key Motors and Tata Motors for delivering Nexon on time with care .

They don’t even respond to calls, they don’t respond on the times committed, their 15 minutes could be days , if you call to follow up, shamelessly they put you on hold for eternity and even if you disconnect and call back they don’t even pick calls. Looks like the dealership is taken to while away time of the customers or prospective customers
