Vijay was great, well maintained centre, knowledgeable, I would like to say to be little more cautious while fixing the wheel as they broke the speedometer varum which costed me extra 350 rs to fix it .. Overall experience was good .. wanted to give 5 stars coz of the damage reduced a star. Vijay helped with the availability of stock along with photos..

The explanation provided was impressive and the service was completed soon. Was in need of changing the stock tyres of my 2012 Honda City and came to know of Tyre Empire in Brookefields from my apartment complex group. Mr. Sandesh (whos the proprietor) was extremely helpful in laying out multiple options (in terms of brands and tyres upsizing). Based on my driving dynamics which is largely within the city, Mr. Sandesh recommended Yokohoma E400 Earth1 tyres (though many more costlier options were available, he did not try to palm them off on me and that says a lot in my opinion). In the process of dismantling the tyres, one issue came up w.r.t one of the bolts having been tightened incorrectly in an earlier service which required that the entire bolt be changed (out of the scope of the tyre change work). Mr. Sandesh took charge of getting that fixed too for an extremely reasonable charge so that the entire process was completely hassle-free for me. Replacing all the tyres including wheel balancing and alignment totally cost me ~INR 19K which seemed a reasonable price especially given the quality of work that I saw done and the punctuality that was kept (they asked me to drop the vehicle at 0930am and when I landed at 0920 hrs was pleasantly surprised to see them ready to receive, 1330 hrs was the time for delivery and was promptly kept). Mr. Sandesh also made every possible effort to ensure that the tyres being given were from the latest batch and with a very recent manufacturing date. An excellent experience overall

Ive recently got my Renault Duster AWDs tyres replaced from Tyre Empire Brookfield and and I would say the experience has been good from the pre-sales to post-sales. I dont feedback with 5 stars very often as I am very observative and have attention to minute details.Sandesh did a good job in fielding all my technical queries related to the All-Terrain tyres I had shortlisted and even helped get in touch with the Continentals representative to take on my technical questions related to tyres specs, speed ratings, load index, psi ratings, material, life, handling, grip etc. This gave me confidence that I was going for right tyre based upon my driving requirements especially when I travel with my family. I finally picked up the Continentals Cross Contact AT tyres.Id also like to mention about the technician Mehul who did the replacement of my cars tyres and helped with fitting the Sensairy Internal TPMS system along with helping in final adjustment of it for the mobile app. He is very competent and meticulous on his job. He made sure that the new valves did not have any leakage by testing them multiple times and did a great job in the wheel alignment and balancing. Hes very much able to explain the things on technical front too.Overall a good experience. All the best and continue to be nice and customer friendly.

Recently had a tyre change with this store(175/60r15) for my honda city....I wanted to visit madus....but my friend recommended to visit tyre empire and he wanted me to meet mr.sandesh for the consultation as I was facing issues with stability and down clearence with my car ....let me share this experience...they welcome me well..and ambience was well ...listened tomy problem and gave me the solution...with suspension modulator and upsized the tyre to 195/60/15 with Yoko gt need to speak about the technicians Mehul one more peron..changed tyres and fixed the buffers....really happy with the service...highly recommend store ....

Located right on the main street just before the Naturals Salon, can be easily spotted. The store is relatively new, hence not too crowded. I went there for WA and WB, their service was excellent. Mr Aqueel explained in detail about each steps and the entire process to understand things better. I liked the way he explained things. People who are looking for Wheel Allignment and Balancing must visit this place, instead of getting it done from the respective Service centers. These people are real professionals and the charges are reasonable too. Again the charges are very transparent and well explained.

Today I visited the Tyre Empire Brookfield shop for my xuv 500 tyre change. really got amazed by the staffs there specially NANDAN & SANDESH they have great knowledge about tires and tyre services, they explained me pros and cons of all tyre brand. I took 4 continental tires 235/65/17 as recommended by NANDAN as per my driving usage. special mention technician mehul and akhil who explained me every service process they were doing never seen people take so much care for your car even in company workshop. everything was done in a matter of time along with explanation of every details of tyre change and related service. the technicians also made me knowledgeable about how to maintain my tyres like how often I should check the tyre pressure, and do the next balancing and align along with rotation which is most important part of all. I came down to this tyre store(Michelin) in brookfield, professional people who know wat they are doing.. Met Mr.Sandesh here at the store did inspect my car tyres told me what life is left in the tread 1.9mm and similar for other tyres. My usage was mostly highway so he told me to go with upsize which was the best recommendation for my vehicle, thank u sandesh..It took over an hour for the process, where sandesh and the service guy where giving me knowledge on how they align and balance vehicles.. Told me how I can improve my fuel efficiency with proper balancing and alignment also to maintain my air pressure.. Totally loved the time spent here..
