I faced with a puncture and given the stipulations of the insurance folks not to move, I had to park on the roadside. This was at 6 AM. The only way I could get support was via ReadyAssist and I got in touch with them. Krishna & Arunkumar interacted with me, gave me a mechanic named Naushad who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic not only helped in fixing the puncture but was also helpful in sharing tips on how I need to place the jack and how I need to change the wheels when it is punctured - by replacing it with the spare wheel. The way you are calculating the Towing charges is ridiculous. From my home services center is hardly 3 KM. But you are calculating from HSR layout as starting point and taking round trip charges for your vehicle. Which translates to 111 KM.

My scooter broke down in the middle of the road, and turns out the fuel pipe had burned and needed to be replaced. I called ReadyAssist and the call was picked up immediately by Kavitha, one of the friendliest customer care executives I have ever encountered. She explained all the costs to me before taking my booking, and was very patient while we were trying to figure out my location as well. My wonderful experience with ReadyAssist continued when Prabhu, the technical assistant came to my location within less than 20 minutes and got to work right away. He explained the problems to me and made sure that I understood what went wrong. The price of the service was nominal, and I know now where to go for all my vehicle related services henceforth.

I had a Tyre that was punchered and I googled for on site service. I got to know about Ready Assist, Syed Touhid was the technician who fixed my Tyre and he did an excellent job.

I was stuck at night 1:00 as my car battery drained. So I tried to reach the road assistance for BMW, but no one answered the call as it was late night. Worst ever road assistance. Then I searched on Google and came across ready assist. I didnt expected them to answer my request as it was late night 3:00. But I was wrong, they answered my request, enquired about the problem and within 30 minutes they sent their agent with a jump starter and an extra battery. They saved that night. Syed Touhid came to fix my flat tyre. While the tyre said tubeless on the outside, it was nevertheless with tube! He offered to put in the stepney instead. The actual amount to change the flat was Rs. 531, but since it was a stepney change I was charged Rs 400, somewhat on the higher side but thought the job was well handled under the circumstances of lockdown. Car breakdown.1) ReadyAssist never share the details of the mechanic to connect and guide the route directly. Always enrouting calls through call center. Irritating2) The mechanic wasnt able to address the issue... when next day took the car by towing the vehicle to our regular service station, he just saw the car & said its a battery issue. Mechanic from ReadyAssist was not able to ascertain the problem. Why? But very conveniently charged me for no service.Highly disappointed 😞

Talwinder Singh was very professional and did his work patiently and in a very professional manner. He inspected all the tyres of my car and repaired all the leakages. There was one screw and one nail in one of the tyres but there was only one puncture since the nail did not penetrated the tyre and was only on the upper rubber of the tyre. He only charged me for one puncture and rest all his efforts were to make customer happy. A nice person with good professional ethics.

HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE with READY ASSIST & TECHNICIAN NAUSHAD TODAY MORNING.I was out for quick grocery shopping before10 AM. Due to not using the Car for many days during the lockdown my Cars Batteries drained out on the road. Being an Automatic Transmission I couldnt even push start it.Neither my Insurance Companys( Future Generali) road side assistance nor Renault were responding to my calls.A friend suggested Raedy Assist eThey were able to deploy a technician for Battery Jump Start Assistance in about 40 Minutes. In order to ensure he had egidtered the right location where I was stranded, they even connected me on conference call with the technician twice without my calling them for any follow up.Technician NAUSHAD arrived soon. He new his job very well, he first tested the Battery with an Ampere Meter & only thereafter he connected it to the additional battery he had brought with him. I noticed that he connected the Jumper Cables very carefully & correctly ( Having lived in Canada for long I quite familiar with Jump Start Procedure).
