Very transparent, affordable and approachable. They sent the pictures of the issues to my whatsapp and asked for confirmation with proper estimate for each work. Also mentioned in detail the must do, deferrable works. They even followed up after the service to know the condition of the vehicle and drive quality.

Worst service I went for wind shield fitting there. The finishing was incorrect everywhere it was dust inside car and and line of glass they didn remove the come. When I told them then also didn bother to finish it clearly. What we prefer they wont do. What they tell we need repair that part like that they talk

The garage was best of its kind not because of the very expensive tools and machines but for the very dedicated and talented mechanics. I have taken my ford ikon to repair my damaged silencer. Before taking to NEW sigma, i have taken to few other garages around the area in kanakapura road. All of them suggested me to go for a new silencer as the silencer was damaged totally which they told me would cost 5000 roughly. With my last try i have taken the car to NEW SIGMA, where the manager Chandra Mouli attended himself the situation and asked his mechanics to have a look. they had a look and repaired it for me by atttaching a new pipe part which was taken from scrap very perfectly that it became a new silencer. They charged me 1350/- which was fair amount when had a look at their craftsmenship and hardwork. Thank you NEW SIGMA and thank you MR. Chandra. You are right person to lead the team. I suggest everyone to go for this garage for the best experience.
