They will call us 1000times when the vehicle service is due and when there are open items pending at their end, nobody bothers to update you on status despite multiple follow ups, no response.

I had very bad experience with mandovi motors . Last to Last week I had given my car Celerio for general service in mandovi motors . After the service I had received final bill of 8349rs but in that they have added 4200 labour charges its something I have never expected . Service included oil change and general service only. They loot the customer simply adding labour charges. In fact the labour charges in the bill was higher than the actually other charges. This is completely unacceptable. Be carefull before visiting mandovi.

I have given My S- Cross Vehicle for servicing Last week, Apparently my vehicle was due from Past one Year, for servicing. Because of Covid and non usage of the vehicle, it was not left for servicing.But there was a repeated follow ups and reminders were given to me.The staff are efficient and they are very Professional in there working.Thanks to Deepa for here continues follow up and Mithun for getting the vehicle done well as per my request.On the whole the vehicle servicing and the customer satisfaction was taken care well.

Good service, I wanted fog lamps kit for my Ritz and they sourced it within an week. They were also able to fix electrical problems that were caused at another service center. They have technically qualified people and that makes a huge difference. On the main road, so easy to access and reach.

The main incharge is a thorough professional and do not cheat like other centres.. great experience, hope all the service centres are honest like this.

In the beginning they made great efforts to offer you good service. But nowadays greediness has taken over them. They keep jacking up extra services and spare items in one way or another to push your final bill. Earlier they would take your vehicle for test riding along with you to find root cause of problem. Now they just rush you through. But compared to some service centres like Sagar and others, theyre still better.

Technician stresses more on optional repair and replacement which. Customer consent is not taken prior to any new repair and replacement which was not requested resulting in high bill.

But proved otherwise, felt more at home than in a home town service outlets. When reported minor flaws afterwards, the service personal have understood them and rectified to my statisfaction. Took my Ciaz for PMS 40 K. Had a Dent @ Fender which was requested to fix but the paint job was below par. The Service was OK but the Cleaning was not done at all, better I would have cleaned it myself. Grease allover the Seats and below Beige Mats. Really did not expect this from Mandovi where I had real good experience from Previous Mandovi - Pannemangalore. At last I feel my car was more cleaner before I had given to service than post service

Manager and his staff are extremely polite and workaholic. The Manager, Mr.Rajesh Bhatt, is seen attending to customers in urgency himself when his staff is busy. He fixed my cars windshield wipers himself when his staff was busy and I would have to wait. This center works on Sundays too. Pick-up and drop service is available for Car service.I give this service center 5 Stars.
