I purchased duke 200 from KTM Banashankari branch, it been two months but still I didnt get my bike registration and there is no proper response also if you are planning to buy KTM bike please go for some other dealer.Also raised complaint with KTM India (ISR 827288) but no use.Worst service even they wont deserve 1 star.

I have got my duke 250 serviced from them. They are reliable and helpful which is what we look for in a service center. They also are very meticulous and hygienic.

I got my bike in November. Wrost manager no response, no responsibility, has no sense in talking with customers. I havent received my bike registration for 8 months. I have a filed a compilant in consumer court. Dont buy bike from this branch.

Visit this showroom only if you are going to book the bike. They don’t have any test ride vehicles. In my visit there were no staffs other than the receptionist who doesn’t have any idea about the bikes. You can see some of the models. But not all models are there. Its better to visit mekhri circle ktm showroom. Overall i was not happy with the costumer service provided.

I got my 2017 Duke 390 from here, had 20 days waiting time. Only bitter experience was that registration of the bike tool 1 month. Other than that everything is OK.Service section is good. They looked on to all the issues I reported and fixed promptly.

Its a small KTM showroom in hoskerehalli Banashankari... This KTM showroom told thousand rupees more than compare to Rajajinagar KTM showroom... I have enquiry KTM Duke 250 abs version. I have taken test drive of KTM Duke 250 and KTM Duke 125. Duke 250 is has more power than Duke 125 but new design has changed the world. The test drive bikes have very dusty

Missbehaving with customers handling very rudely which is worst specially about service manager felt very worst experience i suggest few of my friends to not vist this service centre again...

I purchased Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 from this showroom. Mr. Girish and his team is honest and trustworthy. Before coming here I was in touch with other dealer and found they provided bogus information and made false promise to sell the bike.All issues are addressed well and they are excellent at customer service.This showroom is hygienic and all COVID-19 measures are taken here. They give quality time to each customer. They don’t rush to each customer who enter showroom and leave the present in middle.Reach out to Mr. Girish for any KTM/bike related queries. He is just awesome!

I have bought the bike 4 months ago and still waiting for registration to happen. Showroom owner is not reachable for any issues. Managers are totally irresponsible about the progress and very passive on responses... my friends who bought bike from other showroom at the same time are literally laughing at the showroom as their bikes got registered in 10 days..

Have been using their service for my D390 and happy with the outcome. Place is a bit too small for the sheer capacity of vehicles that pour in. I have been on the beaten ed a couple of times due to this as they could not check my vehicle. Technicians are knowledgeable and attend promptly to the issues. Recommend this place.

Its a very well maintained and looked after service center. They handle the customers with humility and care. They very well take care of customers. Good and punctual service and delivery. Cost is also reasonable. Ill recommend this over every other service centre, this is the best!

The place is decent. The people there are not punctual at all. Planning is worst and the old man sitting there, is the worst part of the showroom. Doesnt at all know the meaning of customer experience. Very blunt and rude while dealing with their own employees, so want will you expect his behaviour with the customers.I had no option, thats why had to take my bike from this branch, as it is close to my place to Banashankari.Kindly dont take it from here, if you are expecting a good customer experience. Service is good here, well planned, but sales section is unplanned and not upto to KTM level standards.

People over here treat you well by explaining all required details about the vehicle. One bad thing i felt was when i took Duke 250 and 200 for a test ride, one person from the showroom will sit as a pillion and let you ride the vehicle just for 500meters that too the road is full of speed breakers one of the worst experience for me. Later i requested showroom people for another ride with a good riding stretch in order to have a good feel of the bike to decide whether to buy or not. But after requesting for another ride, the showroom keeper said i should test ride the bike with my own bike after buying one for me this sounds funny. Also i asked about RTO registration he said it will take 45 days to get a number it seems. I asked for reason, he replied saying that since its a high-end vehicle the registration takes more time. Sounds funny. In my opinion please dont opt this showroom to buy your dream ktm .

I went to check Chetak Ev the showroom is under construction, they didn’t approach me until I go and ask them not offered a glass of water also, one person explained about vehicle but they didn’t provide test drive. Worst experience I will not refer any of my friends or colleagues.

Worst customer service that youll experience on earth

Staffs there dont respond properly. We should call for them to come always.. they dont even resolve the issue properly and should be explained them always.. but the answer they give does not match to the question asked.. had a very bad experience

Im totally dissatisfied... I bought bike from this showroom which was near to me.. before purchasing the way of treating was good... after taking the bike total behaviour of staff changed.. idk wt they havent given any documents like invoice.. services book etc... only they delivered bike. After I only call them and asked. after tat they gave insurance one day another day service book. Showroom think we dont hve work I think.. since 2 weeks they havent given me temporary no also.. *THE WORST SHOWROOM EVER*

These guys are the worst when it comes to servicing. After an year or two your bike will come out with lots of problem and these people wont refine it instead theyll say its common with KTM bikes.

Sales advisors doesnt have anyknowledge about the vehicles and also doesnt have updates on upcoming vehicles.

Takes a lot of time for registration. Very lazy, about one month and my bikes still not registered. Like a government office, youll have to visit them 10 times to get one thing done. Delivery was good, service I dont know.Just annoys me how lazy these guys are.Zero care for the customer once you buy a bike, till the day you book it theyll be all nice and lovely.

It use to be really good with sales and after sales. But now a days there is no one to take responsibility for after service. If you go with some minor issues you come back with lot more issues

Called them up couple a of times to schedule a test ride of one of their bikes that I am interested in. The cold response from their salesperson Raghu is No, we cant give test ride!!!. Did not even bother to explain why. Do they really expect someone to buy a two wheeler without test riding it? Your customer service is quite bad KTM.

Very good service for bikes

Very bad in sales. I bought my Duke 390 here in Jan 10th 2018. They gave me old stock 2017 version bike. They gave only one key with the bike. Then after a lot of fight they took my bike from office and got duplicate key from local shop. Service is also not good. Most of the issues dont get addressed.
