UPDATE: I finally got the refund after months of follow up.I had a pretty bad experience when I asked for a refund on the booking that I made on a bike. I requested for a cancellation and refund in February of 2021 also filled up the necessary form given for the same. Today is 16/7/2021 havent got my refund yet, whenever asked for an update was told it will happen in 15 days, a week etc. If anyone concerned can look into this it would be helpful

Visited here this afternoon for a test ride of Duke 200. Entered the showroom, there wasnt anyone to greet or ask what in regards. So myself went to the counter and enquired. They dont seem to be interested to sell a bike. Finally got a bike to test ride and it seems fine and returned. The security game me my proof back and none again to ask how was the experience and proceed further. So had to again approach counter myself who was busy with his mobile. Checked on road price and returned. If Im getting this bike, it would be from another showroom, not from here

Had one of the worst experience here. No one to attend to a customer. Waited 20 minutes for somone to come and attend my query.No information provided on any bikes, no paperwork, no enthusiasm to provide info, no info related EMI options.Moreover, the finance guy says if I check your eligibility, you HAVE to purchase the bike.Didnt receive a call back even after going there and providing all details.No regards for the customer and no professionalism.Was planning to purchase a bike but with the experience I had, was in no mood to even enter the same showroom again.

Helpful and courteous staff, and a good looking showroom. Pretty useless for test rides, as they are as good as a quick vroom around a roundabout. Would recommend this showroom if you plan to buy a new KTM. This is just a showroom - not a service outlet.The manager is a really helpful guy! If you wanna buy a KTM in bangalore, this is the place to go.

Not good dude I went wanted a test ride of adv 250 but it was under service even 390 adv and the staffs are also least bothered about staffs and busy with their mouth plays with their colleagues and I was disappointed with the test ride I had at last with the Duke 390 it was full of vibrations and it felt like the bike is gonna break into pieces if I didnt stop. Poor experience with bike, staff and hospitality

Guys please read this review very carefully.Whether to buy or not is your decision!Its not a one time expense.It is a recurring costly affair.You have spend to like anything.Once these people sell there bikes.After service is worst.They just scam money.To tell you an good evidence please check Kasturba service centre of ktm they dont even have a helpdesk or phone number to answer our queries and after every visit its an stress.Lot of small faults in bike ( out of 100 parts you will have to face issues in 50 parts every year) thats 50 visits. You have to visit service centres each time. Just remember instead of easing burdens and creating happiness in life.It will be a burden, problem and stress for you with every interaction you will be disappointed.Pockets will become smallerStress and headache will become largerBetter to go with Indian bikes for Indian roads indian mindset for Indian style.

A wonderful showroom with very courteous staff. Though I didnt buy my bike here, the showroom manager provided me a test ride within 5 mins of me walking in. Will easily recommend this place to anyone whos planning to buy a KTM!!

Salesman not interested in showing the bikes. When I asked for a test ride he said it wasnt available, buy outside many test vehicles were parked. As a customer I felt like there was no respect on their end. Spent my time just idling in the store with all the people sitting in the reception no caring about the customers. Worst bike experience for me. Would recommend you to go to other branches of KTM.

The staff here at KTM Langford are amazing and very helpful. They were very patient and nice and helped me make a decision on my purchase here without being persuasive about it. They also went out of their way to help me out on getting my bike customized to my taste by the time of the delivery. All in all an awesome showroom with a very helpful and cordial staff. This place is not recommended, the staff took 15 mins to even greet me and help me with some basic explanation, They sound very disinterested to customers queries, they must understand that selling a bike is only when they introduce the customer to the performance of the bike. Bought my first KTM here. Good response from the staffs here. Only drawback is that is they have only sales section and no service section. Itd be great if they start servicing section. Rest everything is simply awesome 😊

I bought my bike from KTM indiranagar, and the reason I bought my bike there was because of the manager Edwin Ashley, hes very caring, looks at your needs as the priority, and my journey from buying the bike from him has been an absolute pleasure. Hes now in Langford road and trust me when I say this, hes the best executive and an amazing person from whom to buy your vehicle from and clarify your doubts about. I would recommend to the maximum to but from this outlet :)

Most horrible service. I purchased a duke 390 last week and then until I purchased the bike and took it they were all sweet and nice after I took delivery, they did not even care I have been calling them since 4 days and they have not picked the call or called back regarding my registration number.I suggest everyone not to go here as they show one side before you buy it and after that they don’t care a bloody damn about you.Very very dissatisfied and disappointed with them. The mekri circle is a better choice honestly!

I bought my KTM Duke 200 here because I heard it was the best KTM showroom to walk in from my friend and I dint hear it wrong. Staff are very friendly and especially I would prefer Danny and Edwin because they are very helpful and super friendly. Any prob they will reach out to you asap.i would recommend this showroom to anyone anyday.

There is not test ride bike it seems. For first 6-7minutes, nobody attended us. Its pity that they neglect prospective buyers as time passers.

Worst experience from the showroom salesman. I went to book Duke 200 and I dropped it because of the attitude from salesman.

One of the best showrooms in Bangalore. Very experienced staff and sales persons. Even more efficient PDI crew. A person by the name Thirumal provides excellent services for the bike. He checks the bike making sure youre good to go. A huge shoutout to him.

Every one is money minded. And they ask the labour however. And all the thinkings are costly compare to other stores.

Ppl wont explain u properly about vehicle before delivering. They promise 10L petrol at the time of delivery but fuel gauge shows half tank. No good lighting in the showroom. It appears like a workshop.

I Ride KTM I ride SAFEI purchased my ktm rc390 2016 from langford KTM showroom with slipper clutch wow this feature is boon riding this bike was butter smooth and hassel free i claim 28kmpl milage in city and 33-34kmpl and i could do the top speed of 180kmph.My only preference to Add sheel speed fuel its smooth and gives the best performance.
