Boys who work here and the owner of this place is just awesome. Works closely with customers. Explained details of the job. Recommended stuff and asked if things are good on each cleaning step. For the price they are offering, its a steal deal. Took complete car interior detailing and my rotten car interiors came back to life. Owner even offered me his bike to go for breakfast and had an amazing experience here. Just look at the pics to see what Im talking about.

Have been getting my bike washed for couple of months now. Love the way they take care of the vehicle. The prices are slightly higher than other places but its totally worth it.Hope they use a paddock stand next time around.

The staff were on time and picked up the car from my house and did deep cleaning of interior and exterior. The service was impressive, they dropped the car after cleaning within 1.5 hours which was quicker than I expected. Value for money.. greatly recommended.

Reasonable price with high quality cleaning is really recommended... So far have had great experienced, well managed team. Boys do great job.... if expecting good and clean wash in quick time this is the place to visit.....especially weekdays....

Nice place. The guys looked professional. Hope they wear mask while working and if possible they can put sanitizer spray or something after cleaning.

Staff doesnt listen to management. Service has become very poor.I was getting my car and two wheeler service since oct2019. They way service is being done now from last two times, its really disappointing.

I have used them a few times and must say that the team there does a good and professional job. I have always left from there satisfied. They also are competitively priced. It might be a little difficult to spot them but they have put a banner facing the road. Seating while the caris being washed is also available. They could do by adding a few comforts for the customers waiting.

Fairly a descent place to get a car wash. Usually but during the day and weekends. Afternoons and late evenings are fairly free and if you wish to get a quick wish done , that will be the ideal time. They even do daily car wash at apartments if there are good number of customers and also does a pick up and deliver at your doorstep after wash.

I have been visiting this place the last couple of times. Its not a professional car spa so keep your expectations minimal and they do a great job with it. So far have tried their full wash including an interior cleaning and havent been disappointed. I havent tried detailing or polishing hence refraining from comments. If your expectations is to get a clean car in a quick time, this is a great option. They have five to six boys who can work on two to three cars in parallel and reduce your overall wait time. Thumbs up from me.

This place is good to have a thorough wash, cleaning of your vehicle.

Very good service and they frequently take customer feedback while on job. No arrogance observed with the person who attended my vehicle. Salim did a really great job in getting the vehicle detailed internally and externally. He gave the vehicle a full shower and under chassis wash. As foam based solution wasnt available, I was promised a complementary wash next time I visit there. It was my first time there and would hope it stays my preferred care centre for my cars.

Very good experience and satisfied with interior and exterior wash

This place is probably good for cars wash only, not for detailing. They didnt have proper equipment and expertise for rubbing, polishing and waxing.. a small hand help buffer with old pad broke down in 5 mins and they couldnt complete the job.The guys at shop promised to correct it next day, I called back on number provided on Google - talked to owner/manager who asked for 3-4 days as one staff member had some personal emergency ... But no one has called me back leaving my car with unfinished detailing.Definitely not going back to this place for car detailing.

Quick service got it done for my hatchback charges were INR 500 clean vaccum done inside, expect queue on weekends 40 min to 1 hour time totally

I called them for interior and exterior cleaning package, This is the second package worth 1399. It mainly concentrates on interior detailing. The guy came on a two wheeler and not the whole van. The had told 3m products are gonna be used but i didnt see any 3m product being used. only one guy was sent and he was slow. Had to stand and tell him the missed spots. He took close to 3 and half hours. the exterior cleaning only involves wash in it apparently. He didnt even wipe properly. No polishing was done. They dont even give ac vent sterilization spray in this service. They told it will cost 600 Rs more to only spray ac vent sterilization spray. Didnt find it worth the money or effort. Not a very professional procedure they follow in the cleaning.

This is one of the best places to get your car washed. I just casually used their services once last year and since then i have always used them as they are professional and also enaures that you dont spend too much time qaiting. The owner is also very accomodative and friendly and I would suggest that you take up their monthly or yearly package. They also have a tie up for getting denting paintaing work done and they have done excellent work on my car.

I had pre booked a doorstep car wash for two of my vehicles for 9:30-10 am on 21st March. The appointment was taken by Hashik who even sent a confirmation message. However on the day of the appointment, nobody turned up until 10:45 and then I received a call saying their vehicle had broken down and that they would reach my place in another hours time. He also promised to call as soon as they would start after repairing the vehicle, however I never received a call back nor did they take my calls. I left a message to which their was no response either.My family and I had planned our morning according to this and ultimately we had to all leave home in dirty, unwashed cars thanks to the absolute Unprofessionalism of KarSpa. This was my first and last time with them, appalled by the behaviour and lack of response. I run a Mobile salon myself and in my 4 years of business, Ive never ignored calls and messages from a client and vanished at the time of the appointment, absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Buck up KarSpa!!
