I was diverted by other staff regarding engine oil check, coolant check.By that time , the refueling was done and I was given a bill.The fuel didnt show up on indicator nor the range increasedThought some issue with my car fuel indicatorI checked by a drive and refueling today.Nothing was wrong with my car.So, dont get distracted.Get down from vehicle , Monitor the meter and fuel flow closely

Shell petrol pumps staff are full of scammers. They will try to scam innocent and ignorant drivers by telling bad things about car, and will convince to get filters/coolants get changed by them. They will fill up any generic coolant, which may not even be suitable for your car. Avoid Shell by all means.

Good, they will accept all cards and Paytm as well. Some times crowd is more and we need wait to fill petrol.

The Petrol Pump is yet open. Still under construction but looks like it will be ready soon.It will be great to have a petrol pump here as there is none nearby.Shell has always been known for their quality and service. Hope they start the operations soon.

Shell petrol pump is open but Rs 6 above other petrol stationsFuel is available but air is available.Quality of fuel is better than other petrol stations in the area and good mileage and but the price is higher by Rs 2 than other petrol stations. They don’t charge any money for checking Air it is free instead of paying money at other petrol stations.This is the only petrol station in Domlur area.The other petrol station on old airport road is closed or no stock all the time.Rs 2 is charged for Rs 200 using credit card and depending about the amount

This outlet by far is the worst Shell in Bangalore. The place is congested with quality of fuel nowhere close to the Shell standard. Look at the fuel efficiency in turquoise blue in the attached picture under the same driving conditions. Most of the time the staff claim normal petrol of out of stock and bully customers for VPower, and they’re not only rude but also harsh on your car. The guy who filled fuel this morning literally slammed the fuel lid and I was shocked. The owner should tell the staff that fuel lid actuators are expensive affair and not to fiddle with them!

Im visiting this Petrol Pump regularly for filling. I never faced any issues with the fuel quantity. The place is good. Even you can relax here for some time and can have a cup of tea or coffee and the best part is itll be open 24*7.

If somebody filling petrol from this place please check whether they are actually filling fuel or not. I just filled the fuel for Rs100 and not even rode for 4 km and my bike got stoped. Then I checked the petrol tank and no petrol left. The worst experience.

Yesterday i filled diesel but it was fully mixed with other petrochemical fuel...now it affect on engine. worst experience.. guys dont fill petrol here it may affect your vehicle engine. better go for any other petrol bunk.

I recommend not to visit this petrol pump if u want your vechicle to be in a good condition.

People please be careful while refilling fuel in this pump they are mixing fuel with other fuel it may effect your vehicle engine, it is better to avoid this pump and even after complaining also they are not taking any on them. shell company you better please check and take a serious action otherwise it will be problem for your company only.

Never visit this place again. Fuel is full of mixture. I put power diesel in my duster and now my car doesnt start. Showroom service claims its diesel problem and its complete mixture. I have to completely remove the remainin 15 litres of diesel.

As usual the quality and service is very good. You can check and change engine oil. Place to sit and refreshment kiosk with snacks. PayTM is also accepted along with card and cash.

Recently i pilled power petrol in this shell pump to my bike fz16 and after a few day i came to know that when i noticed more smoke coming through my bike silensor. So, i visited yamaha service centre and checked regarding this and they confirmed that this is because of mixed fuel which I fueled by shell petrol pump domlur, I got charged 2k to repair my bike. After this i contacted shell petrol pump manager they are giving useless excuses and they dont even bother about the customers vehicle. So please i request not to visit this shell petrol pump and share this to everyone guys lets not spoil our vehicles for their business.

Hi Guys, I want to share my experience which I had in Shell Petrol Pump which near Intermediate Ring Rd Amarjyoti CO-operative, Irr, Domlur banglore .yesterday i was there to fill the fuel and today morning i got to know that some adulteration of fuel has happened with my vehicle .Few days before also i had faced some issue regarding fuel filling .I had been to petrol bunk in the noon, the bunk was lillte rush with many two wheeler vehicles.i asked them to fill tank for 200rs , wat they did was they dint set the meter for zero they continued the previous persons meter and added petrol for 150rs and immediately cleared to 0 for next customer. This is how they cheat, especially ladies must be extra carefull in petrol bunks .so plz keep your vehicles away from this fuel station .

Few days back I asked them to fill my vehicle for 200rs fuel, I checked with zero before they proceeded. I also got the bill for the 200 rs fuel. I usually set my trip kms to zero whenever I fill the fuel. Later after 20 kms I was shocked my vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. when I checked my fuel tank, the tank was completely empty. Next day when I went back to same shell petrol bunk. I explained them what happened, the answer they gave was really disappointing, they were not at all ready to agree what I was trying to tell them. And they were arguing with me only, instead of giving me the solution. They were trying to prove they were correct and there was some mistake from my side.

Something adulterated in petrol. However facilities are good like they provide container for taking petrol to your distant vehicle, u need to return it within 2hrs. They deposit Rs.200 as security money.

Felt very bad. They cheat people with fake fuel flow. Simply meter is running and give bill but fuel is always 50% lesser than actual.

Just went there this morning. Extremely arrogant staff. Because of poor visibility as you approach the place, I just missed it by 5mts. So I took reverse through the exit as there was hardly anyone else there and it wouldnt cause any inconvenience to any other customer. But the staff asked me to come back through the entry gate, else they wouldnt give me fuel. If i had to do that, because of the location, I would have to go take a U-turn at Domlur flyover, come back and take another U-turn after EGL and then come into the bunk through the entry gate. Which would have been approx 5kms for me. Pls remember its not that Shell is the only option in the area. There are 3 fuel stations on old airport rd and one more in domlur. So I drove off to the HP fuel station and filled up a good full tank where the staff was more courteous. And I swear to never fuel up at a Shell again, and I swear to pass on the word to my friends and family

I visited in April, 2018. There is only v-Power petrol. I was about to travel over the weekend, so, I filled full tank petrol in my car and wanted to check pressure in the spare wheel. The staff was so rude, they dint allow me to do so, as there was one more (only one) car waiting. Thats my first and last visit there...

Then we ordered for Regular cappuccino which as per there menu on board was showing 49 rupees however she charged me for 79rupees plus tax (which is the cost of takeaway) .later when asked she is shouting and arguing that she charged me correctly. then other person from same petrol bunk was able to understand and tried to explain her that she charged wrong. she was not ready to accept and then she says its for mini.. where as on the menu on open board outside and also inside its showing as 49 rupees for regular cappuccino. Recently I Re fuelled my pulsar 150 for 500 Rs , Got of 70km for that, this is not first time, happend to me 3 times before that, and checked by Refuelling with other petrol pump, getting normal mileage, only the quality of petrol is good, but we wil get very less petrol for that money

The petrol prices are higher. You have a general store here. Washroom facility available. Staff is courteos and friendly. Air facility available.

The fuel is adulterated and vehicle used to drag after filling from this. But, nothing happened when filled from indian oil.

Fuel is okay, but never get your tyres filled with air here, instead of filling air from 30 to 33 psi, they expelled almost all the air, and soon after thinking its a puncture I unnecessarily wasted my time at a repair store who pointed out later that its not a puncture but somebody deliberately removing air.

There is NO normal petrol available here.. Its just premium.. Howz that there is always technical problem only for Normal petrol, why not for premium. Is it a business strategy or a mismanagement.?

Been there a couple of times and similar behavior. After repeatedly telling to fill with normal fuel, they would fill with the premium one and stand clueless at the end and say we did not hear. Unless there is an emergency, would skip.
