Bangalore wheels yamaha service center at Rajajinagar is a genuine service center where customer interaction and customer satisfaction is taken care at prior.I had a very good experience with Jayanth who took my bike for service and informed what need to be replaced also after replacement, parts were kept aside to show me this and this has been replaced.I would really appreciate Jayanth and also Victor who was supportive with good customer interaction.Thanks Bangalore wheels service center for wonderful service.

Very pathetic behaviour from da staff of ds showroom.. They are not ready to give any service, they just told me get it outside! If I have yamaha bike dn for servicing I will go to its showroom na, Why I wil go to other places!!

Stupid people s, they assures Free service while purchasing bike now, they are charging 1k for 1 service, too bad .. we Suzuki Access also they are doing free service, these money looters not like that.. and After service they didnt check break and all, Disc break wont work because they put polish oil on that, so Be careful while taking delivery.. Worst service.for my fz25 3rd service they did handle greasing for that removed handle bar set. Again not fixed it properly. After some days headlight unit mounting Bush broken because they mounted handle improperly.I had braking issue. For that they told to replace brake pads. After replacing brake pads and brake oil also brakes are not properly working like before.if I will ask them means they will not check technically. Theyll just soap wash the discs. Technician cant solve the simple problem.All staff behaviour is not good.

If you expect good quality of service for your bike, stay away from these service center.1. Attender doesnt have depth knowledge to determine the problems by self2. Delivery call was poor, even if they called we have to wait hardly 30mins.3.Before billing they wont allow us to check whether our problem was fixed. And at initial we said any of the problem they are asking us to bring after 2 days.4. Trust me, the first 5 free service were good, not best. Later on, you will realise the quality of service even after paying double the free service i.e 2.5k. its not at all worth it. After my 6th service, my r15 V3 feels like a 10 year old bike. The gear shifter is somewhat rigid & not comfortable like it used to be & the list goes on, I wont waste my time trying to explain pin to pin details, the service is simply not good. They charge too much money, do little work. Next time, I am not damaging my bike ever again. I will never visit this service centre again, you guys should stop coming to this service too. Save your hard earning money, dont waste here. You could get still get better service with just half the amount i.e rs1500.

TOTATLLY PATHETIC.I had been a loyal customer of this service center. For past 5-6 years i have not been to any other service center then this. Used to like the quality of work done here.But my past 2 service experience has been the worst. The quality of service and overall experience has simply gone down.Even the simple things arent taken care. Like,1. Washing: My bike wasnt washed at all. They simply splashed it with water and no proper cleaning with soap or shampoo.. I could see muds all over.2. Chain was lubed without even cleaning it. The mud and dirt was all over the chain and they simple lubed it. (even i can do that at home, whats the point of paying for chain lube and cleaning.)3. Never expect any proper response if you are calling the service center to enquire about your bike service status.There are many more points, but these three points are enough to know the kind of service they are providing right. TOTALLY PATHETIC .If the owner or management is reading this then, Im sorry to say that I have to look for a different service center for the future works on my bike unless you make some necessary change, improve your work like 2-3 years back and provide value of the money you are charging.

I wanted to get my bike service done. But after reading the reviews what I understood is this service centre is so worst with worst mechanics. And owner is just replying thank you with contact number for all the negative reviews from past one year. That means owner is not taking any action looks like hes also not bothered about anything except making money. And he will not be successful if his attitude is like this. Atleast for few negative reviews he wouldve taken strict actions and improved overall experience of customer. But this is what lacking. Please dont cheat innocent people like this. Ill never visit your service center and harm my bike by myself.

Really worst experience in this center 2 times .I give a bike 2 times in this centre both time also paid but bill paid problem not resolved. Once we paid the money then no care about issues resolving of bike issue . If I ask problem not resloving then told others matter. I think not professional workers or management.

Aftr service felt issue with break ,it was very irritating to again take back to service and get it repaired and it really wasted my time and not worth

Everybody deserves a second chance as per their reply. They did not deliver on promised day. They called me and asked me to come by 6PM Saturday after I reached it was told that they are doing it and will take time I waited till 7:30. Then they say break bush is gone no stock and ask me to come back on Monday. How is that my problem? I had to wait 4 days to get my bike back. Had given on Friday morning and received Monday afternoon.As asked second chance was provided.. No more service here again! Thanks

There was a minor problem in my bike for which i visited the service center. the bike was repaired in 20 - 30 min. however the billing took more than 1hrs. the service center needs to work in this regards to make the process smooth

I had experienced daylight robbery in this service center. All of a sudden my bike FZSV3 tank cover came out. I did a bit of research about this issue in Google & found that many customers have reported the similar issue. Its a manufacturing defect. The next day I visited this service center Bangalore Wheels in Rajajinagar Bangalore and they were not willing to replace the part under warranty service coverage. They said that since I have missed 2 services they cannot claim it under warranty coverage and also they give a cheap suggestion to put fevikwik. I agree that I have missed 2 services because of Covid19 lockdown. I was not in town and travelled to native on the day lockdown had been announced but my bike is here in Bengaluru. When I returned from native I immediately went and did servicing. Also, as per service policy, the company has to facilitate free service till 2 years from purchasing or till 30000kms running. In my case, none of these criteria are met. My bike ran only around 5000 kms so far.  However, I have paid the amount and replaced the part.

I gave my Yamaha R3 for service here and it costed me more than 10k - which i am okay with if the service was done properly. The bike stopped and failed to self start within a week after the service. The technicians are taking forever to do the correction. I am being told that the battery is dead as it showed correct voltage reading from the service centre. They asked me for a picture to get the correct replacement part and it looks like the back seat was never removed. The screw threading are slipped. Bad quality service and pathetic customer service. This was one of the only good Yamaha service centres in Bangalore for R3 and i travel about 20 kms to give for service all the time. This was the last time i ever gave my bike here. Thanks for the support and service from team Yamaha.

Best Yamaha service centre. Every detail or complaint is addressed very patiently and the bike or scooters are take care of utmost care.The owner is a rider himself and is known very well and held high in the riding fraternity.All the technicians are well trained.Would definitely recommend Bangalore Wheels as the OE Service point for all Yamaha vehicles be it new or old and even legends.Their spares ship has all the things required for the latest gen models to few legendary bikes too.

Overpriced...!! For a scooter general paid service with oil change and filters replace would cost around 2k..Staff doesnt even ask the customer if they need the old replaced parts.. dont know wheather they replace it or just put it up on the bill.

From last 7 years getting my vehicle serviced here because without any other options. They take only 20 vehicles per day and deliver same day. Beyond that one have to wait for 48hrs. Its best to know your number and ask the staff about the delivery time. The reason they give is insufficient staff. When there are more vehicles Yamaha should work on getting more mechanic to service or they shall cut down the sales. There are no other option for Yamaha service.

Have been getting my vehicle service done here since 2014 , initially the service was good but frm last couple of year the service have be pathetic every time after the service some of the nuts and bolt would be missing ,how careless??? Aftr the service breaks shall not function,moreover labour charge is more than repair cost, I would suggest you all to go through your bill befer you make payment.

They have all genuine parts and enough of man power for servicing, but noticed lack of checking all screws, greasing and wireing. you find write service engineer then he does good work. Else again we need to visit the for the minnor work.

Its extremely bad experience with Bangalore wheels yamaha service center . Its just 6 months before i bought yamaha FZ bike. Bike is very good but when it comes to service , they are charging a heavy service cost . Its really disappointing . I will not recommended anyone to go there.

Worst service center ever. I dont recommend for those who want their bike healthy. They dont do service properly and charge money as high as possible. My vehicle was service in this place while returning home after getting service done bike rare began to make huge notice which was very irritating. When I asked them they were trying to escape from there responsibility very worst worst worst 2 times also faced the problem very worst

This service centre is extremely good.They good perfect service.The locality is absolutely good.Nearby distance can be accessed easily.The service charges are according to the service done.Sometimes they do offer more price..but its for a genuine reason.

Situated a bit inside from Rajkumar road. It would be really good if it was on the main road. Staff are very friendly. Quality of service is good. Only downside I feel is that they collect vehicles from our end for service at around 9 or 9.15 am which is too late. They return the vehicle as promised on time. 5 stars to them.

Im a big fan of Bangalore wheels showroom & service center ... But they have disappointed me this time with very bad service... I had kept for 3rd service of my bike... Only oil was changed ... Chain lubricant was done without washing the chain (dirt is still there) .. No body wash done... Most importantly bike fork oil seal is open after service... When I enquired about it each one telling different stories.... Zero customer satisfaction... Bangalore wheels service center still remains as one of the best in Bangalore... Well, after a few unsatisfactory visits, I ended up shifting to a mechanic near my home. These guys are almost always fully occupied which was another reason for my switching. Otherwise, their services were decent at best.

Service team are pretty good at their job and very cordial too. Dropping off and collecting the vehicle is a hectic task. While you drop off, sometimes it takes up to an hour for the mechanic to reach to your vehicle and once you drop your vehicle you need to be back before 1830 and even if you do the billing takes a lot of time due to the shortage of manpower

Its expensive but you can expect good service, staffs are very professional. You can get original Yamaha spare parts.

Highly disappointed with their approach, they ask us to buy parts and get it fixed as well by them, just for touching the bike they charge exorbitant amount. As a customer if we get it fixed outside, we save up to 80%. Apparently, they have an audit going on, so they cannot sell spare parts. They gave the same reason 2 months back.

Servicing is good here compared to other service centres in Bengaluru.
