Omg..thats a place to be visited once atleast.Loved the environment,cleanliness, amenities..what not..!!! Liked the kids zone ,and an open theatre facility which is to be booked for parties separately .when I saw the view from 31 St floor it was like wow..the most important thing to be observed is the greenary over there and the cleanliness.

Nice spacious and good place in south Bangalore, Very near to metro and upcoming Forum mall, As of Jan 2021 , the association is not yet formed so builder is taken care by builder (maintenance) and its really well maintained, per my interaction with some people there , Association formation will be completed before April 2021. Rent is ok ok, when compared to other properties near by, considering the facility they provide , some pic we took during our visit.

Prestige Falcon City is a township consisting of both commercial and residential spaces. It comprises of 7 residential buildings with each having multiple towers. The Falcon Club (the club house of this apartment complex) has state of the art facilities such as a modern fitness centre, multiple guest rooms, squash court, badminton court, indoor games room, sauna, movie theatres, conference halls, party halls, restaurants, salons and so forth. All the buildings are designed in such a way that they overlook the club house and the swimming pool. The landscaping is quite remarkable, well planned, well executed and will always remain way ahead of time. This township comprises of a mall as well and its construction is in progress. The location is eye catching with its proximity to major landmarks, shopping areas and with metro rail connectivity. Inspite of it being located in the centre of the city, it doesnt feel so what so ever. Overall, investment in this township is definitely worth the money.

Horrible management and organization. Have a flat here and the experience hasnt been any good. Staff and office is synonymous to government office. Parking will be allocated half a kilometre from your apartment, say goodbye to your car and valuation of your flat. Electrical diagrams provided are wrong and the in-house electricians themselves dont have any idea about it. Furthermore, Many residents dont have any work than heckling their neighbors and the guards will just help them do so.On the bright side, if you have no life and want to live peacefully locked in your flat in a rather quiet society, go ahead and buy a flat here.

The sheen is only in the outer cover. The quality of maintenance service is very poor considering they charge upwards of 6K per month for maintenance. The electric wires are let loose for street lights. There are street dogs everywhere inside the campus, a sight unheard of in townships like these :). The plus point for this is only its close proximity to metro and the Kanakapura Road. But you need to shell upwards of 1.5 Cr for a reasonable place inside this complex which is exceedingly high for the quality of life in it.

Please think twice about buying/renting apartment here. The sewage tank is situated near building 2 inside the community and the entire place stinks! Imagine paying crores and getting sewage smell in all rooms of your house? Yes while eating, sleeping you will get this horrible smell.Also majority of apartments have a tiny balcony, only 1. No utility space in kitchen, big thumbs down. Very tiny supermarket space. Swimming pool is not covered. No access to terrace. Very big let down actually.

Price is on a higher side and the reasons are:1- Metro Station at the society entrance itself.2- Huge Forum Mall alongside Society.3- Brand Prestige.4- Nearby locality is good, it is not in any remote area. Property is almost touching main road.

Attended a house warming on 31st floor .It looks like a government free housing colony .Only 2small lifts are provided for 32 levels 😂& one elevator didnt stop at few floors (due to installation defects ) including 31st floor.Hence we came down to 30th floor to use elevator.The campus layout is not technically well designed .,hence reaching a home for visitors is jigsaw puzzling .Present staff are not trained to handle visitors .Engineering looks cheap quality.

I am a resident here and let me tell you it has all the facilities inside the society itself.There is a shoppy mart, a bakery, a clinic, a pharmacy, a swimming pool, the falcon club where you can find a library, yoga room and a variety of indoor and outdoor sport.Not only this, it has many other facilities too.

If you are a pet parent, DO NOT BUY OR RENT THIS APARTMENT. Apart from the horrible management (security doesn’t know how to communicate with people & cannot provide any help), other people are totally mindless about animals & many will complain for the silliest things like “barking loud” for your pet while they will go ahead & play the loudest music in their houses or have their kids screaming during work hours. And the security will blame it on you to keep your pet from “barking”.Parents let their kids come around to play in the “dog park” which is designated for dogs, which by the way has no fencing god knows why, which could have given space for dogs to play, and then these parents complain about dogs jumping on the kids. Why have them there in the first place??

Went to look up our old friend who moved in recently. This complex looks gigantic and nice. Spent very little time hence no further feedback on this.

Such bad Architecture! I feel like Im in a horror movie when I walk in the corridors.Also, why isnt there a separate area for kids to cycle / play? It is so dangerous when cars are going around!!Again, bad Architecture and planning I guess.Design wise again! Random nooks, random spaces in the ground floor. Its just wasted real estate! Sadly!

TWO tennis court for 4000 people2. 10 Treadmill3. 2400 Sqft Cricket stadium 🏟️4. 3 BADMINTON5. 4 BilliardsTennis court will switched off at 10 pm today, Even on weekends, after several request also courts are closed at 10 pm.When there is only 2 courts for entire property and only 8 people can play at a time ,People dont follow basic rules of not occupying the court for more than a hour or two. If the same 8 people decide to occupy the court for any amount of time then there should be relaxation in time atleast. That also Maintenance people dont doAdmin team member support is really bad

If you are buying now totally not worth it. Jacked up prices. One safety hazard i noticed is no grills for windows. After paying premium, you will have to spend to get this done.Also, the sales team were not interested to attend the customer. The manager was running away for personal work, the assistant who was supposed to show the model flat was lying, as he was lazy to show the actual unit.Management should see this.

Didn expect this from a builder like prestige. Workmanship is too bad can notice from each joints of the tiles. Highly dissatisfied.

We heard prestige has its own Brand So went to purchase 3 bhk but the thing is it comes with only single balcony!!! No utility room for washing machine!!! very small rooms and no proper planning.. this apartment is good for 2 members only.. Rejected!!!

Its a big community. Loved the huge swimming pool. Titles are of poor quality and looks very low grade. No utility, keep washing machine near your stove.But with Forum mall, IKEA (after destruction of near by forest) this will be a busy commercial place. So always sound and dust.Common area looks small irrespective of being built on 33 acers. i think too many towers and flats for the land. No separate jogging or walking track.Price has hiked 200% in the last few years. May be a jackpot for people who purchased 5 years back.
