These guys took 1200 just to keep the MacBook with them for 2 hours. Did not provide any details in written about the issue. Call this as diagnosis charges. But no report provided. Highly unprofessional and costly center. Never ever take their service.

Not recommended for Screen replacement or anything of that sort, I sent them my iPad 2 times and both times there were errors. Terrible experience with them, will try to fix this and happily improve this review if this is fixed soon.

My iPhone 7 had charging issue, when I gave the phone at the centre they told that motherboard failed and needs replacement. Agreed for the same. But in reality only Charging IC was changed and was charged 5k for this. Not reliable.

I was having a MacBook Pro and for more than a year I was thinking it will take a lot of money finally I came to iService here and they said I had to change the battery. They changed within evening of the same day and the cost also was very less compared to others. From one month the laptop is working fine. I am very happy about the service .

Poor quality of service. Very disappointed. I got my wifes and my iphone battery replaced @ iService Koramangala. Both the batteries started having problems after 6 months of replacement and got bulged. If it was an issue with one battery I would take it as one of case, but now both the batteries got same problem. I tend to believe that they are fixing fake/counterfeit products. I visited their center but they refused to accept any issues with quality of the product rather blamed our phone charging pattern.Would never recommend them to anyone. Please avoid them.

Absolutely useless and atrocious. Just out to make money. In the beginning they were very courteous, but they nullified the warranty after I purchased a replacement battery for a macbook 2011 model stating that it is an old model. This happened even though I told them before purchase that the model is old. They took advantage of this and provided a faulty part and charged me 10K INR for it. When I pointed it out and provided proof that the part was indeed faulty, they had the audacity to say that we can support you but you must pay. So, they are out to make money and nothing else. Would never recommend or use their services ever again

The worst service you can can get. Infact chances of loosing the quality in your device are very high.1. No one over there is a designated employee except the receptionist (I guess)2. The way they handle your devices with such recklessness, you wont be disappointed.3. Dont even dare to call the customer care, as they will give you nightmares of what can to your devices by not at all answering them and answering them sometimes with such a clueless behaviour.4. The topping here is you will get the status of whether your device can be fixed or not the next day and that too if you are lucky.5. Finally, it will definitely be triple the wait time of what ever they mention in the site, and that too if you are lucky. The repair status can just be indefinite for weeks or perhaps months.A horrifying experience of how people are capable of false guarantees and beguiling. Their ignorance towards the job just amazes you and freaks the hell out of you.That was one of my device given to fix it, which was given to me like this after 2weeks, and the brand new battery which they replaced it with just died after I played a video in YouTube.It again took me 2 weeks more to get it replaced.Horrible place.
