Only issue is the the People who are there to fix the accessories beside the shop- they charge way more than usual. Need to reduce the charges for fixing or getting an accessories.They charge 70-80% more than usual. Beware..they loot the customers... Bought windshield yesterday. They charged Rs. 2200 but found it for 1400 online in amazon. Rs 200 to rs 300 price difference is okay but they charged almost double the price. Felt cheated.

I own 350cc Thunderbird 2003 model. Even after several kick my bike was not starting. My mechanic told it is due to coil issue. There was no power supply to the engine due to coil problem. Original coil was not available anywhere. Then I googled and went to Fixwell motors. But, the original coil was not available even with the stockist as the RE company stopped manufacturing spares for vehicles older than 10-15 yrs. But, I received a suggestion from the owner of the shop to customize the coil in Ruby electricals. They guided me to resolve the issue. Now my bike is starting with single kick after customizing it in Ruby electricals near Lalbagh.

Visited this place today for having the leg guard and back rest for my bullet, they have got very good collection of RE accessories. They do help get the things fixed with their in-house mechanic. Over all very good place for modifications. Will visit again in future. Thank you!

I have been buying spares from this store since ten years, you need not worry for the replacement for the spare parts, there are mechanics outside this stores who can replace instantly. I would STRONGLY recommend you guys not to go to any of the authorized service centers for any of the repairs (I had severe issues with my old bike and was in fact tired to get my service done especially with HSR services). Just buy the spares get it fixed then and there..

This is the only place in Bangalore where you can find all your spare parts and accessories for your beast RE. Owner is very humble person. Avoid going on weekend as there is a huge rush. Only problem is the mechanics outside the shop, i somehow feel they over charge for their services. Place is little difficult to find. Prefer coming here by public transport or by two wheeler only.

I had been a valuable customer, but that will not matter here in this shop, what matters is money. Took the parts and asked for discount, which Mr Ganesh caluculated gave me the estimation of Rs. 8300/- change and said he is waving off Rs.300/- out of which 8k is the total amount am suppose to pay, but then it was not even the 5% of discount and when I took the calculator there Mr Ganesh said bidi sir discount hakidini but the reality was he had mentioned the same MRP what was there on the box and the one which did not have the MRP quoted was told higher price and billed the same price, here is what you get cheated.. For Example, I asked the price of swing arm Mr Ganesh said sir its Rs. 700 /- but for you am making 600,asked for 500 Mr ganesh no I have already lessened it since you are our regular customer, but the same swing arm in amazon was Rs. 499/- with free home delivery... Here is where we are being fooled.. Took an oath that I would never visit this shop again in my life, you know!! Everytime I use to cover 23kms to reach this store but its not worth it!! I think first time, second time they might create an impression that they are reasonable enough but after that you are going to be fooled.. Good luck....Answer for your reply Brother!!.. well, I have been your customer as-well as many renowned shops of Royal enfield in Hosur and Tamil Nadu , asper the quality you claim with 5% discount is worthless and way expensive, the same quality for the swingarms in Amazon is Rs.500, (same quality) and I also understand everything purchased in Amazon cannot be a top notch quality except few thats the only reason I cover 23kms to buy the spare parts. Genuine parts but bit costly than online. workers are good for basic work.Never give bike for major work. Get parts and get it fixed from outside.I was shocked to see mechanic started video calling to fix horn relay ! The mechanic completely messed up wiring and battery came down after few days. I got it rectified from outside.

I actually went here before lockdown but prices were high compared to other shops i checked with few silencers price it was overpriced i bought it from other shop they but the way they talk makes u feel to buy but try few shops and decide where to buy price matters

My requirement was for a mirror and dust cover. I had called them in advance and confirmed that they had genuine Himalayan dust cover. When came back home, I found out that the cover does not fit to my Himalayan. I had called them for return for which they said it cannot be returned 😡😡 INR 700 is wasted.

I travelled 30 kms to buy accessories for my classic 350 and it was worth the time and money . Its a family run business and they take good care of their customers, the business owner is a young guy ,he understands people and does good and fair business. I was unhappy about something, I spoke to him and then he took time out to fix it. I am thankful for that and I havent seen that much efforts put on to customer service nowadays . They got collection and choices. And if you ask something and if they dont have it , they will make sure they gry it for you . They give things at best price. I went at around 7 and it was their closing time , but still they didnt rush, they paid attention to me and then got my job done and when I was happy then they closed their shop

The shop is located in a weird place where it is tough to reach or park in peak time of day. They are always busy with so much customer and have a separate pride of non negotiable price. Even the price of so many accessories is less beside their shop , they dont bother about it. They simply reply you Go buy from them

Good service.. Correct price..One year before i Bought a upswept silencer there for my RE Electra.. just 1800 rupees.. Just 50 rupees fitting charge.Product is Very Good quality.. More weight.. No rust and all still.. that is in first class condition...but Outside, same silencer price is 2800 to 3500..Nearly 10 times i ask with a aunty and a uncle that.. Pls show that model.. This model.. Bought a new TB350 and I headed the the most touted fixwell motors to get my crash guards on. You want something for your RE? Head to this place and you name what u want , they got it.My bike and I were well taken care of by the owner himself and he seems to be very passionate about what he does... Modifying motorcycles. There was a fine piece of art right in his garage thatgot me enthralled, and he was kind enough to let me click a few shots of the machine.

A good inventory of genuine RE stock parts and accessories. However, the mechanics in the workshop just next to Fixwell, dont really do a good job of fixing the parts/accessories. Its better to find a more reliable workshop elsewhere. But as for RE inventory and accessories, I doubt I could find a better place than Fixwell Motors.
