Edit 08/31/2021: The owner provided his contact after posting the below review and I could connect with him @ the number provided. He promptly took my order on the phone and I am glad to note the order has been delivered. It did take more time than initially quoted but that is understandable. This whole experience shows that the owner is more than open to listening to customers and willing to correct the mistakes. They have regained my confidence. I highly rate them.Way to go ESSARR Automotives.Please keep up the same standards for the all customers. All the best!!!!They dont have stock of simple 10A fuse. On top of that guy at the counter clearly didnt know how to speak to customers. Essarr management please take some measures to keep a watch on employee behavior. I visited 2 stores today and at both the places response was similar although KR Road branch was pathetic....

Most of all accessories of all Maruti Suzuki parts are available and are guaranteed orginal as it is an authorised store and all the staff are very kind and really helpful with the customers who ever visits, if they do not have that product they all also they where is it available also for reference.
