This July my wife and I bought an XUV300 from this dealership. Satheesh was our sales advisor and he was very thorough in explaining the process and paperwork. He also was very helpful after taking delivery of the vehicle and followed up about the registration.I recommend him and this Mahindra dealership.

My personal experience with PPS was not great. I booked a XUV300 in September. Instead of giving me a new car, the sales person was trying to trick me into picking up an older stock/display model car even after assuring me that there is newer stock. Upon confronting them on this, they just dismissed it as a confusion with the driver who gets the car. Without going into all the details, an outlet that stoops to these types of practices is not a good or trustworthy place. In particular, their sales agent - Satish, was trying to blame the management for all the confusion instead of apologizing. Either way, thankfully I cancelled my booking. And I am glad I dont have to deal with these individuals and company.

I placed order for XUV700 AT Diesel Luxury Midnight Black colour and allotted Silver. Provided all proofs to dealer Mahindra PPS, Bangalore and Mahindra Customer support.They are blaming each other and still not provided any solution. ‬As per dealer this error happened due to some glitches in Mahindra’s portal. They are saying it’s not possible to change colour. Worst service from this Dealer.

Tacky & Disappointing. Went here for a test drive of XUV-300 but was told the vehicle is not available. So I asked to be informed when it becomes available. My details were taken down by a rather investigative middle-aged gentleman in the visitor book! With almost no information or assistance offered, the gentleman then asked me to provide him a rating which I refused because there was nothing to rate! Needless to say, I did not hear from the dealership.

Its been more than 45 days now since the booking was made and me being the first customer in Bangalore to book the vehicle, now we have almost finished 2 months and the vehicle is still not delivered We are sick and tired of the lies told to us by Mr.Monish , Ms.Roopa and Mr.Dilip. PPS Mahindra has only incompetent employees , who are good for nothing , the customer service is as awful as it can get.We have sold our old car expecting delivery as promised at the time of booking , which has caused a lot of damage to our peace and reputation with no means to travel, if someone from the highest authorities of Mahindra would look into this on a serious note with due responsibilities that would be really appreciated.

Great experience with PPS from the day I met the sales team. Through out the waiting period after booking the car (during lockdown ) the team has been responsive and kept me updated. They have been really professional in their services. The best part was that they even delivered the vehicle home, which I have not witnessed in any other brands. Got my XUV300 W8 Petrol yesterday from PPS Mahindra, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka . Quotation on Monday , Test drive on Tuesday , Booking on Wednesday , same day PDI , full Payment on Thursday , Registration on Friday and delivery on Sunday i.e. one day before my Birthday . It was simply awesome purchase experience . Full transparency during the whole process by PPS Bangalore . Special thanks to Pruthvi & Tapoban ( from PPS Indiranagar ) .PPS BANGALORE has 5-6 showrooms , I was checking the availability of W8 petrol Silver , and it was available at one showroom. And I got it delivered in 4 days without waiting for 4 weeks. I did the PDI in showroom before giving full amount. Staff was full transparent. I checked the VIN, manufacturing of Nov 2020. Tyre also of Nov month. No scratch, all electronic features were working properly, etc. Did the PDI again at the time of delivery

Very poor response from the Dealership. its been 4 months since i cancelled my booking and requested for a refund and i still havent received . but the the manager puts the blame on Mahindra & when i call up mahindra they inform me to talk to the dealership for initiation of refund.very poor decision to allot a dealership to this company. they are ruining the even mahindras reputation.

Worst experience. Will never ever visit this showroom again. Will not even consider bying a Mahindra vehicle for many years because of this.In past 20 years I have bought 6 vehicles including motorcycles, superbikes and premium cars, this was the worst ever showroom visit experience by far. No matter the brand or product, sales staff are actually suppose to try and sell their product. But Not here.Visited PPS Mahindra Indiranagar Showroom on July 25, afternoon. With the purpose to finalize and book a XUV300 W8(0) Diesel AMT.1. Wanted to check out the vehicle look and feel2. Wanted to know in details all the features and specs of the top variant model.3. Wanted a test ride of the Diesel Engine - AMT Gearbox combination to get a feel of the driving experience.None of the above was achived.Body language and attitude of sales staff is like, this is the car, buy or dont buy, we wont care. They made zero effort to sell me a vehicle. Asked about the XUV300 to person named Sathish. He pointed to the display vehicle. That was a Manual W8. I asked him to demo me the features and also tell me about the additional features of W8(0). He was completely unwilling to do so, unless I asked specific questions. He was extremely miserly on divulging any information about the car on his own like they were some national secret. Everything I wanted to know, I had to point and ask a seperate question, else he would not say anything or talk about the car at all. It seemed that they are not interested in putting any kind of effort in selling but just wants customers to give their money by merely looking at the car (actually not even the variant you are planning to get). It became quite boring after a while and dozens of questions.I moved on to enquire about possible Test Drive of Diesel+AMT combination. He told me that TDs are given only on Tuesdays. What ??? Then why is the Showroom open 7 days a week ? No answer to that. I live 13 KMs away, and was unwilling to come over again on a weekday. He offered to provide a TD and Demo at my Residence on next Tuesday, i.e., 4th August. We exchanged numbers and I walked out of the showroom utterly demotivated to buy my first ever Manhindra Vehicle. With such shoddy behaviour even before taking my money, I dare not imagine what kind of experience I will get after sales.As I expected, the sales guy Sathish has slept off on my TD request. August 4 has come and gone, no effort from them to reach out or let me know about my TD. Good riddence I say.I will go and now give my money to someone else who is willing to actually sell me a car.

Shivaraj due my car loan rejection i told to handover vehicle to other Que customer .later March End i have re-approached HDB finance bank for vehicle loan with Help of my Friend same got Loan Sanction 13th APRIL 2021 this regular updates given to PPS sales Guy Shivaraj .Based on his confirmation i have made down payment on 16th APRIL to PPS .(Important main point that PPS sales team well aware about my booking status they have not requested stock or raised Bill they failed commitment to provide vehicle before lockdown ).I was been paid 2(May & June ) months advance Emi to HDB finance without having vehicle.Later 15th June Lockdown was opened there was bad news for me that On road vehicle price was hiked RS 36000.I was never expected or any advance guidance information received from PPS Mahindra sales TeamBig shocking they force full collected June month Vehicle Price it was huge burden to me paying Higher amount. I had booked Mahindra thar on 5th may 2021online and the details was shared with mr Dilip and mr satish for confirmation of the booking and asked them to confirm back on the tentative delivery dateI have been continuously been trying to reach them about the update But these guys neither reply back to wats up messages or answer the phone calls this behaviour is really not appropriate

I recently booked my vehicle from pps mahindra Indiranagar, and Mr. Naveen, helped me out. I took quite a long test drive and mahindra have been generally pretty great with the TD experience.Naveen also kept me in the loop for when the vehicle had arrived in the yard, and told me he would ensure E2E support till the delivery was final.All the due processes were done timely, and it seems much better than my experience with Kia.There only thing I would think could be done better is the discounts.

Very poor response from the showroom after delivery.Car was bought from them on 26 December 2020, and I havent received the RC card upon frequent requests for a very long time,RTO doesnt allow to give it to the owner,it has to be received from the showroom people.Sales person doesnt respond to the calls.Also,the accessories, ordered it before taking delivery. Nothing is received expect the default package of accessories from Mahindra.

Nice experience overall I had buying my XUV300 from this showroom,pricing well explained, booking easy but they have to improve the say/do ratio on the commitment they make, sometimes they overcommit the things and than delay. In the end after lot of follow up I got my car happily delivered on 27th Feb. I am overall happy and satisfied with the support given by Shivraj ( Sales executive) ,Rupa ( Sales Manager ) and Mr Dilip ( General Manager ) to get my car delivered in the on going tough time of Mahindra for semiconductor shortage !

The cars on display were very dusty, felt like they were not interested in selling cars. Took a test drive of the new thar the test drive car was very dirty too... But the only saving grace was the advisor Mr Lokesh who answered all our queries, full marks to him.
