I interacted with Arun in Mahadevpura branch. I went for issues with brakes. Really impressed with the way he explained the issues with pad and disc. He checked and mentioned that only front brake pad and disc are required to change (disc got damaged because of my ignorance). I discussed couple of other items and he guided properly. Price was much better than Honda service center. Honda prices are 70% more and they will add unnecessary items whenever I went for service.

I had given my car for interior cleaning and the body polishing.. the work was done decently but after I take out my car I noticed that the rare parking camera is not Woking as they have rubbed it badly while they do the polish. But when I raised a concern they have responded immediately and sent a technician and got it fixed. The manager Arun was very responsive and they have made a very good followup until the issue is fixed. A highly recommended place.

The mechanic center is headed by Arun Sir who is an extremely professional, patient, and experienced mechanic. Arun Sir first visited my residence for picking up the car. There was attention and detail to my expressed complaints with the car.Upon taking the car for servicing, a comprehensive list of the underlying issues was messaged to me along with photo proof for the same. The quoted price after the assessment was done was explained and justified with the cost of labour and parts made clear.After taking delivery of the car, I cannot emphasize enough the change in quality of driving and reliability. The suspension had not been changed in over five years and the remarked difference in ride quality and support was immediately noticeable. In addition, all other repairs from AC servicing to a clutch replacement were both supported with photo evidence of the parts being replaced(old parts kept if I wanted them) as well as the unmistakable improvements when taking possession of the car after servicing.Arun Sir provided expert advice, from using better branded parts when OEM parts did not provide the necessary quality to dissuading me from unnecessary repairs(more than once).In all a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to any car owner on the facets of work quality, professionalism, and ease of service.

I have visited this service center by looking the reviews given belo, to give my vehicle for oil service. The technician explained some of the suspension parts needs to be replaced and charged amount for replacement is 35k , after that they told they will put all the genuine parts, whatever MRP is there at market and service charge will be added around 2.5k. Since I have positive response on this shop, i said yes to proceed. They provided the parts list along with its price, later i simply checked in the shops and few of the website. Then i realized that the cost is really less. Totally they have billed 41k, but i saw approximately 12k difference with the parts. Also they charged 5k + for service. Some of the issue they have not fixed properly like head light and hand break issue. Vechicle cleaning also not good. I am not happy with the parts price. But its really good experience and I learnt we should not trust blindly.
