I was in search of dealers of Yokohama tyres and went to Tyre Empire Hosa Road Branch based on online reviews alone..The dealer Mani is a genuine person, well informed on tyres and always happy to pass on his knowledge on tyres to me as well. Specs, year & week of manufacturing, thickness n much more..He first enquired about usage of my vehicle, how much highway and village roads I normally use and based on that he suggested Bridgestone or yomohama was enough for me.. When I said that I wanted to go for Yokohama, he was like. Since I wanted to experience Yokohama he suggested 165/65 R13. He also told me that its width is 10 mm more than recommend so that the drive will be smooth and less pressure on shock absorbers... He takes utmost care and precaution even in minute aspects be it tyre, rims etc., and makes sure we get the best product n service(even during replacement of tyres). I dont think other dealers give this much detailing in Bangalore or anywhere..Its been a month with new tyres, my Santro is cruising like a ship in a calm sea..enjoying the drive...

The brand is good at their work.However they give wrong commitments and I wasted my 2 days as I had planned the visit to the Jail Road store (Hosa road) and the manager had no clue that an equipment wasnt working. I reached that place and then is when I got to know about this. A simple sorry and asked me to go the next day.was his solution... He spoke well but I didnt get my solution.No one but me will know how much I wasted my time to go there. My entire evening was wasted.

Both my front tyres got completely worn off due to poor alignment done elsewhere hence got all tyres changed for my car. Though the stock was not available at store but they quickly got it from HSR store. Price was competitive and replacement was quick. Best thing was alignment that was done it was corrected and after 20 days of driving looks like the issue is fixed.
