Great workshop. Friendly staff. Tata cars off late are great products, yet a few customers are still skeptical about service- that perception changes due to service centres like these who provide great customer experience. Commendable job by SA Prashanth, Executive Tanuj, and all staff at the centre.

Lot of fake reviews below. Mr Prashanth Shetty cheated and gave wrong diagnosis of the issue. The same issue wasnt rectified for 6 months. I have escalated the issue to get best possible solution.Be cautious and cross check about the charges levied on your bills.

I have got my car serviced/checked multiple times here. This center is rather easy to locate and reach. They do routine jobs very efficiently and I never had to leave my car overnight. Staff is courteous and eager to serve in their best interest. They respond on calls too too resolve queries. There have been minor issues like car not being spotless clean after service but staff takes it seriously on pointing out. I have found this place to be very busy and people prefer this over other nearby service centres. My experience here has been much better than another service center. I have used their lounge only once but it was comfortable and clean.There have been some sore points in the service. I have been suffering with a faulty smart key for long and in over an year there has been no permanent solution here for that.

One of the best service centres in Bangalore. All the staff are very polite and take customers problems seriously. Mr Kiran followed up with problems in my car and rectified it properly. Good job Key motors. I dont think even Maruti or Hyundai service centres can match the standards of KEY motors. TATA is growing and growing huge. A proud owner of 2 TATA cars.!!!!

Had visited this place for the first service of Tata Nexon EV and someone at the service center has deliberately scratched the door panel and the staff sanded down the panel to remove it. This wasnt an accidental scratch this was by a sharp object and from top to bottom so I could tell this was intentional. The interiors of the car has scratches and very greasy after the service. Overall the car came out in a much worse condition than it went in.

I am really thankful to key motors for having repaired my new nexon car which had some oil puller problems while coming from coimbatore. TATA authorised service centre for passanger cars. Although place is little tight, very well maintained, clean and well equipped service bay. Service is good, most of the complaints attended promptly. Good experience.

I have been visiting Key Motors for the past 2 years for service of my Nexon. The experience has been great so far, the team takes a lot of effort to address all the customer problems. They are prompt, time efficient and have extremely good operations.I want to call-out Mr. Prashant (one of the staff) for his knowledge and customer service. He has been exceptionally helpful and he is really good at resolving most of the complex issues.

It is just another Tata car dealership. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. They are relatively new and so they try harder. That is the saving grace.

Vehicle service - Writing a review after three services at Key Motors.Staff is courteous and they are prompt in answering all your questions with patience. All the complaints are acknowledged and are worked on. Through out the service updates are communicated.During the delivery SA explains all the complaints which are worked on and the delivery is smooth.Service area is clean and tidy. Customer can have a view of the car which is being worked on and with request we can access the bay area for inspectionWaiting areas is available for the customers with view of the service bay and other amenities like TV, magazines, coffee etc are available.All kinds of payments are accepted. Billing is explained before payment by SA.Paint and body shop works are also undertaken. Paint work is amazing without any mismatch. Minor dents and repaint work was undertaken in my carOne thing observed is they never pushed for unnecessary works which in other places are charged without customer acknowledgement. Work and billing is transperent.

Good location, Friendly service staff. Need to mention Mr. Prashanth Shetty for keeping up to the customers expectation. Better than previous service, because, in second service of my Nexon, i found lots of scratches in driver door, bonnet area and in other parts.

I would like to rate 1 for this service centre. I was totally disappointed with the body shop services.I recently left my car for body shop, they couldnt fix it properly. Side bumper had gaps in between.Please look into the pictures that I have attached.Body shop adviser has taken car for twice and even they could not fix it properly.Please dont leave for body shop service. Its totally waste .I dont like to recommend this SERVICE CENTER .

Last month I have given my Tiago for 1st service. They said there will an update for Harman music system and confirmed its update. But once I cross check it was not updated. Not sure why they giving false commitments and especially Service Manager Kavitha not handling customer issues promptly.

I would like to rate 2 for this TMSC, i just got picked up my car from 3rd free service and my car cabin was too hot got to know that the parking area was in open ground due to which my car was dusty need to improve the space for parking (need to improve ).i also got to face a theft incident as my 5 element key chain was taken out by workers. Need to train them in these disciplinary aspects. Service was ok but not upto mark.

I have just got my car serviced though it was first service I did jot have any issue and all top up of oil etc was done quickly . For the washing I had to wait 3.5 hours and the result of washing worst. Mud flaps, side windows all the dirt was as it is and post washing they did not wipe the water properly and all water droplet mark on bonnet and fender was as it is . When I gave the feed back they called the guy and asked him to clean and he could not clean it properly even then it was just wasting my time. Interiors were not even wiped .

Vehicle service is ok to an extent. Service advisor was very courteous and notes down the complainants. Tech do resolved them too, but additional requirements will never be met. Accessories will never be available. I had a bitter experience where in I have to ask them multiple times to check for accessories, felt like they dont want sell any. Service advisor will take note of Additional requirements but its been 3 week he hasnt called back. No surprise its same as sales team .. hope they carry same work culture (coming from upper management). This review on overall perspective.
