Looks like the latest review comments are all from the builder side people to promote the restarted project. Otherwise We booked our apartment in 2015 with delivery commitment of 2018 and upfront payment of 70% paid in advance. Till now paying large EMI to bank and looking at the money spend we would have really bought Ready to move Flat with other prominent builders.Project location, construction quality, connectivity and facilities are definitely worth considering. However, buying apartment at your own risk.

I visited the site few days back and I could clearly make out the promised possession date is far from reality! The costumers are being persuaded here to rate 5 stars in exchange for price consession.For one of towers, there is no approval yet for 30 floors and the construction hasnt even been started yet. Until that tower is built, there wont be lawn or pool or other amenities provided as the construction process when started would mess up these. Also, i see the construction quality too compromised! I wonder if ppl would ever get the possession and even if they got, would it be even safe to live here!

We have been searching for property investment, we have visited the top 5 builders properties, but we like the Mantri Serenity apartments International standard luxury apartments right next to a metro station. Best in class design in floor plans and amenities.

Large club house with all the modern amenities is what impressed me most. Luxury Mall next to the apartment is an added advantage. I was really impressed by by infrastructure and planning of living area and bedrooms.

Honest question from potential buyer, when will be towers 3,4 and 5 will be completed and will the amenities such as garden/park, outside pool, play area, walking track will also be ready by july 2022? or Will it be indefinitely delayed as hostage to pending development of tower 6.

Mantri Serenity- The most important thing of this project is that it is located near Ekya School and Metro station. And also it is in the middle of Kanakpura Road and close to Nice Road. The walls quality are exceptional here. The doors and the bath fittings are high quality ones with beautiful finish.

I am rating 1 star as I couldnt find lower rating option. Mantri developers are currently one of the worst in terms of commitments. The various projects like webcity and serenity are going on for over a decade from initial bookings. Considering this we cannot trust their commitment on delivery. Long time back they had good reputation and considering this, I booked apartment at Serenity. The promised possession date is past long back and still no clarity on the completion. I see many booked apartment decade ago and still waiting for their dream homes. Every now and then they come with new story and hope but finally same experience and feeling of being cheated.The project is good, location is good but the apartment is only a dream. All investment is held up. The compensation promised is very negligible compared to the interest loss. Agreement is one sided in favour of the developer so no way to fight.Considering all these points I advise not to go with Mantri developers for your dream home. High chances of getting disappointed.

Biggest mistake of my life to invest in this project. Fell for the rosy picture Mantri painted about the project and its amenities, location, etc. They came up with a devious pre-emi scheme to collect entire money upfront. And even after ten years from project launch, its nowhere near completion.Its more than obvious that the money collected has been misused. Trapped by mantri in 2017 under pre emi scheme. Now they are neither paying emi nor apartment. Delivery date is already 2 years delay and until unforeseeable future.The worst that my cibil score is being affected Mantri’s.I can not take loan and buy anywhere else also. I should have been careful.Worth mentioning that in the same building 2012 delivery date is yet to complete so Total 10 years of already delay with no foreseeable future.
