A good store to buy foot wear... The range of collections have improved over the time. Nice and friendly staff. But I found the overall rates of kids footwear a little expensive

Very less collection for kids, if you like something they dont have even proper size

The sales man r very less they r not showing products we have only chooae ans check the products. Most of the salesmans r standing on the billing counter.

Place is easily seen from road. Parking right in front of the showroom. Place is spacious. Now they have huge collection of kids Men and Women shoes kept in display.staff were helpful and coordinated in providing service .The cash counter people are quiet quick in billing and friendly. Prices are little high to the products kept for sale.Recommend to visit and see.

Not enough choices that could attract to buy...only a feel to buy for the sake of time spent going in search.

Unprofessional behavior of a few staff towards customers. There is no respect for the customers and there is no coordination within the staff. They try to service many customers at the same time, and that drops the quality of providing proper assistance to the customer. There was one guy who was openly cribbing about customers who were trying out footwear. They could have assisted instead. The collection were good, but due to disrespect towards customers, we walked out. Hope the company provided adequate training and hire only good staff.

Ive been there for twice and its a very good showroom with lot of collections. Staffs are very helpful and its situated in a prime location. Even the management is good and they maintain good customer relationship values.

Today I visited the place to purchase a heels. But all 4 who were in the store were so irresponsible... I liked one heels but when I asked for colours and similar product they didnt show me... Worst experience ever

A good shop with wide range of products catering for the lower and upper segments of market in price, quality, and variety. A very helpful staff takes you through your fittings. Also available are accessories for gents and ladies and kids. Has adequate parking. Go once, experience the service and options and decide for yourself.

Its mostly empty and you can shop peacefully. Year end sale is going on right now. We bought running shoes and they have come out with great new designs, although there isnt too much variety. Sales people are helpful.

This was my worst experience in bata showroom especially this location... I bought a sandles in Jayanagar branch and within one day it got teared so wanted to exchange it since this showroom was near to my place.. as I entered the showroom they got to know that it was exchange.. so the manager was so arrogant saying like u hav to exchange in the same showroom.. after that I started searching for new sandles. There were 5 staffs and one manager nobody bothered and unattended and they were busy in speaking something else.. no one in the showroom except myself and staffs.. after i searched right sandles and came to billing. They were busy in speaking personal things. then I asked about unattended reasons.. they are least bothered .. the manager was rubbish in behaviour.. even staffs tooo... Please escalate this to arekere branch and take it to consideration... And immediate action to be taken to serve good to customer.

Very rude owner ( he was definately not staff/ sales person) he made allegation that we kept something in bag to which I was shocked and then I showed him bag and when nothing was found he did not apologised also... Will suggest to check other centre.

The shop is clean tidy with sufficient parking space for big cars. The shops interior is itself big. I had difficulty buying shoes and slippers of my size. The bata at my neighbourhood had never been able to just find me a shoe nor slipper that fits-any design 😑. But here there were so many that fit me. Still less but the staffs searched around and found so many models of my size. I used to buy whatever shoe/sandal that could fit. But finally I had varieties. It was a paradise. We bought 8 boxes 😁. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff (the guy with curly hair) as well as the splendid offers on shoes

Big and spacious store. One stop place for your/family footwear needs - only Bata and associated brands. They usually have a large collection of varieties. However you may not find all foot sizes for the stocked varieties. Store staff is helpful. Billing takes more time than you would expect. Do not expect any useful discounts. The large display about reduced prices is for old stock and odd sizes that are leftovers. Limited parking space outside the stores.
