They dont have any tyres. After confirming many times with customer care I order a tyre which I thought would be manufacturing year 2020-2021. But once you make the payment , they will call you and tell manufacturing year is 2015. You will not get any order confirmation nor the tracking details.

Nice setup, everything looks professional. the trouble starts after you sent the money. First off they just put ANY tyre that exists up on their site to catch as many victims as possible. But they do not have ANY tyres in stock at all. Not ONE. Zero. Zilch! This operation is ONE BIG MONEY GRABBING SCAM. But as such it works great. The victim is maximal confused, not getting any order confirmation. When calling the Helpline they make you wait forever (!!) and will provide you with promises and more promises every time - none of which are kept of course. The guy answering the phone after half an hour is just a bag of hot air. He has no knowledge of tyres, his function is to wear you down so in the end you give up. This is India, are you going to start legal action for a few thousand rupees if the lawyer costs more and the time is endless? That is what these scammer count on. Great money making scheme.

This company is a total scam. they do not sell tyres, in fact they have zero inventory. what they do is buy 5 star reviews on every platform you can imagine. you send them money, never to receive a confirmation email or actually anything. then you are left with a hotline that will have you wait 40 minutes. and if you do not give up some guy picks the phone who plays the role of knowing about your order but infact is just an actor who will give you a story. a different story every time. you never get any tyres and you never get your money back. its a scam and every day people fall for it.

All good review comments , I believe are false and have been given by their own people . There is no physical location as such for tyremarket.com.The telemarketing executive guided me to cherry automobile pvt ltd.Surprisingly the owner said they are no way related to tyremarket.com.When called back the telemarketing says they have no Cash on delevery option. I had the worst experience, tyremarket failed to deliver. I made the payment online and booked the tyre but for many days i didnt get any call for fitment details. I kept on mailing and contacting customer care but it seems that they were least interested in replying because the money was already transferred to their account. I asked for refund then customer care called me and persuaded me on getting my fitment done within 2 days. And at the day of fitment was hell of a disaster where for a tyre of worth 1200 they kept me waiting for 3.5 hours at the dealership. I just cant explain the horrible things i went thru and i would suggest to use tyremarket at your own risk because nobody knows what may happen after making payment.

Better to buy tyres from brick & mortar authorized tyre dealer outlet directly. Hidden charges like Tyre-valves to the tune of Rs.220 per valve/tyre not revealed upfront during the online booking experience. Fitment center quotes arbitrary charges for Tyre-valves and customer is not in a position to negotiate during this time Tyre fitment charges are also extra which is normally not charged at any brick & mortar tyre dealer outlet. I was informed that Goodyear as a company does not provide tyre-valves along with brand new set of 4 tyres Response from Goodyear Head- Customer Service has also been poor and very unresponsive. Looks like they are only keen on selling tyres and having their tyres registered as part of warranty. Not keen on taking action on customer complaints seriously.Edit to reply to Tyre markets response:Please request Goodyear tyres to provide in writing that they are not providing tyre valves during the purchase of new tyres. I disagree on your comment on it being a Industry wise trend. Based on my past purchase experiences with both MRF & Apollo; I was not charged for the same. I would also like to mention that since you have made the pricing for your various services like fittment, alignment & balancing on your website transparent; why have you not made a mention on pricing for tyre valves upfront during a purchase experience. Is tyre valves not a component of fittment during the installation process of a tubeless tyres? When you could even include a fittment charge per tyre depending on the tyre size; how can you simply wash your hands away mentioning that you are not dealing with the pricing of tyre valves? A customer needs to be well informed on the additional charges that he would need to bear upfront during his online tyre buying experience. Your recommended & authorized dealer should not be allowed to quote an arbitrary & irrational price for a tyre-valve.Why did the dealer not point out to the INR60 tyre valve of a competitor tyre brand before the tyre fittment but instead quoted an irrational & high price for the tyre valve that was shown to me as available and has shown me the INR60 tyre valve only after the tyre fittment exercise. This shows that you have absolutely no control on your own branded & co-authored network of recommend dealer network. I would absolutely not recommended TyreMarket to anyone. Your competitor is including the fitment at home along with tyre alignment & balancing option at a more competitive pricing .The price may upfront seem about INR200 odd more expensive then your online pricing, but I can guarantee that the effective pricing & service experience would be much more pleasant one to the customer.

Would like to share my experience with the tyre market while I was travelling and because of bad roads and potholes 2 tyres of hankook in my Audi A4 got damaged and as it was my brand new car I was looking for a new pair of tyres and my nephew referred me to visit the tyremarket website and even the experts on this site guided me saying that the tyres that I was looking for came as the original fitting of the car but they are not ISI approved as per our Indian roads and they suggested me to buy ISI approved Hankook tyres to suit the Indian roads. I surveyed the market for the same and mostly got the same suggestion so I ordered the suitable tyres on this website and because of their expert guidance I saved about 30 to 40% of my money that I was going to spend on the imported ones.not only are their rates compatible but also their expert team is very good so suggest all of you to at least visit this website once before buying from the local market. They also deliver the tyres at our doorstep and arrange an appointment with the nearby tyre fitting station.

Very worst service, the sales Manager Mr.Basavaraj does not know what product he is selling, very bad experience.After paying the full amount and waiting for two days to get the fitment center details, the customer car team informs me that the ordered tyres are out of stock and I will have to pay extra to select alternate option..the customer care people know nothing about the products they are selling they are not even able to describe the different patterns that are available in a select tyre model..I may never return to tyremarket as a customer everAnd I would never ever recommend the same to anyone I knowI have asked for refund and they have said I will get in 7 working days lets see if they keep this commitment at the least...Edit 1: Thank you at least the refund process was done quickly, appreciate the work, but request you to streamline the process so that these things does not repeat..

Fitment shops are worst..... no proper tools, got scared about the way handling super bikes. I really dont suggest for super bikes tyres fitment.

Please note : read till end, especially update where I got cheated from tyre exchange shop..It was a good deal with Tyre market.They are really sincere in telling any offers on Tyres as such. In fact ordered through phone and the team was patient enough to answer for all my queries. Even there was delay from my side on payment, so team responded well with patience to followup. Once the payment was done, delivery team (Basavaraj) communicated well for tyre change. I got all 4 tyres exchanged with tyremarket. Except small hickups : 1. Tyre shops number was not updated and I had called-up the old person. 2. Tyre shop person recommended JK tyres than Bridgestone(as recommended by Tyremarket Team) becoz of unlimited warranty for 2 years and Mfg Warranty for 3 years, but I guess people has their trust w.r.t tyres brand and I went with Bridgestone, as I had good experience earlier though for less warranty conditions(same was suggested by tyremarket team).Overall I guess, it was good experience and nice.Update: I realized now that I was cheated by the shop where I exchanged the tyres.. They charged me 250 Rs for single tyre valve saying that it is made of chrome, total it was 1000 Rs for 4 tyre valves.. Each chrome tyre valve costs mx of 50 rs.. But I was cheated, even I have the bill as proof though.. Try avoiding Rajajinagar tyre exchange shop. Also it is a lesson for others not to change the tyre valve if it is in good condition.. Even though if u change, remember max 50 rs for tyre valve made of chrome..

Hopeless service, you’ll never get on-time response and order fulfilment. Additionally, few surprises could popup while fitment at dealer shop. I was shocked when dealer asked me money for fitment despite the claim by this bogus company of free fitment. 4-48 hours SLA will never be adhered and will require lot of follow up calls to customer care to finally get tyre delivered.
