Hopeless service center…. They claim they won’t take vehicles for free service if we have purchased it from other showroom….executives are very rude and careless as if they are doing it for charity…. Never visit this center….

Its awful that suzuki has such service center under their name. Totally non professional skill less people working on the vehicles. If you go there with a problem, you will another problem for free. It is very annoying how people work for the money being charged. I have literally heard a person in-charge saying that to take minimal care for the vehicles which has free service. Who knows what they do for other vehicles. I went there with ABS and suspension which is never solved till date. I hope someone will respond this and I get a good response.

Excellent service for Suzuki bikes.My access 125 had a battery problem which was fixed in timely manner.Many thanks to MR Vijay. He was very helpful and professional and dealt with my bike immediately , sorted the issue . My bike was ready the very next day.I would recommend this service center for Suzuki bikes.

Too much crowded,its better to take a certain limit of vehicles for service in a day and repair than taking more vehicles and not doing it properly.

Good service centre for Suzuki scooters and bikes. They always insist that you take engine oil from them only for service but I use Motul. Some times they resisted saying it is not allowed etc...but I persuaded them to use the oil what ever customer’s choices is. I think they have a clear instructions from the showroom owner not accept the engine oil from customers.Other wise the staff are accommodating in nature.
