This is straight up for Mr. Leo from the division of electric vehicle. He and and his team is well equipped to handle issues. E20 plus is my first electric car. The team is very knowledge and shares all the details about the car. Very happy customer, totally recommend.

The Service Team under Mr.Leo is very well organised to handle a customer from in to out - with the vehicle so smoothly. They have excellent corodnation between all departments right from Welcoming , Problem Diagnosis , Clarifying and Discussion to Car Delivery on time - Kudous to the Service Team in Sireesh Auto - my car is under their care from 2017 onwards.

Quite far.. and having only one service centre for Mahindra e2o for entire city of Bangalore, atleast should not have been in one corner of Bangalore. Had to travel more than 30 kms just to drop vehicle for service... Also staff at @Mahindra Reva Sireesh Auto Singasandra are quite lax, and unresponsive.

No commitment to the vehicle we submit. No stock of spares. Complaints still remain after paying a lot

Its on busy connecting road. Inside huge space to park huge amount of cars. Gone there for accessories fitting. Completed in 30 minutes. Employees are helpful. They have waiting lounge too. Fluency in local language will be a great help.

We almost met with an accident due to the lack of concern from the Sireesh Bennerghatta, our breaks failed in the middle of a road trip. They charge a lot and the work they deliver is of low quality

Very expensive and chances of u getting cheated with fake expenses are more even when they show you the spare they have changed. Staff suggest replacement for every thing instead of looking for what exactly is the problem. Most of the time it is only faulty wiring or connections but they will make you believe the part needs to be replacedAlthough this common practice in almost all garages in India, try to find honest service guys who are geninue through contacts

I came at here service mahindra customer care person called to meI show to vehicle. But service advisor not seen to vehicle .Simply told me Please come to 10000kmHe given a answer .Otherwise he didnt check a oil or vehicleWhats is the reason or any vehicle problemsHe would not ready to checkIts very disoppointed.& one more think some simple damages i want to claim insurance.I asked to receptionistShe told to one personHe reached me very late.He give simple reason wait 10 to 15mnsI will comeI waited showroom at almost 40minsNo one came to me. Its very very disappointing.I went outside.No one came and not checked a vehicle.I have four brand vehicle other brand service person giving good responseOnce we reach a serviceBut Mahindra sireesh not giving good response.

Mahindra has lot of vehicles for servicing. This makes delivery of service vehicle late. If You give your car today morning they deliver next day evening. No doubt they are good in handling customer. Also be careful, like I didnt ask them to clean ac section NOR they didnt ask me to do it or not. At the end they gave a big bill.

Inexperienced technicians .Poor fault analysis

Ramakrishna called us to the stock yard for the test ride and after 45 minutes informed us about the non availability of the demo car. Wasted our day traveling to the stock yard and waiting. I would visit India Garage for better service.
