This dealership is a chaotic mess. I was there in the morning to avoid the evening rush, but still no one had time to give me. After repeated reminders someone finally came and gave a test drive. After returning he walked away! No one to walk me through car pricing, model info, etc! Even a sandwich maker on the street cares more for his customers.. And here I was planning to buy a 20 lac rupee car! Pathetic service!

I would like to accolade Sireesh Auto Rajajinagar for their fantastic service.I visited a lot of showrooms to get a Compact SUV for off-roading on bad city roads.After months of research, shortlisted XUV300 and got it from Sireesh.XUV300 is no doubt an engine with oozing out power every time there is throttle.Coming to the Sales and the Showroom professionalism, I was way too impressed.Mr. Santosh Alatagi helped me with the sale all thru until the delivery of car was made as per the promise made.I was provided 2-3 test drives with full patience and enthu. There was no bragging either, was told what would be available and what would not be.Below are some positives.1. The Car was fitted with Ganesha Idol on dashboard - thanks for this, very impressive.2. Arrangement on the car delivery date was too good as well.3. Good discount was given here and we had a lot of talks, got the best deal here.4. Swiping with credit card was at the lowest charge. It was 0.0075% only. In most showrooms - it is 2%.5. Before making full payment, I requested Santosh to get the car to showroom for doing Pre delivery checks. I was fully satisfied. Appreciate Santoshs patience here.It is a big risk/responsibility to move new cars.6. No delay/No fights with sales at any point.Needless to say - happiness is in every small point...Such a pleasant experience with Sales and Showroom folks..Thanks much and All the best!!!

Worst customer service. The sales person Mr. Anand K had promised to bring car for test drive and i waited all day for him to get the car however he did not turn up. On calling he gave various excuse and said for sure he will come in the evening but he did not come nor he bothered to call and inform that he can not come. I called Prashant the manager however he was also not responsive. I was planning to buy mahindra car but seeing the pathetic customer service i would rather prefer other brand which provides good customer service

Booked maroazzo 2019model expecteddelivery 0n03 012020 vehicle was required for marriage of sister on 11 and 12. Of Jan 2020. The staff and manager work without any cooperation and coordination vehicle was promised today 06 012020. Yesterday executive came and told again vehicle will delayed for 1week. This false commitment happened 3times. My friends. Pls be sure and clear of there commitment and my personal suggestion is dont go to Mahindra outlet s bcos they dont follow any system since this 4th vehicle from Mahindra and being an Indian I was keen to buy only Indian products only. Now they made us for rethinking

Had an emergency job to be done. Manager Mr. Vittal Krishna was very responsive even though I went to the service centre at 9am early morning. He took care of the work starting from job card, work completion, billing and delivery. The staff were swift in fixing the issue asap.
