I visited today for a sonet booking with my friends ....They just received us and said for waiting.... We waited about 20-30 minutes... Nobody is approached us.. All their staffs are free and they just sit there..... One of the worst customer dealing by Advaith Kia showroom.... We went there with full of joy and exited there with full of sadness... As a new car company in India, Kia is doing a very good job by opening a lot of showrooms across India and this is one of them. The staff are very friendly and polite with the customers. Even though they have a lot of staff, its not enough because of the amount of customers who visit the showroom is insane. Theres a lot of demand for Seltos and Advaith is definitely trying their best to deliver it to all the customers as soon as possible. They are delivering around 5-6 cars on average everyday. The service center is also located on the back side of the building.

My wife booked for Kia Sonet GTX + on 10th Jan 2021 and after empty promises for 9 months we are forced to cancel the booking today. Hope this won’t happen to anybody again. We had very good experience with Advaith Hyundai , 3 cars she bought from them starting Santro in 2000, Getz in 2005, and then i20 all top trim. It is sad that Advaith Kia is so unreliable and not transparent in their dealings

This is the worst show room i have ever seen till day. We have booked Sonet on 13th December 2020 its been 8 months we havnt received the car nd we are literally fed up nd have cancelled the booking. Our executive name was Segan Paul he is the worst person. He never used to receive the call nly. He s such an irresponsible guy. We called him hell lot of times nd he never responeded for any of our call. They said the steel silver s nt available but dey hv given d same clr to another person i just have seen un d review. We r totally fed up of d irresponsibility. This s d worst experience we have ever received.

Worst customer service team. 2 people sitting at the reception, and another 2 each on the desks inside. Came here to book for a car but clearly seems like none of them are bothered.When I asked one of them that I have come here to book a car, after a testdrive.They said the person I was speaking to earlier is not there and walked off.The Sonet may be doing well as a car but does not mean a consumer must be insulted inside the store.Each of them are busy between thmself and none of them are bothered.When I brought this issue up, asking them if they are even bothered or not.In an even more arrogant response they just asked me what am in here for.Terrible customer experience.

Booked my KIA Sonet GTX+ 7DCT Petrol on the 6th April 2021. The waiting time given was 7-8 weeks and the booking form said 3 months. As soon as the booking was done, the city went into lockdown. During this time I read up a lot on KIA by watching reviews on YouTube and checking their social media pages. Here I noticed that most posts were about delay in delivery by about 6 months and poor service by the dealer and staff. My anxiety got the best of me and I started frantically messaging KIA Care India on Twitter and my sales person at Advaith KIA. I was given the standard answers by KIA Care that did little to reassure. But my sales person Fojiya from Advaith was patient with me. She was prompt in all her responses. Gave me information that was available to her. The lock down lasted nearly 2 months. But to my pleasant surprise the first day the lockdown was lifted I got a message that the car was allocated and will be delivered within a week. I made the down payment and Mr. Chandrashekhar from KIA made sure the loan process went smoothly. I am collecting my car today and havent inspected it yet. But I want to thank Ms.Fojiya and Mr.Chandrashekhar from KIA for taking all measures to ensure a fast delivery. Thank you, Advaith KIA.

I took my Seltoss delivery couple of days ago. It was an excellent experiance with Advaith Kia. I went there for an enquiry without taking appointment but I ended up taking test drive of the vehicle. My consultant was Reyaz. He is an amazing guy. From day one till the delivery of the vehicle he took care of evrything. He has excellent knowledge and he woundt mind of go out of the way to help you and provide excellent customer service. I had mutiple test drive session with them and Reyaz and his superior Mr. Sampath always obliged. Both of them displayed professional approach with personal touch. In the course of buying process I met other staffs like Mr. Nutan, Mr. Ravi and both of them were courteous and helpful in nature. Overall I would say one should visit Advaith Kia to experiance better customer service compare to other car showrooms.Keep up the good work!!

Took delivery of my GTX+ manual two weeks back. Great place and thanks to Suresh in answering all queries and helping in getting the car delivery.

Had booked sonet HTX imt..1. Starting from testdrives, they have only top end gtx imt model. So if you are looking for a tech line other than top end HTX+ and you havent seen any on roads before, you can expect not to see the vehicle in prior (however you can ask the representative to check if any service vehicles are available to have a look from outside).2. During booking, the sales representative Mr. Faizan was phlegmatic and explained all the quires without getting agitated. Also he arranged for a 2nd test drive when my family wanted to have a drive experience. Thanks to him for being polite all through the booking and delivery processes.3. The delivery was smooth and took about 2hrs (since there were many vehicles for delivery. If not it would take hardly 30 to 45 mins)4. Post delivery I observed that the welcome feature wasnt working. Which I informed them during number plate Installation and they corrected it (was an issue in the instrument cluster and once hard reset was done, things are working smooth). Due to this I am giving 4 stars cos they had the PDI done and had given PDI check ok. So my suggestion is to have your own PDI checks done inside out before taking delivery.5. Lastly do not expect even an idol for free from them. Which is bad seeing the cost of the vehicle itself. Kia should probably be more customer oriented.Overall it was a smooth experience with the delivery process.

I contacted Advaith Kia because I wasnt happy with the service I got from the other Kia showrooms in Bangalore, and I was told that Advaith Kia was supposed to be the most reliable car dealer in Bangalore. I didnt believe it till I dealt with Reyaz and Shivaprasad and they kept their promise to deliver ahead of time. I must admit, I am a very difficult customer to deal with but these two guys went above and beyond to meet my need, and for that I recommend them for their exemplary service. Pathetic experience. One of the worst places to book a car in Bangalore. We booked a Sonet on 11th November 2020 based on the assurance that it will be delivered before 15th jan,2021. Once the booking was done, nobody from the sales team bothered to respond to calls. Had to run to the showroom every week only to be told the standard linesshortage of raw materials.Once I escalated the issue to the GM, I was told it will be delivered within March 15th. And then again silence at the other end. Relieved to actually cancel the booking now.Note for people looking to buy a car here....be ready to face incredible apathy from the sales team and consider yourself lucky if your car is delivered on time.

This is the last place to visit for Kia cars . I made biking about 40 days back & after booking there was no response . They did not even provide me a formal quote.As I was going for loan arrangement directly ( not through Kia ) they did not respond to me at all . Multiple requests for quote was not responded by them . Instead their finance guy suggested to go for loan through them & they can help me. He literally refused to give quote as so was not going for loan through them . I had to visit 3 times to get the quote . Even after that there was no response from them & finally I cancelled the booking. After that I made fresh booking at PPS Kia on Mysore Road & took delivery in less than 15 days .If you want to go for Kia Advaith is the last place .

Worst ever customer service...These people just take bookings promising the delivery of the vehicle within the date we ask for...Once booking is done no response from anyone...No update nothing...They are experts in taking just the bookings, but they are not into delivery of cars...If you people cannot deliver the car on the date as promised then why do you people do false promises...Waiting period for sonet was 1-2 months when i had booked...Now its 4th month running and still no update about the vehicle...I have finally cancelled the booking...In the market we have hell lot of companies offering cars with competitive prices and features...If you can’t deliver the vehicle as promised close your showroom and just stop taking bookings from customers...Stop your false promises first...I will never recommend anyone here...Worst place ever for a new car!!

Kia Sonet IMT GTX ➕. An engineering marvel indeed. You got to test drive to experience that and once you do that, you cannot resist buying it. Amazing features, think of anything on this planet, it has that. UVO app can make you feel like a James Bond 007 ...Coming to IMT, I think thats a lovely innovation wherein you dont get a clutch but you have all the power under your control, the gears and all this without an iota of vibration or jhatka (in chaste hindi).The staff, especially Mr Sapthagiri is cool dude who can explain anything and everything about the car at the first stage of test drive. Thereafter, the smooth journey begins with all other staff being pleasantly polite and always smiling. The manager Mr Shiva is a magnetic guy with solutions for all the issues, if any.All in all a 7 star experience though Im bound to give 5 stars due to the google limitations!!!!!

Good response from Advaith kia bangalore. Mr Bharani sales executive responded to all quarries and explained everything. One issue noted in Advaith kia that quick response for customers quarries to be addressed at earliest.

Visited showroom today to look at Sonet 1.2 Petrol variant. To my surprise the sales person Mr. Prateek said that they dont t have any variant in petrol 1.2 in stock for test drive. He said that he will talk to his manager and get back to me.I strongly feel that they should have atleast one variant in petrol 1.2 for test drive.

I had bad experience at the showroom. There was small damage to the cars Door Garnish, it hardly costs 500. But the executive suggests to change the door and get insurance claimed. I asked for Garnish replacement, without checking with the accessories store, he said there is no stock and the finishing will not remain the same and I have to get door replaced. I got it changed from another showroom and everything is good.

When I first went to a Kia showroom (not this one) I was very disappointed with the service I got from thr staff there. While I expected lot from Kia for the hype in Indian car market, the customer service was horrible. No one to welcome in the showroom, I had to wait in reception for few mins and then one person showed up and told is their consultants are busy and will let us know when someone is available. We didnt help us for 20mins.. Then I asked if they can arrange for test drive and they were confused what is available and what is not available. In nutshell, when you have high selling cars the attitude goes to drain.. Unfortunately, my second kia showroom visit and had bad experience

Such a useless place for buying a car at. They keep you waiting for ever and they dont even bother to give information to the customer. We have to call them again and again and beg them for the car.I am really very much disappointed with the staff behaviour and unknown delay in delivery from the Kia plant itself. I am really surprised how they can promise you that they will deliver the car on a particular date without consulting the plant and finally they say that we are not getting the vehicle from the plant, and even say that we dont know when it will be delivered..😡😠

Well kept but critical shortage of manpower to address the needs of customers. Customer should have extreme patience and time to be addressed by the sales personnel who are indeed good and well behaved.

I booked kia sonet on 24th October with their representative devika who promised to get the vehicle delivered within in 4 weeks and also promised me test drive which never happened but still I got a message saying hopefully you enjoyed the test driveDevika called me after a week and said the wait period has been increased to 8 weeks which i was not okay so I walked into their showroom and canceled my booking ,devika wasnt their so another representative named sapthagiri took my signature on a blank sheet and told the cancelation would done I would get my booking amount through net banking in 4 working days.After 2 week of all this my booking amout hasnt been refunded and none of their representative is picking the callABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE SHOWN BY THIER EMPLOYEES

Worst experience .No one to reply.No one to pick call.Amount in advance has been taken .Vechile has not yet delivered n no one is properly repliyingThey dont have vechile then why they have open show room .Orelse why they were taking advance payment.We should daily beg n ask when will our vechile will be delivered .Already 50 days over.When they have mention with in 2/3 weeks vechile will be delivered .And now they r saying urs advance will be return back.Then why u wasted ours time ...
