This is the first time we have purchased a Innova in Nandi Toyota U Trust the customer service was great and the response was to good by Mr.Nithin (salesperson)

Let me share my experience buying CAR from Nandi Toyota UTRUST. I had plans and negotiations were in place with sales engineers to buy a mid-variant new car Wagon 2021 from show room of Maruti.That’s when I heard about Nandi Toyota U TRUST from my friend (Faby) and we visited UTRUST on SUNDAY where I met the sales engineer ‘NITHIN’ who greeted us with a positive node.Unlike other sales engineers (met in my journey) Nithin didn’t took us to the car yard at first to show case the cars available, instead he first understood my requirement, specifications that I was looking out for and if any CAR that I have finalized to purchase. This indeed saved each other’s time and energy!.Post which NITHIN showed us the CARS available which matched to my requirements. Specifications of CAR was well explained!. This clearly shows the knowledge and experience NITHIN holds in the Automobile industry. We took few chosen cars for TEST DRIVE and ended up selecting a very attractive i20 model. Thanks to Nithin and Toyota UTRUST.My sincere thanks to Karthik (Manager) who was available at times when I called him and facilitated the concerns raised with at most care and keeping the good customer relationship.My sincere thanks to Nithin (Sales consultant) for being patience on all times and keeping the good customer relationship starting from selection of the car until the delivery of the car. I have seen very less people who takes utmost care of customer until the delivery of car!. Keep up the good work Nithin, your work speaks than anything else. I am happy that Toyota UTRUST has such good knowledgeable sales consultants who can guide the customers the right path on selection.

Highly recommended. Ive heard from a few people that the prices at UTrust is higher always and should look around among 3rd party dealers/brockers to get better deals. Honest to God , I checked among atleast10 dealers directly & also through FB market place/OLX in & around Blr city, all I could see was a difference of 50K at the best. The confidence we feel once you step into the Toyota showroom is at a different level all together.About UTrust Bommanahalli in particular, I picked up a Toyota Crysta 2.8 Zx Automatic. They are 100% transparent from my experience. I was assisted by Mr Vipin and he spent uncanny time with me & gave the best deal (Cross varified with many people in my circle as well as from my own experience from the other local dealers). After extensive research and careful consideration to purchase a barely used certified pre-owned Fortuner I was recommended this Nandi Toyota U Trust by a close confidant of mine. They shared the pictures of the inventory and specifics for each vehicle before I travelled to Bangalore to look at them. They let one of my delegates physically look at the vehicle and discuss the vehicle history a day before I arrived in Bangalore.Once I got there Vipin and team did an excellent job with the walk around, vehicle history, service records and explaining warranty terms and date effectivities. Im extremely pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and respect for my time and theirs. It truly deserved a 5 star rating and 10/10 I would recommend this team to a close friend of mine. Excellent service by Utrust folks. This is my second car with Nandi Toyota UTRUST division. The reliability and trust made me to come second time.Update 10/10/2021:While my used car buying experience was good, my after buying experience in RC and Insurance name transfer for not great. A good amount of money is charged for the name transfer service and I had to follow-up utrust on months together. The sales executive interest on my case before and after sales is sadly visible which could have been better for the brand.
