Took my car for annual service. Booked appointment prior to visit. Reached around 9:15 am. Service Advisor Mr. Kiran took all details and because there was no complaint as such, went ahead with regular service with Engine oil change and air and engine oil filter replacement. He was courteous and explained everything with sufficient details whatever I asked technical or functional. All service and cleaning done as promised and cleaning is specially good as they use foam and pressure wash. Delivered well within 4 hours.They have a quick inspection bay as soon as you enter, then there is a washing bay and workshop entry next to it. On the right side they have an enclosed paint booth with provision for paint baking. The workshop itself is big and can accommodate at least 4-6 cars being serviced at a time. As they have a body repair shop, there would be cars which came for body repair and repaint other than regular service cars. Spare parts store is just at the end of the workshop. Workshop is equipped with all required lifts and wheel alignment/balance machines. The seating area is small and max 4 persons can wait in that lounge, not advisable at this time of pandemic.Overall very satisfied with the service and provisions available.

We liked their reception and attention from the entry to exit including technical advice before they take up any work. Overall the KIA service near Monotype BANASHANKARI is worth visiting for my SELTOS servicing. The reception guy Mr Kiran is good in hospitality

I had dropped my Seltos here for removing a deep scratch. Service Advisors Manoj and Harish made the entire process of claiming insurance to fixing the scratch butter smooth. The repair work that was carried out was top notch. They delivered the car within the committed time. Great work done by the entire team.
