I booked my RR310 in this showroom. The sales staff are friendly. I got the bike immediately. I didnt have any waiting period. No idea about the service. I will update once I get it serviced.

Worst service center in bangalore.The manager is telling they have no bike oil present in service center after waiting for 2 hours the service person is informing this.This is just worst center, please select the service center wisely, as am sharing my experience with this center.

A TVS showroom with service centre too. The showroom is good and the staff are decent too.

DO NOT VISIT THIS BLOODY TVS SHOWROOMI visited this showroom today to make an enquiry to buy a new vehicle, saw the vehicle and took the quotation, sales rep was good, but by the time I took my quotation, service delivery guy had taken my helmet (in the age of social distancing). These people does not even know what they are doing and what is customer service in this age.I do not recommend people to visit this showroom.#poor customer service #carelessness #nosafety

I wish I could give zero rating.My sincere advice to TVS vehicle owners not to give your vehicle for service in this showroom. They don’t have a proper security system. They don’t take responsibility for the vehicle.I had given my vehicle for service @solartvs RR nagar and later I was informed by the manager that the vehicle is stolen from their service station. They don’t have a security guard to secure the vehicles. It’s been 3 months and I don’t have any proper commitment from the showroom owner Ramesh Babu. They stopped answering our calls also.

Worst service providers my vehicle completely damaged

Words are not enough to describe how pathetic my experience was in this showroom. I already have a TvS jupiter and wanted to buy another one for my daughter. The sales staff Sanjay spoke nicely till we made payment and then started showing his true colors. He has no manners and does not know how to behave with customers. How can such people be put incharge of sales!The whole experience was a nightmare and i hope either these people improve or close their showroom forever, saving every dignified customer from such horrible experiences.

Dont visit or purchase anything from this showroom ..I have purchased TVS Jupiter Recently at the time of purchase they told they will give free helmet but till now they say its OUT OF STOCK and also they informed that after 45 days RC CARD will be delivered to home but it didnt came on time when asked them in showroom they didnt followed up and not given proper response to this issue ..EVEN SERVICE IS HOPELESS THEY DONT DO PROPER SERVICE

Good TVS dealers. Great staff and good vehicles of TVS are available. Have good customer relationship and are pretty honest. They also suggest whats good for the customer and give great options.The vehicle service is also pretty good with very good response to the problems told. They keep you informed about the service timing and appointments. Use authentic parts too.The payment accepted is cash or card for service and dd, cheque and cash for new vehicle purchase.All in a good place for TVS owners for service and purchase of vehicles. The owner is also pretty good and give some discounts as well.

Foul mouth service station personal, had bought my two wheeler here but when you call to schedule a service they never pick the call. The manager there was foul mouthed and shouted over the phone.Please dont buy it here

One of the worst service center I have come across. Manager and Staff is very rude and irresponsive. If you need respect DO NOT go to this service center. Following up on insurance and spare parts for my bike from past 6 month yet there is no proper response from them. They are not agreeing with insurance company and asking us to pay more than what insurance company advised.

Not at all recommended...find a better service centre!!.It has become worst services lately,Only on your first service they care about your vehicle(caring both about you and vehicle)....later they dont deliver your vehicles on time not even close to the time that they have mentioned...I dont know either they completely forget that they have to service your vehicle(they remember when you call them to ask if the service is completed) or do it on purpose when I complained about this for delivering 3hours late than expected delivery of vehicle to the head of that branch he gave some lame reasons supported their lazy workers and after 3hours extra time also no compensation was given not even apologetic for how they treated us...I had good opinion about it at first service now its worst(can I rate less than 1star?)It was acceptable for one time but I dont think they will realize this[The rules about caring your vehicles when left on service by TVS is great! But this branch handles worstly]...And yeah even being holding lots of those vehicles for services they dont hold some emergency petrol in need....they may tell you to go and buy petrol for your vehicle even if its dark or raining so be ready for that if you are visiting this service centre.Thank you!

I had a great respect to Solar TVS, however, in a recent interaction on purchase of a Wego. I realized the sales team, is not efficient, but they need to just achieve their target. The sales executive play with the words very neatly.Not at all happy..

The showroom and service center is located on a narrow main road opposite the upcoming RR Nagar metro station. The do not have a proper parking space.But I am happy and satisfied with the service. Their service center is open 24hours. This is a best option for those guys who cannot leave their vehicle full day because of their profession need.I had to get my two Tvs Jupiter services done but I did not want to leave my vehicle full day. I received a message from them that they are open 24 hours that was a good option for me.I called them up to book the slot and told them I need the two vehicle the next day morning.I left my one vehicle at 8pm and received the call by 11pm that the service was done. And immediately I went to leave the second one and that also they gave the next day morning by 7am.One vehicle was on free service and another was a paid one so I have took a AMC from them and got good discounts on spares too.I liked the way they handle customers too.I suggest any marketing sales or delivery persons who need the vehicle everyday for their job to use this 24 hours service option.

Extremely frustrating experience when it comes to post sales service...Ramesh(owner) appears to be the only service orientated person in this premises.Immediately after the service, youll receive few feedback calls. Any complaints provided by the customers during these calls would only fall on deaf ears. Alternatively, they would also recommend you to get any issues sorted out in subsequent service instead of fixing it immediately.Staff needs to be trained on soft skills, customer centricity and issue resolution.

Very Bad Experience... They dont take any responsibility of the service vehicles.. Irresponsible team... Though there were many bad reviews about the showroom took a chance but its proved.. They are good to the customers only till they sell a vehicle after that people are least bothered . They only know to ask good feedbacks for the service which they provide... No proper time management.. Costly service..They charge more for everything.. Parts of the newly bought vehicles get damaged within a span of 1 year.. Quality of service and vehicle purchsed is bad.. Worst service. Please dont purchase or service your vehicle at solar tvs. I had given my apache rtr 160 for rectification of engine problem in june 2019. They charged me around Rs 15,600/- and still the problem is not resolved. They are asking me again to pay Rs 8,000/- to rectify the issue.

Very horrible experience. No value for customer and money. I will not suggest this service center to any body. If you give vehicle for service, you will end up with both losing vehicle and money. Vehicle quality will get deteriorate After service. If you are searching for any TVS service center, pls dont opt this.

Worst after sales and service. Bought TVS Jupiter in one shot payment. Accesaries are not branded one. They tood money from you never give bill or details. We bought all accessares of Jupiter they failed to deliver on time. 15 days over still accessaries not fitted.

Its a strong warning to refrain from buying or taking the services of this dealership is far from better. First of all they have a group of really inexperience staff. Let me walk you through what happened to me from the start.1. I asked them for Nil deprecation insurance, they gave me comprehensive and when asked about it he said that there was no such communication.2. Owner name was incorrect in both insurance and RC it took them 7 months to get it corrected,3. They dont actually service your vehicle theyll just wash it off.4. They wont pick up your call or answer your queries.5. They will over charge you like hell.

Pathetic service. Just money minded staff. Brought scooty, had problems in self start and even with kick start. Self start problem was never rectified. On my free service when I complained, they would set it right for 2 days, now after 1 year after free service, they say it has battery issues (it had the issue from day one of purchase). Even after service call is just for name sake and no one really cares about customer.

Had booked the vehicle here Jupiter... One thing people dont know about the financial terms and conditions we public get cheated with all of this big brand, we think they are right and we are worng..Here they offered me 79,650 on road price for ZX with disc brakes and they told 2600 for accessories total came for 82,250, as in down payment that told you have to pay 33,338 and the loan approval was for 50,000 thousand then I asked for why are you charging extra with me they started saying it is hp cancelling charges and processing charges documents charges etc and again I was asked to pay 2600 for accessories again...I didnt understand why this people are changing when I asked for breakup they are not ready to give they trying to explain to me by words not in written...which is not applied to me because I was a exesisting customer ( I was offered no documents charges by the TVS head office)

I have experienced worst service here. My bike has met with accident and this people has intimated to insurance after 10 days of accident. And after repairing if I have got any problems nd reach to them they do not response properly and I ll say they doesnt even know how to respect customers money, for a small work also they ll ask charges. Had an amazing experience here. The sales rep Sanjay was very kind and courteous. My friend and I came here w the purpose of test driving the RR310 and were treated with immense respect and rode the bike . I had a pretty bad experience with the Bharath TVS Jayanagar branch as they treated us real bad and was forcing us to book the bike to test drive it. This was overall a refreshing experience.

Worst and pethatic service center,No proper inspection of the vehicle, stelling the fuel (2 times in 5 service), they wont check even the air pressure, full of careless , even they broken the engine mud guard, no proper cleaning of chain guard near gear shift and water wash(fuel tank scratches).The only thing which u get good and best is they finish the service very early.TVS provides a good Quality Vehicle but this service center is not upto the level.

Worst service showroom must avoid,gave rr310 for service after booking slot at 7am they said they will deliver by 11am, instead got it at 6pm.Finally to top it they punchered my bike also while serviceing had to get it fixed in another service shop before I could reach home.Absolutely the worst.

Good service team, takes good care of our vehicles, convenient timing as they are open 7days a week around the clock, they too have pick up and drop service from some places, Mr.Naveen, service head is really helpful and informative. They have good technicians like Mr. Shivu and others. I feel like I dont have to worry about my bike anymore after I got serviced from Solar TVS. Thank you Solar service team. It would be helpful if you could get an appointment fixed before you visit the service center. They have a clean and good customer waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi, coffee or tea, reading materials like news papers, magazines. Totally a good place to get your vehicle serviced.

Very poor service. Bad staff . They are not sincere about customer data and loss. They will not resolve your problems until you will call them every hour or go to their show room directly. Manager will also not listen to your problems. Their mechanics are too slow to deliver you service on time.Overall its pretty bad idea to go their and purchase your vehicle.

This the second time I have suffered here. I came here the 2nd time as I had paid for a 18 month service deal. BIG MISTAKE.You have to ask them for every little thing and they WILL mess it up for you in the worst possible way.I got phone call intimating the scooter is serviced. From my past experience, I came the next morning (14th Nov 17).1. the scooters supposedly new seat cover was torn.2. Scooter was not washed let alone polished.3. Teflon coating was not done.4. The billing staff was not telling me the bill amount after the discounts (for the 18 month servicing coupons)5. They made me wait for 2 hours so far.They staff were indifferent to the problem they had caused me and behaved as though I was interrupting their business.

Given my Apache RTR for servicing after the service all the problems where still there..Staff are rude and unprofessional.Totally unsatisfied with my 2 times experience. After service my bike was having problems which was not there only . On my way back bike stopped n I was waiting for backup for hours just to hear we can only do this much ,if u want better service go somewhere else
