This place doesnt deserve any positive comments .These people doesnt care about customer money or your satisfaction. They dont even want to perform their basic duties.Please avoid this pit if you care about your car and dont want a big hole in your pocket , with no avail . Its a place where people make fool out of you. I reached out to this body shop for servicing and other works but in return what I got was utter disappointment and bluff. The executive who was assigned to me was Karaiah , his IQ is even less then room temperature. He took my requirements and didnt fulfilled anything, and was also ignorant to communicate the status .They didnt even warned me to change the tyres which is life threatening. As a matter of servicing , they didnt even fill up the tyres . They havent washed/ cleaned car , removed dent or rotated tyres even after asking. They charged for 2 fog lamps whereas 1 is only changed, see they are cheaters as well . The car was not properly serviced and front tyres made some noise , which was not their before the servicing .They ruined it and I have to visit them once again for the matter. Utter disregard for basic duties , Chuck out the customer satisfaction, its a secondary thing.They didnt intimated that they do not have part available and marked the work as complete ,called me to collect the car.I reached workshop to collect my car and was left stunned .They started blame games between service department and bodyshop which was a shame to encounter . The manager convinced me to pay advance for one of the part which he promised to get delivered and fixed at my place.I am still waiting for an update from his end.Customer satisfaction call reached out to me which promised to get this escalated in 24 hours but no response since 48 hours.

Attentive service personnel and took care of my insurance claim well. Rear bumper replaced and looks as good as new. Although it says body shop, they also do service.

The best Honda car service centre that I experienced for quality of work. Friendly staffs, treat their customers with respect. This was my fourth visit for service and I usually take help from Melvin (Service advisor). He has a lot of patience to listen the problems/queries and ensures the car is delivered perfect, meeting all my expectations. The location is bit interior but my overall experience is really good.

Staff is courteous but a bit far from the city and not near to the service/sales station of Magnum

Experienced one of the smoothest and easiest claim processing process here. I was in and out of the showroom in less than 30 minutes... Ive taken longer for leaving my car for general service. The car was delivered promptly as well. I found the quality of work to be exceptional as they managed to fix not only the broken parts, but many other small niggles too. Kudos to the team on working so diligently. Highly recommended.

I have bought Honda WRV 2020 model in January from Magnum honda Kanakapura Road. All good talks while you buy.Met with an accident in July and car went to Honda Body shop near Subramanyapura, Uttarahali road, the people are horrible in response. They dont inform about the status and you need to keep on following up with them. They misbehave and just quote you in bad manners. Only car is good rest all are pathetic be it service or be it response. The whole management hierarchy is like this.Honda car is really good.. but people I interacted are too arrogant and disrespectful.If your car goes to Magnum body shop be prepared to get humiliated

I had a very happy good experience here when I went for a body shop work and service.The staff are very friendly and provide informed assistance explaining the rationale for the need for repair work or the cause for the fault.My case was handled by Girish, who did an excellent job, but I felt the entire staff were quite professional in their approach.I was given an estimate before leaving the car and the final cost matched it closely even though they went beyond the plan for some additional checks and fixes.The location is a bit interior, but you dont really need to worry as they pick and drop the car at home, with online payment facility.Im quite impressed with the excellent handling of the pick up and drop service by their personnel in terms of courtesy, complaint collation and after-service delivery.

Work done is of Good quality. However i would reduce one star for the time taken to deliver the vehicle. Would be good if they commit to time they agreed to in 1st place

Got done with the repair but not satisfied with the upholstery cleaning and we need to visit the place repeatedly to know the work status .. A small suggestion kindly check the vehicles perfectly and never ever delay the works because it hesitates a lot. My vehicle took around 2 months to get repaired and I received yesterday we can understand that it takes time to get the parts and replace it , but even though u had a lot of time u people did not check the ABS alert , that to its all about breaking system if any issue arises then v r the one who is gonna suffer so i have to come there once again to check that issue.. I hope u people will come up with all those issues which I have mentioned and provide a good service .Thank you .

I visited the Magnum Honda body shop yesterday to get a side mirror fixed as it was damaged by another car that side swiped me. I went there with all my insurance papers and documents because I thought this was gonna cost a bomb as I was expecting the entire mirror assembly to be changed. To my surprise, it service advisor; Melvin suggested that hell try to get that fixed instead of getting a completely new one which was obviously more profitable for them. Melvin got it fixed and add my car was under warranty, I didnt have to pay anything. Ive often visited service centers where SAs try to push you to get things you need, but not at Magnum Honda, Kanakpura Road. I know where Ill be heading to maintain my Honda henceforth.

Customer service personnel seem very helpful and try to answer your queries completely. They try to keep you updated too. I find this place to be slightly expensive (might just be a Honda thing) and very remote too.Of course, there is this slight hitch that as a lay person, I wouldnt know the intricacies of the work or the materials. It seems like they do take advantage of this fact and they over service and maybe even charge for nitty-gritties which arent required, if you arent careful. For example, I was charged for servicing, though I had an offer for a free service given to me just a couple of days prior, but Honda.

Happy with the quality of work BUT....I Gave my car for Bodywork the advisor sketched a rough estimate for tinkering and painting or two doors. I was happy to receive a call stating the vehicle was ready one day before the committed day.I visited the service center for delivery and found the work done was PERFECT. The advisor told me only your doors are covered under insurance and when I paint the doors alone the colour shade may vary from quarter pannel, so I painted the quarter pannel too for which I have to pay. I was satisfied with the work but not the payment method for quarter pannel painting - it was OFFLINE.Magnum Honda shall provide Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption training to their employees.BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE WAS REALLY GOOD!!!

Good for bodyworks but is very far for general service

This is a little interior hard to find place. Recently my car was hit by a wrong lane driver which resulted in multiple damage at three different sides of the car. When approached the Magnum body shop Melvin was the advisor who was very positive and assisted and mentioned will help in this regard. As the insurance company failed to live up to it, had to run around to gather information from the police station. Soon the issue was escalated to Satish Shetty by Melvin and got things addressed and this man seemed more knowledgeable and helpful and addressed to my concerns and took thing to his hands and was good with handling situations, best part was that both Melvin and Satish kept me informed at every stage. I would rate this place a 4 but If I have to rate these two gentlemen then it would be anything more than a 5 stars.

I Really repent on the day when I decided to purchase city Honda.Magnum Honda has a bunch of cheaters in sales department . They will chase you like anything before your purchase and once you purchase they will start ignoring you. They damn care about your issues. I purchased city honda i-vtech in the year of 2015 and the day first itself I found there is some issue in music system and Air condition. I went back to them but they told me repair will cost you. I complained to Honda relationship manager ,Gurgaon and then a person came to my place and replaced it. They way they are doing business is a real surprise for me. Meanwhile I found the service people are more sensitive towards customer and all the free services done were satisfactory. Now today I send my vehicle for servicing.For that I took appointment 5 days back . I clearly explained them that I need my vehicle on the same day so just let me know if there is any issue. They took my vehicle early morning and then no body turned out and then i started following them. They told me there is an issue with the clutch box and need to be replaced. My vehicle just covered a distance of 16000 KM and I dont have any issue except a minor hardness in accelerator , so it was shocking to me. I felt like cheated but still I told them to replace and meanwhile I wanted to check with Honda company why they produce such inferior quality products which couldnt sustain even for 16,000 KM. When I again called in the evening they told me it will take an another day to repair and service. I completely lost my mind as I already mentioned to them that I have to catch my flight on Saturday and they have whole 5 days. Extremely disappointing and pathetic experience.I will never suggest anyone to purchase Honda car and at least from Magnum Honda.

Its a decent enough place the staff is quite understanding compared to other honda body shop dealers.

Staff Lacks customer service they have spare parts store but they don’t give spare parts at Mrp to get the spare part you should give your car for service in which the oil change is compulsory even if you don’t agree with that they have a fixed criteria for servicing the car. They give you an estimate of 4000 for general service and all the spare parts is extra so get the cost estimate in advance in writing and tell them not to exceed the estimate
