Excellent service centre ,whatever the spares they changed they returned the Old spares and they showed physically where the new spare was fitted and more over they sent the photos prior to the spare change and after change including oil change video prior and after..they kept their promise on time delivery also fully satisfied ,I need to mention Mr Irappa service as an advisor was excellent ,follow up on any small issue ..thanks !

Was extremely happy with the service provided for my Creta CRDi 1.6 MT. Was facing issues with brake paddle and hard gear shifts. Gajendran is my service advisor who explained the insurance claim process clearly and accepted the required documents soft copies via WhatsApp. Whenever I have doubts I WhatsApp him he replies over there. Front office staff gave good respect to the visitors always offers a chair to sit and provides a tea/coffee/ cool water. Service manager ganeshappa who explained me the car ac controls and jack usage. When I bring his notice he called the technician and fixed the boot closing problem immediately.

Giving 4 just because of location otherwise its the best service center I have ever gone to. Never Google with service center instead search for the bethany high school as it located to opposite of their sales dept. There servicing section is bit inside the crowded place and Google will take you to service center from some other road n end up in a congested place and u wont find the service center... So better search for bethany high school which is opp. to the blue hyundai from there, they can assist you how to reach service center.. Before starting with the review.. I would seriously suggest everyone not to go with the famous n big names like advaith n trident.. I didnt have great experience at advaith... So, atleast Once try here...They were treating like they treat a new customer who comes to buy new car... People are really cooperative n will listen to what problems are there and service it properly not like other service center who are in hurry to finish n move to other cars... They explained everything what they will n after finishing went on test ride... And they werent like other service center where they want to sell things just for there business...

Area is vast. Staff cordial. But heavy rush even on a working day. I went for my first free service, which was done in a few hours. They just water washed and released the vehicle as there was no telling difference in driving. Since it was free service, one cannot expect anything worth. However, considering the reputation of Hundai, I expected a better service.

Helpful staff, however the entry road is narrow and difficult to spot.Also, theres a lot of paperwork involved but the level of service makes the wait bearable.Special mention to Shariq, whose birthday it was when I visited. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The service center is, as usual with Hyundai, a great customer service experience. We had problems with the air-conditioning system of the car. We thought it was a big problem, with the weather being so hot, and they analyzed the issue and assured us it was nothing to be concerned about. In a few minutes they changed the filter and we were off on our way again. The staff were polite and courteous. They were hospitable, this is the level of service Hyundai has become synonymous for in our experience.

This is one of the biggest Hyundai Authorized service center in the city. I see many accident vehicles coming over here for getting the car parts replaced. Luckily the Hyundai service executives guiding properly in for the claims to be settled from the Vehicle Insurance. This Service deals with second hand car and other services. I felt the spare parts replacement is bit expensive for Hyundai vehicles. Be careful while explaining the cause of damage to the car otherwise Insurance claims will be rejected.
