Currently it is named Venus Motors. It is Bosch approved. And there ends the great name.The earlier owners were great and did very good work. The place is neat and quite big enough to accommodate around 20 cars and has most facilities.Sadly the present guys are really slow and inefficient, though very friendly. Not recommended to give your vehicle for service or repair here other than getting a normal car wash done. The facility infrastructure and setup are good enough, being big and airy, but they don’t possess adequate and knowledgeable mechanics, except just one, who is also not that great.What are the multi problems for this multi brand service center?Delayed delivery, will not update you on what is happening, amateurs in understanding and executing most of the work are some of the issues. You have to keep your fingers crossed till you receive your vehicle. Several follow-ups are required to get work done. Totally unprofessional guys. Seems they lack proper training. In the hands of real professionals, this would have been one of the best. Sadly, no.If you want to get yourself frustrated, you can try this place. Otherwise, totally avoid this and save yourself from some serious headache. I really mean it.

Just look for Mr Perumal, he is the most professional and to the point person you would want to discuss ur car issue with. I had few minor issues with Verna, he gave the perfect suggestions and really good prices.

I experienced Steering issue in my Hyundai i20. When contacted Trident Hyundai, they said the entire motor and shaft assembly has gone bad and it would cost around 30000/- rupees. For cross check, I took the car to Ultra Auto care. Thanks to Mr. Rafi - he took a day to analyze the issue and went extra mile to take the motor to an external test lab to get it diagnosed and found only the motor needs to be changed and not the entire assembly. I gave a go ahead and entire service got over within 10000/- RS. in just 2 days. Recommend Ultra Auto Care to anyone who is looking for professional consulting and servicing. Best value for money.

I am impressed with their service. They assessed my car completely and fixed most of the issues which other service stations couldnt fix. They are also honest and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this service centre if you are looking for one.

I was a little hesitant because i have always given my car to honda service center. But these guys are good at what they do. Reception was professional and polit, explained all the required details. Car was nicely done, bumper repaired in very cost effective way. Price is lil less than honda service centers and worth it. The only bad thing was the washing section, the interior and exterior was not cleaned correctly, behind the mirrors it was still dirty, inside handles there was still good amount of water, the dashboard polish was not applied throughout the dash and can be easily seen. Rest was good and Id visit again.

They simply say that you need to replace the parts even if the parts are working fine, please check everything before handing over your vehicle.. they are more of con-artist than mechanics. Thanks

Very neat car spa. First time without asking the service folks rolled up the huge car cover into a neat roll and placed in car. Usually during car wash they simply leave them. Good work

I just went to replace L-Headlight bulb and L fog lamp bulb for my Hyundai Accent car.Only Head lamp bulb was replace and fog lamp they did not have stock and bought it from outside which got burned out after installing. I paid even for that bulb.They charged me 650/- in first place when I questioned why your charging this huge for just replacing the headlight bulb then they billed it for 452/-Finally only head lamp was fixed and fog lamp they just said wiring problem they didnt even bother to check and fix it( but I paid for not fixing also)Be careful , Even company service wont charge this huge.Worst experience.

I would rate zero if I had an option, their service is pathetic, I had given my lancer for service in the month of May 22nd asking to fix the issues in it except the shock-absor , & ask me if you had to change anything after a day they called me saying sir your disk pad and disk has to be changed & when I asked what would be the overall bill if I change it & the person who called told me it would come upto 8k including3mm cleaning the next I get call saying sir your car is ready , you can come and collect it evening around 7:30 I went the next day morning 25th May 2019 hopping that it would be ready, but I was supprised to see that inspite of washing and Thier 3mm cleaning my car interior was still dirty & few sticky marks on the seat & the window glass had dirty sticky marks & when i pointed out & shouted at them they were like sir you please take the car leave it when your free and we will rework on it and give you, I took my car since I really needed the car since I had loads of work that weekend with it.Later after two days my car got breakdown near my gym in Indranagar at 1am in the night n I had to leave the car and take the cab, after that I called him.the next day morning he was not ready to take the car since his guy was Ramzan fasting. So they took the key from me next day morning & took the car from Indranagar & told me there was no fuel in the car, actually I had filled fuel for 1010Rs on that Evening,But still he said there was no fuel in the car, I dont know what was the reason for the car breakdown, later on 3rd June morning i asked if the car is ready they were like sir everything is ready you can come and collect it. When I went there I see the car is washed neatly this time but when they start the car I hear the belt sound. I had already told them.to fix that issue even if I wouldnt have told they duty is to see if there is any flaw and fix it, then after I pointed out they called the mechanic to fix the belt sound by just tightening the belt screw, then later while paying the bill it was 14k & I paid them 13k since they made me come again wasted my time but after taking the car I found that they have not worked on my Speedo Meter which I asked them.to fix it over the phone for which I have the call record and on top of that I found 3mm dirt on my Meter box which I recorded immediately and sent the video to Me. Rajath he says he is the owner of the garage but he never responded to the videos I sent nor did he apologise n there are many flaws I found out on same day n sent a video buy he never responded since I had already paid the bill & by next day my cars power window stopped working. Imagine your cars power window works fine but after the service for which you pay 13k & then it stops working how would you feel ? So finally today when I met mr. Rajath he behaves rude & says I din even charge you for washing your car second time, dude its not my mistake if you had not done your work properly the first time. & On top of all these some part on the front wheel hits my wheel while driving I asked them.to fix even that but they have not done it, one I was above to bang another car while take a turn, by gods grace am alive today.The service they provide is pathetic pathetic & pathetic they are not concerned about your life or anything all they wanted is to rise your bill. I am going to take an legal action against them for thier service.

Definately deserves a 5 star rating... A nice centre in the vicinity. Went for the first time n the service i recieved was very good... Got little repairing done which was done in a very professional way n quickly. I must say this centre is well equipped. Got car spa also done that included external foam wash, internal body polish n vacumm cleaning in quite a decent price...First tym i m seeing some centre giving so much time in cleaning the vehicle with a step by step process... Boys are pro-active, they make sure that each n every part of vehicle shud look like brand new...M extremely happy with the service..Special mention to Mr Rakshit, who is vehicle body-parts manager. He had been a great help from the time i entered the centre tilll the moment i left. Gave me numerous options of repairing... A good 5 star advice.. looking forwrd for further work requird fr my car.
