Only problem while purchasing bike I tried to swap my catd they told it will charge 2% extra seems they dont know how to claim the card swap tax from govt or they doesnt have gst number. Great experience.The staffs really add value to Bajaj India.I have visited the service center last week due to a manufacturing defect.They didnt ask much questions.I had waited in the longue for 2 hrs and they informed me that they will replace the part.It took exactly 1 week for the delivery.But the waiting period was worth.I was much worried about my bike as it is a brand new.They have replaced the part infront of me.I am really happy and I highly recommend this place.And I especially remember Mr. Praveen and Mr.Pradeep.They did their duty excellent.Mr.Dileep (mechanic) took care of my bike very well.The replacement was covered under warranty period and they didnt even charge the labour charge.Keep up the good job.

Poor hospitality, nobody responds to your queries. The executive Named Prashant is worst. I wanted to buy or book a dominar 400 bike wanted to have a complete download of it but Prashant was busy smiling and talking on the phone. He told the receptionist let them wait i am on call his attitude is worst to the customers. I strongly feel after sales would be even worst.

The service here is a big scam. They charge minimum of 2000 rupees extra in the bill. Never ever visit such a fraud service centre. They just deceive their customers. Moreover the service was so worst that my bike was better before giving to service. Without informing they change parts & add in bill & for each part change they charge high labour charge. They convince to change the engine which costs 8k. Today they charged me Rs, 7650 for a normal service. Im gonna register a complaint against them in the police department for this scam. Guys contact me if u r thinking to give ur buke service here. I will show u with the proofs how they fool ppl.

Not at all good. they bill too much. Estimate is given for 4k-5k but charged 11.7K for my pulsar. and also service is worst. again i am facing lot of problems. Not at all recommended for service.

Work is not properly done... Have to visit 3 times to get the fuse problem fixed... The entire wiring is changed which costed me around 2.7k and the problem is still existing. But the staff is at least good to listen to you. Still hoping the problem would be resolved

This is theworst showroom I have ever gone and had the dealing with ... Such a irresponsible showroom and management.. I bought my bike from this showroom and its been 4+months till now I have not got the RC card.. when we go to showroom either manager will not be there or they will keep blame on those executive who is not there at present . When ever I go and ask status about my RC they keep telling 2days their executive is already in RTO to followup on this . If we go to showroom employees will be sitting in such a way that they are not responsible for what we are asking.Not sure why Bajaj is giving dealership to such irresponsible dealers.

They are after your money. They will give you one estimate at the beginning, but after service completion they bill you 3 times the amount. Bill includes loads of small items which there is no way to verify if it was actually needed to be replaced. Avoid at all costs.

Had great worst experience. Nothing was done in the bike and they called and said bike is ready.Staff was arguing when told him about the problems.Points, why you should not give your bike for servicing here.- Non cooperative staff- They will do nothing and say bike is ready.- Improper time estimation that when your bike will be ready.- Non experienced service staffDont give your bike here at any cost. Its simply waste of money.

My overall experience was good here. I gave my bike for service for three consecutive times. They did well and staffs are also well behaved. But in my recent bike service I had to change clutch plate. After changing clutch plate there was a sound coming which sometime you get when bike is on 4th or 5th gear and all of sudd reduce ur speed to 20-30 without changing gear. But it was so difficult for them to understand the issue. Finally I got someone there who actually understood the issue and got it fixed in 2 days.

Hello guys dont go fr service here as I had very worst experience . I serviced my bike in this showroom and soon after that I had abnormal noice from from break assembly .soon after that inform them that I m getting such noise and they initially checked and didnt found anything .same issue repeats finally they replaced new break pads from store even after that also same issue repeated.finally they started telling issue may something else need to send it to R&D that this .almost 10time I had been to service station but they couldnt able to find out problem.finally I went out side local service guy and replaced new break pads from other Bajaj showroom and immediately it got resolved.... really its very poor please I suggest not to go else simply waste of money as well time too.

This Thursday Coolant of my bike was almost finished, i didnt know why but on Friday i refilled at Bajaj Service center. They suggested it might be because of coolant is leaking. On Saturday i gave bike for repair and Sri kanth said that i will get bike by Sunday 12 oclock. Generally they close the service center by 1 On sunday and when i called the number provided by in slip but phone was switched off. i tried on monday also but same response. when i went to service center they told that bike is not repaired. they even check the issue. So i told them to give my bike back as i had to go to office and i was getting late. Pathetic experience with them this time.Contact Number provided here is incorrect. when i called a lady picked the call and said wrong number second time when i called she said it is call center.I have given bike for servicing for years some times experience was bad sometimes it was good but this one was worst!!!

A BIG NO, i took Bajaj Avenger 150 street on 23 June 2017. From very next day i found self-start had stopped working (there is no kick in the bike). I reported same to servicing manager, he told Leave your bike here and come next day evening, well fix it.I followed their instructions. 10 days later same problem occured, self stopped working. Again i informed them, manager said same line Leave your bike here and come next day evening. As there was no other option i followed their instructions. Before first servicing I reported same problem 3-4 times and every time they had given temporary fix.Till 3rd servicing they were fixing in free. After free servicing they charged 2 times for same issue and when i asked, why are you charging ? As self-start problem is from beginning, then Servicing Manager started scolding me behaved like hell beat me. I am facing same issue till now and planning to file a complaint against show room.

Worst service NOT EVEN ONE STAR I gave my bike Pulsar ns200 white color for servicing.Problems:1. clutch plate (bike is not crossing speed of 40).2. brakes.3. engine sound.I gave morning and evening I taken deliver evening at 5pmI observed that mechanic give my bike deliver as some odd smile and two mechanics were smiling... (ignored it)....I check my bike everything....... what they done u same issue are there only they done water servicing for my bike...........it not crossing 40 speed again I came back to service center I told them they told they done all prefect ok fine I told mechanic to go for drive and cross 50 speed and observe..... he come to know that the issue is with clutch plate ok they told me to replace my clutch plate cost around 2500rs and manager or senior mechanic he was telling sorry and all ok I told them sooo rudely that change it they are fooling people ......... and i observed that while changing clutch they didnt changed my engine oil worst mechanic and smoothly changed the clutch plate and gave me the bike ..... and they claimed that they replace and changed everything....i will nt use my bike frequently....i was observing after 10days brakes are not in good condition then i remembered that he told after 30kms it will ok fine i driven 35kms and checked same issue...and they gave my bike with some scratches on oil tank

Serviced my RS200 at Amba Bajaj Madiwala, Bangalore. The worst service i have ever got since after the service my bike started giving new problems. Whatever issues i had was not solved. Too hefty amount was charged for no reason and changed the parts when there was no need to do so. I had some self start issue but that was not solved and because of same issue not there is wiring issue in bike. This is worst service i ever got. Filing a consumer case complaint for charging unnecessary amount and not providing proper service. Name of this service center should be spoiled to an extent that noone else should go and spoil there expensive bikes here.PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR BIKE FOR SERVICE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR BIKE MORE AND GET LOOTED. NO OPTION FOR ZERO STAR ELSE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT.

WORST SERVICE..had given for the servicing. During service they called and asked for chain replacement without any problem but we refuse to change. for all service they made a bill of 3200 without any major part replacement. After small argument they reduce it to 2900. But after seeing bill in detail, I realized they charges 600 extra as they added charges for battery charging, break oil topup and unnecessary labur charges etc. After using bike for a month around 500km i felt like it was not serviced and again it needs another service. WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN FROM AMBA BAJAJ BTM.

Their showroom is opened till 7:30 PM. I went around 4:50 PM for a test drive. They were so reluctant and didnt care at all. I even spoke to the owner. No use. They asked me to wait for 10 mins. I waited for 30 mins. Nobody ever came. Dont buy anything there.

If there is a slightest sound in your bike they will say Engine is gone sir, need to put new bore will come around 12k I suspected something is fishy as the guy looked like a low class thief. When I visited other local service centre they replaced the chains sprocket and bike was smoother than ever. So just be careful the guy tried to convince me for more than 30 mins even I wasnt interested. Whole crew looks like bluff gang, supporting each other comments... I dont understand why Bajaj doesnt take any action on these people.. One of the main reason Bajaj fans moving to other brand is their negligence on this part...
