Hi ...this is bhavya ,I joined this yoga kendra few weeks back(5:30 a.m batch ) , frankly speaking ,our trainer is really guiding us well and her voice is very beautiful and crispy ..it makes us feel pleasent early in the morning... because voice makes priority ,as per there instructions we have to keep on doing yoga. alternative Saturdays they will teach special techniques to keep eyes healthy...since its my learning period i am learning still... totally its a good experience . I strongly recommend this yoga centre. Thank u😊😊
