Really enjoyed the stayed. Staff behaviour and services are very good. Hotel was clean, well maintained hygiene. Even we enjoyed very delicious food here. Must recommend this hotel.

Stay is comfortable.Rooms are nicely, professionally designed. Decor and comfort is good. Iron board should be a must, which was missing.Had buffet dinner, spread is ok, could be improved, though taste is good.Steam rice quality needs improvement.Restaurant Attendant Soumya impressed with her professional and quick service approach. I was in this hotel for an official visit. The rooms are amazing to say the least and very comfortable . the rooms have very modern feel. The hotel itself has great interior, I would say one of the best of interiors.I had a great stay , the food was good which I had in their Atria Cafe .Nice place to consider when travelling to the garden City .

It is * hotel in centre of city with good infrastructure. There are 2 mini halls for social gathering and corporate meetings.

Its in the heart of the city so feasible to commute. Food is okay not much varieties for breakfast and buffet.

Its Location , lounge and rooms are really beautiful staff is nice but I really felt lack in food and beverage sectionI went there to have dinner last night I ordered laccha paratha but instead of that the gave me tandoori roti and when we asked the chef and manager they were clueless .....Well they again brought us lachaa paratha but it some half baked baseless paratha it wasnt even cooked nicely. Well after whole day work I went to have dinner to Radisson ..... kind of dinner they served ...it would have been better that I would have gone in some dhaba .. they should really get some trained chefs

Had a meal at the One Atria Cafe, the buffet lacked in spread, they were not refilling when things got over. The staff was tongue in cheek in their conversations. Overall a bad experience would recommend to avoid it.

A. Do not book this property if youre wanting to experience a 5 star stay.1. Theyll charge you if you order empty plates in your room. I was charged 370 in that name (even Oyo doesnt do that)2. Theyll charge you for ice cubes(actually drinking water) as well and if you ask for a bill of it they will tag it as covers3. Customer service desk is super rude and arrogant.Wish I could have uploaded my bill here.

Costlier charges for a average room.Very bad service. No requests taken care off. Not a good welcome at all.Also this hotel charges you for every call you make to the room service..They charge for unreasonable things such as plates and glasses also.That too plus service charge on each time u order something in the room its another charge each call charge to service plus taxes on each item irrespective of their prices already. Everything additional.The service is pathetic.Even for water youll have to wait always an hour or longer to have someone come to the room and fill ten bottle for you...And even thats gonna be charged.I just hate this hotel.Its pathetic.The first place where I have seen someone charging for extra glass or plates, also no working utilities..

Its a 4 star hotel. Buffet and alcohols are available. Room service is good. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities. Rooms are having a dark theme or blue theme which is very disturbing sometimes specially if your are in a holiday mode. This hotel is feels like serving business people only.Average room rent is around 3.5k. A decent size of swimming pools is there. This place has multiple restaurants for different purposes. A nice cafe is also available at the reception. Once can choose to eat buffet or a la carte meals. Price are moderate as per the hotel standard.Staffs are well behaved and the service are quick. Tipping is not appreciated here. The breakfast buffet is decent. A little more dessert options may fix it. Mostly south indian cuisines are served during breakfast and lunch but one can also get limited options for North Indian and continental cuisines.

It is a nice hotel and the best part of the stay is that it is very conveniently located on the palace road. The rooms are nice clean but I think that a makeover is required at this time. It is one of the good hotel on Palace Road, Bengaluru. Its near to M G Road, Majestic and Bengaluru Station. Brand Radisson is there so nothing to think about. Food services is awesome. Overall nice place to stay.

This is a great stay. I really loved the cosy rooms and the lack of free space which brought me and my roommates closer to each other. The room service is very friendly. Just like my friends they sometimes forget to bring me stuff that I asked them to bring. The beds wobble and squeak if you move, hereby discouraging anything other than sleeping on them. This ensures maximal sleep. How thoughtful of them. They also provide empty plates on demand for a nominal charge of 100/plate, which is unique, and is a thing you must experience. They got a decent gym if you cannot get adjusted to their standard of comfort, but people looking for a more rewarding form of exercise might opt to order some midnight snacks from Zomato or Swiggy. For which you need to walk to the main gate as they dont come inside the campus. Its like an instant reward for the mere morsel of exercise that you just did.Nevertheless I liked the experience. Should you give it a visit? I dont see any reason why you shouldnt. Would I ever go back there if I come to Bangalore again? Totally depends on my boss.Despite everything said, the quality of stay was premium and not to mention their dining experience as well. From a post covid scenario their staff took utmost measure and ensured all the guests followed protocols too.

Good hotel well maintained during Covid, took the staycation package which was good and worth the price.. Ambience is always great at Radisson love the lighting and mirrors. Rooms were spacious and good. Food was good , breakfast spread was nice. Pool is opened but need to book your timing for it. Whiskey bar there had good selection of liquor and happy hours also.
