Much nicer pizza than I had anticipated, we went here during the eat out to help out era, so maybe it was the £5 pizza thay made it nicer than usual?!I would definitely return to this chain, pleasantly surprised, fast service, plenty of choice and I didnt feel rushed out of my seat.

My second try for a take away pizza from Franco Manca in Bath and my last time.Burnt pizza all around and underneath which tastes nasty and most importantly its bad for your health.Also it wasnt fully cooked and you can feel the raw dough, so I got an uncooked pizza cold and burnt on the edges and the whole underneath...probably a stomach ache later one.

One of the best pizzas Ive ever been too! All the staff were attentive and helpful. The food was fantastic, and the dough is unlike any other pizza place. Although the menu choice may seem a little limited, all the pizzas Ive tried work incredibly well and they give the flexibility of adding more toppings if you want to. Also is great value (especially if you use the student discount!), would highly recommend.

The food was good and well priced, but the alcohol choice is very disappointing. Their own label beers are week and lack flavour. They seriously need to get proper brands in like Moretti, Peroni etc. It’s obviously a money making thing going on here!

Normally love Franco Manca, but this one didnt deliver to the standards we are used to. We waited over 40 minutes to have our order taken, then another hour for food. Unfortunately the food wasnt great either, both of us felt ill afterwards. Weird black bits swimming in orange juice.

I went to this Franco Manca with my girlfriend hoping it to be an enjoyable experience just like we have done in their other restaurants. I have to say the food was delicious, compliments to the chef. But the place had no atmosphere and worst of all the staff didn’t seem bothered to be there, with the manager on shift just sat with his feet up watching football and texting his mates on his phone, even when we had finished our meal he walked past us and just sat a few tables behind on his phone waiting till his shift was over. I felt like all they wanted to do was go home. It was a real disappointment, I won’t be going to this particular Franco Manca again and I’m not surprised the place was nearly empty.

Its really good value for money. But, the food isnt as amazing as enough for us to wait for half an hour to get the pizza out. From the brief observation, it seems the pizza chef made the demands from the delivery order first and then moved to the in store order. They have 2 pizza chefs and 2 waitresses on a Thursday night. It seems a sign for short in staff to me.

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy garlic bread, sadly arrived soggy and cold, barely any toppings or sauce, was very disappointed:(

Fabulous welcome back today to Franco Manca (which is the childrens favourite restaurant in Bath!). Great position in their heated outdoor space with the same great pizzas & charming waiters as before. We had a lovely time & felt safe and relaxed. Service was pretty quick considering all the takeaway orders that were going out too & the distance the waiters had to walk to service the second outdoor area.

You cant beat the pizzas here. Freshly made and totally delicious. Good value for money.

Delicious sourdough pizza, I had the number 6 and my wife had the number 4, both were delicious, the portions were generous and the price was unbeatable. The garlic bread was a great start. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was friendly. The sound system sounded incredible (just background music, but very well tuned)

Franco Manca is still one of the best pizzerias. The dough is their success. Pizzas are simple as their logo. This branch in Bath has got nice front garden, where you can enjoy your meal.

Great sourdough pizza, taste is great very light and inexpensive. You got the choice for vegan cheese and gluten-free, so everyones needs are covered here. The menu is not very big, but that just says quality all the way. If you keep your menu limited you can deliver the quality. And service didnt fail either. Very friendly staff makes you feel like being in Italy.

My friend and I had a truly wonderful dinner at Franco Manca, Bath, on Friday. The food, as always, was delicious, but our evening was really made by the staff who were serving us. It was really busy, but they were super attentive, warm and funny - making the whole dinner experience even better. Thank you so much to Jose, Facundo, Asta and Sumer - we will definitely be back!

In my experience I waited 20 minutes to be served a pizza, that was half covered by a watery, sugary tomato sauce that bore a resemblance to the sauce from a can of baked beans, no hint of garlic, 3 basil leaves and a lack of presence from the added paid for vegan cheese topping. Initially I was served someone elses pizza, then had to ask for cutlery once the correct pizza arrived. When asked was I enjoying my pizza, I commented on the large proportion of crust to which the manager interjected and gave me an embarrassing lecture on regional and international pizza styles. I was offered a pizza for free which had an equal amount of topping to base but by this point I was too tired from hacking away the crust on my first pizza.(please use a pizza cutter!). So in short a very poor meal and experience.

Food was soooooo good 😋😋😋😋We turned up just at the right time on a Saturday night without pre-planning to go there.Must been about 6:45pm, few 2 people tables left.Queue was massive within about 30mins of that & people waiting, so they must know its decent!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience here tonight. Amazing customer service by Jalal who noticed we needed to warm up our newborn babies milk so approached us and offered to take it into the kitchen and heat it up! Really love this branch

It is a good pizza place however there needs to be a little more tomato base on the pizzas. If not, then the acidity of the tomatoes does not counteract the meat and other toppings and the pizza feels unbalanced. The margarita I had was not the best and it could have been better. Drinks range was rather limited too

Their queuing/seating system is terrible. I struggled for over 10mins to book a table on their website for me, my wife and 2 year old even though we were walk ins. There was no other option for us to get a table. After trying on a different device we managed to get a booking, only to be sat on a dirty table! Dirty table is bad enough during normal times. They should be cleaned thoroughly during Covid-19! 20mins and 2 waiters later the table was cleaned.We noticed that people that were seated after us had already started receiving their food. We managed order but had to ask for cutlery once I food arrived. Pizza was decent. Definitely not what its hyped up to be.

A place where food and experience comes above money making. The service was fantastic, and even the waiter was excited about the food, and very informative. Wed been waiting only 20 minutes when he gave us complimentary olives for the wait, apparently it usually takes 5 minutes! Fantastic food, fantastic people and fantastic value. Would recommend!

Arrived about 21.00 on a Saturday night, found one of the last free tables outside. Lovely Pizza and Wine, great vibe. I cant get over how reasonably priced it is compared to other restaurants in Bath. I live locally and Ive been a few times and Im sure I will be back a few more.

The Lad named Nico looked after us at the very top level.The energy he set to the restaurant was amazing - delivered super quick service. Also, the food came out extremely fast as well.The guy deserves a plaque on the wall with the underwritting as the employee of the month.Will surely come back.

Super delicious vegan pizza (without any kind of cheese) with a half butternut squash base, staff were super accommodating in letting me modify the pizza and it was very reasonably priced given the high pizza standard. Definitely in the top 2 bath pizza places along with dough. Crust might be the best part.

Completely burnt pizza. Like all of it was burnt. With so much research on cancer showing that you shouldnt eat black burnt areas the pizza we had was completely burnt. The scary part many people were eating it. allow Please see the photos to see our burnt pizzas. Very bad indeed. I wouldnt want to go there again.

Franco Manca pizzas are always amazing! We tried one with a ricotta base this time which was delicious. As it was lunch time we decided to share a pizza instead of having a whole one each and the staff were happy to provide extra plates. The olives were also amazing. The location of Franco Manca is perfect if youre arriving by train and is sorry close to all of the shops. Even better-the prices are great and the staff are lovely!

Quick and friendly service and a great quality pizza. Granted I was there when it was not that busy but Im sure it still keeps its standard. Cute restaurant where you can see your food being made. Good prices that a teen like me can afford - win win.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the interesting range of food places in Bath

Franco Manca is at the moment one of the best pizzeria in UK. Good quality ingredients and very good process. The quality is consistent in all the city where you can find it! Bath ones is very good and the personnelle is really friendly.

Normally love it but gluten free was burnt to a crisp

I visited Franco Manca in Bath earlier this evening and was dismayed to see the two chefs wearing face masks inappropriately.ie the masks were pulled down below the chin exposing their whole faces whilst preparing pizzas. I took a photograph whereupon the face masks were swiftly put on in thd correct manner. On leaving the restaurant the manager called me to have a word in private. I expected an apology but instead he aggressively told me it is illegal to take photos in his restaurant. I replied by informing him that it is illegal to be preparing food without personal protective equipment being worn. He demanded that I delete the photo in an extremely hostile mannner. He explained that his staff need to remove the masks because it is hot and also because one of them wears glasses. As a nurse working in critical care myself I particularly take offense at this irresponsible attitude in addition to feeling very intimidated. It is not an option to remove protective equipment because one feels hot. I am very sorry that I allowed myself to be bullied into deleting the photo because I have no evidence other than the testimony of my daughter who was with me. Most unpleasant experience.

Great pizza, super cheap price

Service was brilliant, every staff member is all smiley and happy. Great student deal with £6.95 for pizza and drink. Portion size is brilliant. Comes first out of my three top places. You should add some breaded mozzarella (aka mozzarella sticks) to your menu and I’ll be there every day!😄

Good services and delicious the food..

Our waiter/possibly a manager, named Nicholas, was very loud and abrupt- shouting across the restaurant floor. He needs to speak in a gentle respectful tone. I witnessed him use a very aggressive tone with an elderly couple. I wont be returning. However, the food was delicious, well done chefs.

We just happened to find the place we walking around Bath. It was a good choice. We ordered tomato mozzarella Pizza and another one. They look big but they are paper thin and you need one Pizza per person. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting and pizza were great. Will try them again next time we are in Bath.

Busy and not enough staff. Took too long to get a drink. Also, why is wine served in a tumbler? So so wrong. Pizzas are quite nice.
