Easy order, nice food but noisy and people walking around your table, stressful seating environment. And a bit pricey.Food was ready quickly.

Superb fresh pizza cooked in the stone oven...you can even see your dinner being cooked! Loved the vegetarian options too. Good service, well organised, wont hesitate to return 👍

Such a nice location and restaurant. The menu is good for vegans and kids with allergies. During our visit it was so understaffed and the staff that were there were totally overwhelmed. They had run out of all white wine and several meals including all the kids starters included in the set meal. There were cross delivery drivers standing next to our table complaining because they were being kept waiting. The phone rang constantly and no one answered which was really annoying. The food was rushed and sides were cold. Our drinks sat on the side for ages until we collected them ourselves. Not the usual standard youd expect and it seemed surprising they were caught so unprepared. The restaurant was no way near full and you would expect it to be busy in the summer holidays. Staff were all perfectly polite and trying their best though.

Zizi is located pretty much in a central location. The ambience of the place is good and neatly maintained. Very nice quality food, excellent service, friendly hosts and super fast service !!! Cant ask for more !!

Known for good Italian food, Zizzi at bath was exactly as expected.Food was great, quiet tasty and nice ambience.They do not have any white sauce pasta and that was a disappointing to me. Also the food portions could be better, keeping up with Italian tradition!

We were well looked after by the fantastic team here in Bath. We were a large family table of 10 an nothing was a bother to them. Thank you.

Staff were shocking at there jobs. More focused on cleaning tables then actually dealing with customers. My partners food was disgusting to say the least and pizza I had was horrible. Could of got more favour from the wooden board it was sat on. First Drinks served 15 mins after food arriving. Definitely not going again. Very disappointed

It is a very nice place to go and to have something Italian. I was impressed of some of the items in the menu(pasta with wild board meatballs), very good taste. The prices are like in any other Italian restaurant which are not to high.The staff is very friendly and they are always eager to help. I was asked if everything was ok, and of course I enjoyed my time there.Definitely I will visit the place again.

Staff were brilliant and food tasted nice however, there was hardly any meat in our ragu so we sent it back. £15 for pasta and a tomato sauce was disappointing when looking forward to the ragu that was described on the menu. Waiter handled it amazingly and understood our point.

Food was really really good! Waiters staff were fab also, quick attentive and polite service.Only disappointment... We booked an outside space due to covid as this is what we felt comfortable. On arrival we were refused outside seating, even though it was sheltered by umbrellas, due to a small amount of rain. This did make our visit a bit less comfortable.I think restaurants need to be observant of outside bookings, and let people know if it becomes unavailable in advance, as I know alot of people want to support businesses by eating out, but still arent comfortable with eating inside. I expect if outside seating is offered as an option, its kept or notified as unavailable

An absolute diabolic evening. Waited over two hours for our food , one person in our party got their food and the rest didn’t come until 45 minutes later. Mushrooms on a pizza which we asked for no mushrooms because she’s deathly allergic. Forgot 3 drinks. Multiple rude severs. Just overall wouldn’t recommend.

Enjoyed a meal here with colleagues just before Christmas, and had an absolutely fantastic time. They had plenty of vegan options available for myself, and gluten free options available for a colleague which was fantastic. We just had to ask for the relevant menus. Really friendly staff, very fast service and delicious food. Couldnt fault them if I tried.

Really nice food with a bunch of vegan options. I had the lentil pasta with added extra mushrooms (definitely a must!!) which was very tasty. Finished it off with the vegan prune and raspberries calzone (picture below) which was pretty good!

Amazed by the appalling service. I would not mind if they were busy. Everyone else was served except for us and there were only two other couples. After one and a half hours of waiting we gave up and left. By supporting a restaurant this is how we are treated. Get your act together.

Fantastic service from our waitress and the food was of a good standard. Very disappointed to see that the Italian Hot is not available anymore and has been replaced by a Vegan Italian Hot. They have the ingredients on other pizzas so not sure why they dont offer both options. Pizza pictured is my Rustica Piccante which is my go to pizza. Them combination of heat, meat and creamy mascarponi is delicious!

Shocking visit for our 10th anniversary. Server was very rude, got orders wrong on majority of tables around us. Booting kitchen door open and openly arguing with the chef in front of customers, not happy at all in her work. Ordered a cocktail and had a slice of orange in it that I could actually snap it was that old. Been using other branches of Zizzis for years for special occasions, avoid this branch !

Good atmosphere, good choice of meals with some vegan options , the waitress was lovely and the service was super efficient. My Toscana soup was amazing! Recommended

I had a fondue and it was quite good, I enjoyed it, the bread was oily and crusty enough and it was a nice combination of Italian cheese in the pot, well seasoned as well and not too hot to eat which I always appreciate. Staff was nice and the place is cosy. Prices are reasonable.

Only place I found to have so semblance to true Italian food - catering to almost all dietary requirements.Out on a Dinner day with OH had the courgette frits, rustic pizza, ravioli and mac n cheese balls. Not a crumb left!Would defo recommend and go again.

Nice decor and location. Let down by poor quality food. Gluten free pizza was one of the worst I have had in over ten years of eating a gluten free diet. The base was pancake like, uncooked, uneven and claggy. Chicken was a lump of pre cooked chewy afterthought. I left three quarters of it, the waitress took away my plate without battering an eyelid or asking if anything was wrong. The childs spaghetti Bolognese was obviously a frozen portion heated up quickly, more of a soup in texture as it was swimming in liquid. This was the first time my 7 year old has left such a dish as it is normally her favourite. On the plus side they have a good allergen menu available.

Waitress Cara was absolutely amazing, made our night - we will be back to see her again!

Order was fine apart from the limited edition cheese and truffle pasta parcels - they were completely inedible and unrecognisable to what was advertised and paid for.

😍😍Zizziiiii😍😍We visited this restaurant after a long day in Bath.It was quite busy but didnt take us long to find a table for 5.The atmosphere was great and the seats comfy.Our problem was the menu, many great choices and it was hard for us to pick Pizzas,pastas,steaks....We ordered a classic margarita pizza and diff types of pastas. Every single dish was worth the try.😋😋What made the night Extra Special was our lovely waitress Asena 💁🏻‍♀️ polite, funny and kind although she forgot our pizza 😂.Overall, it was a great experience on every aspect. Highly Recommended!!

Its a reasonable bite to eat. Our waitress was Megan and she was lovely. What we didnt like is that they add 10% to the bill as service charge but then when paying we were offered the option of a gratuity. One thing or the other please but not both.

We had a booking for 7.30 but had run out of things to do by 6pm and were too far from our hotel to go back. Then it rained! We popped in to Zizzi and they changed our booking without hesitation so we were able to eat then and there - no fuss, no questions. Food was absolutely lovely - hot, tasty and served very efficiently. And the house red was very drinkable. Absolutely recommend for familiar Italian food.

Good food!

This venue is an old church and is a fantastic place to eat with family and friends. There is sometimes live music playing while you eat. Service is always brilliant, especial fro Adrian food is always of a great standard. Love eating here.

Very good restaurant. We were a large booking and were given fast, friendly service. The food was great too. Staff and chefs went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and the lovely Scottish manageress was so helpful. She runs an excellent establishment. Will definitely recommend and return.

Used to be okay but has gone downhill - maybe they got a new chef recently? I had the king prawn tagliatelle and found it was tasteless, the prawns were small and not fresh. Our waiter was also very miserable and delivered poor service so I will not be going back again. Such a shame because it was so good before

Very disappointed, pizza was very sparse on topping and under cooked. Pasta meal was for a smaller appetite but was tasty. Staff very relaxed in uniform and appearance. Overall, staff friendly but service left something to be desired.

Easy to book online, got a very friendly email confirming immediately and another one on the day, just as friendly. Great welcome and friendly, helpful service, nothing too much trouble - Lauren is a star! Food is ok, wide choice with some unusual dishes on the menu (Wild Boar meatballs) but portions could be bigger, please! Id happily go back though.

Came across this Italian restaurant and tried it out much to my delight. The portions are typically small but the food was great. Risotto was fabulous. Staff was nice and the ambience was lovely. Definitely a favorite.

Decent chain restaurant in a great central location

I wont go into too much detail about the food. Its a Zizzi - most people know what they are getting and this visit was no different. The setting and service at this Zizzi earn it the 5 stars. We were in Bath on one of the recent hot days so we ended up sitting outside, which was really nice. Our waiter was a lovely guy who was great with the kids and even though we were outside we didnt feel forgotten at any point. All in all a great meal.

The waiting staff were attentive and friendly but the food was not value for money. I ordered a butternut and goats cheese salad but it was all lettuce and very little else. Poor.

Could be better.The service was good, and liked the location and interior.Unfortunately the Calamari starter was a let down. Firstly despite reassurances it definitely had the texture of being microwaved rather than deep fried. It was rubbery yet the batter was pale. Also we found a small piece of metal, probably off a sieve/scourer in with the Calamari. They were very apologetic and took it off the cost of the meal. The other dishes were lovely though.

Unhappy experience here! high expectations for Zizzi but were let down by the lazy and unfriendly Staff. My pizza was delicious but missing an ingredient that was stated on the menu. Desserts overpriced for what they are, such a small portion and we waited ages for them despite the quiet atmosphere, was sure the waitress forgot about them because the chocolate melt was cold. Long wait for the bill and tried to get a discount but recieved attitude from a waitress being rude. Put a damper and time waster on our day. Sorry but definitely wont be coming again :(

I went there with two friends from work last week, service was lovely and I hiiiiighly recommend the pork belly alla calabrese from the winter warmers menu if you like your pork! It was melting in the mouth and the mascarpone balanced the spicy sauce in a perfect way. I could eat that dish everyday!

We had a nice meal here Saturday lunchtime (its opposite the theatre). We got there and not too many people in so managed to get a table by the window, by the time we left it was getting pretty full. We both had a pasta meal and soft drinks - fresh orange and still lemon - everything lovely! The staff were nice and friendly. (We used a Tesco voucher for the food so it was a reasonably cheap meal!!)

I had better pizzas and the desserts looked amazing on the menu but were unfortunately only average. The atmosphere was ok but we found if not for one member of staff, we would have not enjoyed it.

Slightly overly direct and abrupt manageress / supervisor that told us that they were fully booked when I tried to move a couple of tables away from the door and serving counter / bar, the tables were free and she realised as soon as we actually explained where we wanted to move.Lovely pizza, meal service good, front of house was direct, not polite.

Will not recommend and come back here. We were very excited, because the reviews are good in this place. The decorations are nice and staff are friendly. Sweet potato wedges are nice. However, other food were terrible. The seafood risotto has no flavor. The Panna cotta was the worst I have ever eaten.

Basic chain restaurant. Staff were really good, well trained and obviously enjoyed their work with great interaction with the customers. The place was full with tables being sent away but the chefs did not seem unduly pushed so a surprisingly long period between starters and main coursesMost of our meals nice and well presented but let down by a couple which needed some improvement. Cannelloni was floury and bland, two other pasta dishes were quite dry .We had a round of Brandies which were served in very cold shot glasses. We think a review of this might be advisable. That said we all enjoyed a very pleasant meal in ZizziMany thanks to the staff.
