0 stars for the way they treated our children the upset, panic & stress they caused. 1st day back at collage into there 2nd year they were told there course was cancelled with NO notice given even though it appears other collages were aware this was going to happen!, We had a lovely email from the tutor but again nothing from the collage! So angry with how you’ve treated and disregarded these kids specially what they’ve been through with there GCSEs. Should be ashamed of yourselves . We certainly won’t be recommending you.

Sorry but I really can’t recommend, if you have any learning difficulties or disabilities expect to be discriminated against. This college is only suitable for fully-able people looking to attain academic excellence.

Unlike the university, the college seems to do good for the city providing courses in Twerton. Not five stars because the black roper building looks awful and is often covered in bird mess.

I recommend anyone tempted to sign up to this college to find an alternative provider. The pen pushing management with their brain dead ideas will more than likely ruin your learning experience from behind the scenes by messing with your course and driving out good teachers.

College is closed at the moment due to covid lockdown. All lessons are online. Bath college is a brilliant learning facilitie.

I love the evening classes. Great teachers. Have done 2 different classes for several years so far. Keep coming back. On the admin/management level I am not so impressed. But the important part of a colleague is the teachers. So I can only recommend doing an evening class.

Very clean and sanitary with a clear one way system in place because of the pandemic. My teachers are great and very helpful too!

Horrendous learning environment.Doing an I.T. course and this is already my final verdict. So I dont just come across as angry, heres why:Equipment (chairs, computers) is often unusable, and the only time they seem to care is if health and safety is threatened.Leader of the course is great, shes dedicated and knows how to discipline her class whilst still treating everyone individually. She did most of the classes last year, but this year 2 we have mostly 2 other staff, one who cant control his own class and is inept and awkward, the other talks nonsense on a script and mocks the class as if he needs to feel above them. Total waste of my time.Library is sufficient; its a relief from the awful cacophony that fills the classrooms. Theres basically nowhere else to go on breaks/eat though, thanks to some recent property changes. Apparently theyre trying to sort it out, but they never explain this stuff.Their support is alright if you just need to talk to someone. And I did, because after each day I felt Id accumulated more stress than knowledge.

Usual spoons but having visited Bath and this spoons several times I have to say that they have some of the worst staff. I find they serve the locals ahead of you and if you shout up I was next they smirk at you. We are all spoon customers whether we live near or visit from elsewhere and deserve better treatment

I think that the Love to Learn courses are inexpensive and from what I have seen they are good quality. These can be good value for money. I would recommend the courses.However, the administration of the courses is poor. I believe that the college does not comply with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 with respect to the love to learn courses. In fact, the Citizens Advice Service on my behalf lodgged a complaint with the local Trading Standards office about this matter. Additionally, there is in practice no refund policy; they just make it up as they go. Furthermore, for COVID-19 shutdown they posponed the courses which is not acceptable to me without alternatively offering a refund. After argueing the toss they said they would refund me but never did; eventually I claimed the money back via a Mastercard chargeback. In the most part, the admin seem clueless.

Trying to enrol my son for abcourse has been more hassle than it’s worth! Been in for careers interview, interviews and enrolment and still in limbo about if he’s on a course or not! Left numerous emails, messages online and tried ringing only to have the phone put down on me-at the end of my tether! Feel like taking my son to another college because this one doesn’t communicate well!! Very angry!!

Courses were okay, full of chavs unfortunately. Did an IT course were teachers were very good in all honesty, Joe in the IT department is a top guy. work not too exciting so lost interest.

This college is awful. It’s a real shame because my daughter loved the course and really wanted to do this as a career. Most days she came home upset about her hair & makeup teacher. She said she wasn’t very nice, was very rude and unsupportive. Put it this way, if you want to be punished for having mental health issues, go to this college! My daughter missed out on a few days at college because of her anxiety, because of this she was unable to do the next level of her course. I think this was unacceptable, considering the college were always supporting of mental health!

Was a student here for four years. Managed to successfully complete an Access Course this year, with a place at University achieved. Throughout my time as a student here, the support could have been better. Communication at times was a struggle, but I did like some of the opportunities that I experienced through being a student.These included volunteering, being part of a national business finals and travelling off site to Bristol Zoo. I liked the library resources, sometimes the College Moodle wouldnt load well on my mobile devices. The Internet at times was also a little dodgy. Easy to get to by bus or train.

The college has nice staff and I am enjoying the ict course level one! Thanks Bath college!

Did an Access course here and thoughoroly enjoyed it, helped me progress onto University.

Impossible to get through by phone, repeatedly had to listen to the same poor quality anouncement of the college principal. Then a sleepy sounding woman said Good afternoon at 10 am. Left message to call me back a week ago-still waiting.

This collage is a joke my daughter has had her health and safety put at risk by the he performing arts teachers who are really good at bending the truth so they dont look in the rong please dont send your child to do this course the course you get is far worse that wot they say you will get would give less if could going to council and higher up with my complaint

Good courses for adults too

They cook very good and healthy food inside. An restaurant opened to the public.
