Absolutely rude customer service. I have usually order food there today I wanted order some Biryani the guy on the phone he responded so rude and he was shouting on me . He didn’t want to do delivery unless I have to spend around £20 . I didn’t mind pay for delivery but he was such rude , Never ever order food there

A small plcae but with varieties of menu at decent prices. Ordered a lamb briyani and was shocked with the portion. Will definitely come here again for indian food!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered at 7:30, at 8:30 received an email saying our order had been collected. At 9:15 still no sign, so rang Kushbu, said they would call driver, at 9:30 still no sign so rang Kushbu, said they would call driver. At 9:45 no sign so rang Kushbu to be told they could not get hold of driver and had no idea where the food was. Awful service, cannot comment on food as it was never delivered!

Really pleased these guys are producing such good curries, havent been since they changed hands and really loved it! Chicken Jalfrezi, nice and hot, absolutely fab, plenty of meat and the chicken was delicious! Chicken Phal, took me to a new place, far better than my own got to be the best this year.Please check these guys out, very good!

Absolutely awful! Very thin flavourless sauce, was not a Passanda. Delivery driver was quick and food was hot. Chicken was not tender, but hard. Probably the worst curry ever Ive had. Korma was OK according to my friend.

Been here a few times before and the food is fine - nothing special but nothing much better in the area. Wont ever go back there though after today. Just ordered over the phone and thought Id collect as they can take 90 minutes+ to deliver. Looked on the website where Ive ordered a few times in the past and calculated how much I wanted to pay. I go down there and they say its a fiver more. And apparently they dont have a website. I really dislike being taken the piss out of so I wont ever go back there. Such a shame there are so few good takeaway options in Bath :(

Great take away. Having recently moved to Bath, I was struggling to find a brilliant take away. My first order from here, was twice as good as anything else Ive tried. Deliciously rich and tasty, well presented food, with friendly staff. They might be new, but they are definitely the best weve had. I am going to be a regular.

Really was looking forward to a good curry and had not tried this place before. I have never eaten a blander curry, five dishes and each one blander than the last. I wont be ordering from here again.

Tasteless greasy jhalfrezi, watery tikka masala and tasteless paneer ! Very disappointing meal and not cheap either. Avoid !

Top quality food, excellent service and food is always delivered within the stated time, by far the best indian takeaway in bath. Regular since they opened and cant wait to order again. Highly recommended.

What an absolute shambles as a takeawayI ordered my food which I had an email to confirm an hour and a half later they decide to ring me and say my order went through spam so have only just got it.I did try to phone several times to be told they turn the phone off because they have to many orders to deal with,You need as a company to up your game I have now read other reviews and it is not looking good for you to last that much longer

Quick delivery shame about the food. Chips were old, cold and had obviously been microwaved. Potatoes rock hard will not be using again

Food took one and a half hours to arrive. When it eventually came, one dish was missing. Called and tried to get it, when it arrived the second time, all we got was poppadoms and a garlic naan, which we never ordered in the first place. Food overall was bland. Do not recommend.

Finally, a decent takeaway in Bath!!! Really delicious, had a few takeouts now from Kushbu. Really friendly staff too. Fantastic!

Used to be Curry Nights, which was absolutely atrocious, surprised that they never killed anyone. Kushbu, however, is actually very good, easily the best delivery curry in Bath. After several years I actually found a vindaloo that was hot.

Wont be ordering again..keema nan bread was just a naan bread with a tiny bit of meat in one corner..no dips with poppadoms

Its exceeds mount roads Bombay balti in taste and quality and is almost double the portion size.. you honestly cannot beat kushbu for takeaway Indian in bath, only new curry garden in odd down comes close.

We decided to order from this place as our usual was closed on a Sunday. Cant really say I was impressed. However the pricing was goodWe ordered onion bhajees which were actually quite nice, probably the best item from our large order. The chicken pakorah wouldve been nice if the batter wasnt soggy. I was really really looking forward to the cauliflower bhajee but again was disappointed. It would have been nice if it was actually a bhajee; instead it was basically curried cauliflower in a foil tin. The chicken tikka starter was extremely dry. So dry that I left it. The salad which accompanied the chicken was literally brown and obviously not fresh. Unfortunately the somosas were also a let down. Very bland no spice with seemingly no other ingredients than a minced lamb pulp. I usually enjoy a sweet Peshawari naan but unfortunately the one I received was not. We ordered two main curry dishes; bhuna and dansak. The actual sauce was nice but the meat was dry. Mango chutney...I expected a nice chutney thick with texture and maybe even some lumps of mango in it. Not this time just basically a sweet pouring sauce that was very red more like the sweet and sour sauce you get from the Chinese when you order sweet and sour chicken balls. The mint yoghurt was nice and the popadoms were as they should be. Overall I would say the best thing was the price. I wouldnt order from here again. I did have high hopes because of all the really good reviews but unfortunately its a no from me. 1 star for the price 1 star for the onion bhajee.

2 hour wait for food is unacceptable. Delivery time kept changing and no one answered the phone.

“Amazing” and “terrific” are the words of our guests who just ate a khusbu meal at home with us! Really delicious, big portions. Authentic taste too (have travelled India myself). We had chana chot poti (awesome), lamb rogan Josh (delicious), chuka sobji dall (tasty!), sag paneer (everyone loved it), mango malai (lovely sweet and creamy). If you’re reading this, just get ordering! We’ll be ordering again :)
