The items I ordered werent delivered. The staff on the phone asked me if it was a prank when I called to ask about it. They told me not to expect to get what I ordered through Uber eats. Also the Raita is poor at best.

We had delicious veggie curries last night and we thoroughly impressed by the quality and value. Spinach daal was great. Vegetable dansak equally good. Not too oily, rich and flavourful and great spicing. And all delivered with a smile! 5*

So tasty, its like an explosion of flavour in my mouth. Highly recomend.

Absolutely vileOrdered two different lambs curries, got one lamb and one chicken! Ridiculous. Obviously because chicken is cheaper. Did you think I wont be able to tell what meat it was??? Everything was tasteless, adding salt didnt help. Boohna tasted and looked like some tomato mess .In the middle of eating I found a hair! It didnt look like from head!!! Absolutely disgusting. Ordered for the first and last time! Wasted 30£ cheers. Worse Indian I had so far.

My order was 45mins late. First an order that was for the other side of town was delivered to me luckily I managed to catch driver and return it. Then after 20mins my real order came and had two wrong items. Did all this on Deliveroo and could not leave a comment on the site. Disappointing Masala Kitchen

Place was recommended by a friend. First takeaway was good, flavours and amounts. Next takeaway was disappointing. More sauce than meat - did not feel good value for money. Hope next time will be better, but well only give it one more try.

Were good at one point ordered tonight was given half my order when I rang was told it was all there the food I did get didnt have sauce there was no salad and was coldI order once a week and the past month it has really gone downhill would not recommend

Been twice and the food was (in the words of Willy Wonka) scrumdillyumptious. Anyone who enjoys a curry should order from there. Ive been told its cheaper if you order from their own website rather than Just Eat website.

Great food and service. Delivery is quick and there is plenty of choice on the menu. Some of the curries are a little too sweet, however.

Has the best kebab in bath, the special mixed meat one is the best. Has a good variety of choice, the only thing that could be improved is the delivery time.

Food is goooood

We spent £106 and ordered curry for 9 people to receive 1 rice. How as a company can you send this out and to not even receive an apology it’s not acceptable. They offered a refund which was never received. I will never order from this company again and I’d advise no one else to either. Disgraceful.

1.5 hrs of lies and excuses, food never came, tried to blame me for giving wrong postcode, said I never called, said driver was on the way, and mysteriously the phone line is bad had to go through Just Eat to mediate to get a refund. Very disappointing.

Tasty food, friendly staff and all round good takeaway. Highly recommended.

Extremely odd flavoured tandoori kebab platter. Edibly raw mutton and a presence of a onion batter in the kebab platter which was a shock. I dont know what they did with the paneer. I dislike shops in Bath stating Indian food but serving up Bangladeshi cuisine. Waste of my time and money. Also gave me diarrhea.

Best kebab ever.

Ordered a burger and the bread was soggy and gross and the beef was over cooked. Also had soggy cheesy chips and when it arrived (2 hours after ordering) both were cold. Not happy at all

Had food from here before and it was really good. Just ordered now, food s&@£te and overcooked, rang to complain and was told that it is supposed to be like that,chicken kebab was chicken tika (red) no salad and Nan burnt.Bhajee burnt chewy and cold. Rice cold, Boona veggie uncooked (hard) cold. Tikka Masala watery, cold and uncooked (hard)There are plenty of takeaways in Bath that care about customers.WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Soggy burger , soggy chips and when delivered there wasnt the correct order. Rang them and they sent out the rest of my order an hour after everyone else had eaten. Bad customer service and terrible food. Will never use again
