Came in with my daughters the other week, and was greeted with a warm welcome. Got sat down at a table, lovely environment inside the restaurant. Staff seemed happy to help with any queries about the menu. Overall had a lovely experience, will be back!

There was a big sign outside, brunch until 4. It was 2 oclock. A lot of people stopping by to read it. Not only there was no brunch available but the dishes on the brunch menu as well. The burger was small, tasteless, possibly made the previous day. Noodles with shrimp (they didnt have the duck) was low quality like from a ready made meal. The decoration inside was nice. Ask before you decide to sit, possibly they advertise something from a previous day, week, month...

Went into giraffe (Bath) today and got served by Chrissie. She was super helpful with all the questions we had about the menu and made our experience at the restaurant a lovely time. the food was delicious and the drinks were served really quickly.

Very nice food, coffees and refreshing Lemonade and Mint served quickly by pleasant staff.

Sadly too much vinegar on our poached eggs. My friend was able to just leave his eggs but my vinegar had seeped into everything else, especially the bacon. Stodgy white bread. Delicious and well-priced Bloody Mary.

Lovely place for a good bite to eat in central Bath. Went in for brunch, were greeted by friendly staff, food was delightful and the two lovely ladies on the bar made us very welcome, thank you Kasia. Good environment and stayed for a few drinks after, great prices on cocktails!

The starter (nachos) was great. A good size and tasty but I paid extra for pulled pork which consisted of just 3 small chunks of pork. The main meal was a chicken burger, the chicken was paper thin and covered less than half the bun, it was tiny. Burger was mostly lettuce. And the £3 side of chips was even smaller, would have fitted in an egg cup. Food tasted good but very over priced for the tiny portion sizes

Drinks good, food average. We were forgotten about after we arrived and then forgotten about when we asked for the bill. Manager/Owner picked up on this, so bonus points there.

Great food, nice little restaurant, my only niggle was not wishing to see one of the chefs with his trousers halfway down his posterior! Staff dress code needs work, apart from that the waiting staff were excellent.

Just came here for pancake day the other week, amazing.They just missing a proper one with egg as well on offer, but just add some egg from the sides as we did and you have a full blown pancake day.The rest of the .menu is a good variety, great for veggies and vegans as there are offers too and they are not boring.Service very attentive and helpful

Location is great and the interior decor is fab. However service was not great was stood at the door waiting for a minute or two whilst two staff stood in front finishing off their conversation. Then took ages to recieve drinks, watched my food sitting there on the side for over 5 mins again staff chatting. When it arrived was slightly warm at best. Then discovered a 10% service charge was automatically added found it a bit cheeky as staff should already be paid a decent wage,and I didnt find the service to be great anyway .Have since had quite an upset stomach after the chicken kebab . You also dont get much for your money found that the main did not fill me up. Personally wont be returning bit disappointed had high hopes

The menus outside dont match the menus inside. We went in having viewed the brunch menu, we were then told that the brunch menu wasnt available. Despite ingredients being available on the main menu, they were unaccomadating and would rather have seen us leave,which we did.

Called in for food. Waitress was uninterested and not very friendly. We had a dairy intolerant member of the group, we asked for the allergen info and it was provided but without much enthusiasm or interest.We ordered burgers, ribs and a hanging kebab. The burgers were fine, the ribs looked terrible. Completely unappetising. On tasting they were vaguely flavoured. The hanging kebab was terrible. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t get it off the skewer. The flatbread it was on was crispy around the edges.The waitress asked if everything was ok and I replied it was ‘just alright’ she hurried off again uninterested.I wanted to complain. I paid £72 and 2 of our meals were barely touched. I was with 3 teenagers, who begged me not to as they were embarrassed.It was shocking though, from start to finish.

The menu looks good but the food did not. It was dry and tasteless. No gluten free menu available but there is an excel print off of the entire menu that you can flip that barely reflects the actual menu. Also, if you want a gluten free burger theyll just remove the bun...and the fries, give you some leaves and charge you the same amount! Service was good, although one waiter was too eager and started clearing plates before the group was finished.

Second time our family has eaten here. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is good. Food portions are small and pizza on childrens menu is a microwave pizza which my daughter couldnt eat. We ate 3 hours ago and are now back in London. My wife and older daughter both had the chicken kebab and are now both quite ill with upset stomachs and sickness. They both said the chicken was chewy and not that nice. I hope that they dont get really sick during the night. The rest of us seem ok. Quite dissappointed in Giraffe today was a bit expensive too coming in at £130 for five people with the diahorria thrown in for nothing !

The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice and the choices on the menu are fairly good - although the kids were disappointed by the standard kids Faye on the menu ( although its not as bad as some)We went in as they had a billboard outside saying kids eat free with every adult meal. So just after we ordered our food we just double checked to see that the offer was genuine when we were told that you had to register on the website and present the voucher to get the free meal. So we registered and downloaded the voucher only to be told we didnt need the voucher and the meals were free anywayThe food was good, although the menu could do with a spicy-ness rating.Service was adequate - the staff arent overly attentive but they are friendly and polite.A gratuity is automatically added to the bill at 10% - which I dont really like - as I like to decide myself if service is worth a tip.Been here a couple of times - is always been fairly consistent service and food. Nothing amazing, but not awful either - there are better places. Adequate

Food was delicious and service was quick but thats mainly cause it was quiet, only down thing about the experience is that the table was dirty and wasnt cleaned from previous customers.

The food was okay but i felt insulted by their staff. They didn’t ask us if we had any inconvenience during the meal but required mandatory Tip on the bill. (And there was no designated server who cared our table.) I thought it was extremely rude for us.All food seemed fushion style and worth trying.

A cool place with lovely staff!

Amazing staff made our visit one of the best experiences as a family of 6 we have ever received. Seated an hour early due to our tour finishing quicker than expected. They even offered to charge my phone while we dined. Food was prompt and delicious. Hygiene was great with Covid conditions and at the end of the meal, the manager gave us a discount too. Simply amazing and will love to return when we are next in the area. Well done team.James family 27/10/2020

Lovely, child friendly restaurant with friendly staff and Covid aware safety measures in place. Good food selection for adults and children, including healthy options. Giraffe is always a relaxing option and a nice surprise.

Me and a friend went here today as it is usually our favourite place to eat. We was sat quickly and served quickly. A girl (I believe who is called Max) took our order to then comment on how much food we ordered then stating id be surprised if you ate all that and tried to get us to order less which is something that shocked us as obviously the more we ordered the more money we would pay. As someone who has only this year gotten over the anxiety of eating out in public places, this made the experience uncomfortable and made us believe that she was watching us. For the whole of the meal, she avoided coming to our table so another server did instead. His name was Mike and he was lovely and really redeemed the whole experience for us making us feel comfortable and ensuring that everything was okay.At the end of the meal the server who originally served us then came back to the table to make a snide comment of did you eat all of your food which made us feel really unsettled and even a bit guilty for just enjoying ourselves.Apart from the single sever that ruined the experience, everything else was fine and as stated above we come here often and dont usually have an issue. Mike was outstanding and the food was good (we ate every last bit of it).

Good service, loved the little chicken/veg dumplings as a side to the rice and noodles. Good sized portions at a reasonable price. Little girl gad the chicken burger and fries...she couldnt eat it all.

Friendly staff and a good stop close to the centre of Bath as well as the train and bus stations. Quality of food is average, nothing too special of fancy. Menu has a broad range of options, including vegan. Half price burgers on Tuesday served me well. Quiet restaurant with chilled music in background.

Found this little gem when looking for somewhere to eat. Absolutely LOVED it! The staff were fantastic and personable. Couldnt do enough for us. The food variety and quality was fab and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely place! Me and my girlfriend went here today and it was very busy, definitely recommend booking a table like we did! The lovely lady who seated us (wearing a white top, unfortunately did not catch her name) was informative and gave me the information I needed as I am allergic to Nuts. She was also lovely to talk to! The menu also caters well to vegetarians/vegans and my girlfriend is a vegetarian and had a good choice to choose from!Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will be visiting here again next time I come to Bath :)
