At first I would like to mention, if I had seen the review, I would definitely have not have food here. I dont know if this restaurant is improved in past few months. But I loved the food over here. In yercaud, there are very few veg restaurants. I found this is the best one. We had lunch(meals) and dinner(fried rice and ghee dosa). I felt even price is okay. Not to costly. But yeah ambience is not good at all. I dont look for ambience, so Im fine with that

The food is good but the cleanliness is so bad the plates and table was dirty,they dont clean the tables

Food is good but we found the owner to be racist towards non Tamil people. He denied us idly but in front of us, he gave it too someone else. He didnt let us sit inside the restaurant and forced us to have a place outdoor. In the morning he just simply denied us the food saying it is closed on our face.

Cost is too high for their food, the additives given for their food(sambar, chutny) not sufficient. They dont even care for their customers. They take so much time to prepare food, even plain takes 1hr. Better you go for other options.

We had lunch from this hotel. This is a pure vegetarian hotel. Meals costs Rs 100. The taste and quantity was ok. The cost of the items are slightly on the higher side (like most of the hotels in Yercaud). It is located near the lake, so convenient location. Few cars can park in front of the hotel.

We have breakfast here on two days. Food was good and tasty. I can say on e of the best place for veg food in Yercaud. Price not high. And also very good location. In front of Shervoroys movie threatre. Should try.

Very Worst Restaurant we(Entire Family) got Food poisoning after eating here. Plates also not cleaned very high price (Plain Dosai 100rs). Please try to avoid this restaurant.

The restaurant serves good southern dishes. We had been here for breakfast and it was really good experience. Only issue is the staff is local but and they don’t understand English or Hindi. But they are really polite. You will struggle a little to place the order but that will be worth it.

Not a good place. Toilets are bad and the food quality is poor. I went there because it was the only pure veg restaurant in the locality.

Im usually not one to write critical about a place, but yeah, this place was terrible for the following reasons:1. Hygiene (or the complete lack of it): Place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years, the utensils are terrible, and there is not a single tissue paper in the place...Not very good lighting, and dont know why, but the floors are very slippery as well.. Dont even get me started about the restroom (poorly maintained is an understatement)...2. Terrible service: Insistent about what we should order, even though we didnt want it... Absent-minded staff, who sure as hell arent even making a physical note of orders... And worst is when they swapped out our orders (ordered a Paneer 65, got a mushroom 65 instead)3. Terrible food: I usually dont complain too much about food but God that was awful... The swapped dish they brought in (see comment 2.) had positively undercooked mushrooms, was bland, and was powdered with excessive flour for no particular reason...Id ordered a Spl.Meals, are here are things wrong with it:- Rasam and payasam were both water just that one had chili powder, the other had sugar- Chapati was dry, and eating it was literally like chewing into cardboard- The Okra (Ladys Finger) was not cooked at all... Might as well have just given us raw Okra which would have probably tasted better4. Lastly value for money: Items are all overpriced, and the portions served are disproportionate... Couple that with the poor quality of food... Yeah, thats not very effective use of money...All in all, had a very bad experience at the place, and wouldnt recommend the same to anyone else...

Worst restaurant for breakfast, they were probably not equipped to handle crowd, we got our order after 20 min wait after reduced option of just 2 items - poori and dosa which were pathetic. Pooris horribly over fried and dripping oil and dosas served on plastic trays!

Awesome veg food. Had fried rice and gobi (dry as well as gravy) for dinner.. Freshly prepared and it showed in the taste. Loved the food.. Highly recommend for vegetarians

Ordered masala dosa and paper dosa..They re-heated the dosa and served to us.. They took our bisleri water bottle and poured that water to other customers when we went to wash our hand. Very very bad hotel and non hygienic.

The food is tasty. But the rates are too high for a common man. A plate of pongal and vada costs 60 rs. Such pricing is extorting from customers.

Unhygienic and poor service. Rates are equal as compared to other high class hotels but the ambience and the atmosphere is poor. They accept card and cash but no wallets.

Reasonable price. Near to Anna park. Good taste. Korma was very spicy, it is advisable to inform them how much spive you prefer while ordering food else by default it is too spicy. We had Capathi with Korma and jeera rice. Jeera rice was served with raita, it was tasty. It tastes like homemade food.

Good place for south Indian breakfast like idly, dosa. Pongal didnt taste like Pongal at all. Its avoidable. Masala dosa, onion dosa are good. Chutney & Sambhar provided with dosa/idly needs improvement. Service is very fast. The waitress here is very dedicated at her work. Ambiance is not that great. There is outside seating also.

Looking for a decently priced breakfast place in Yercaud? This is one of them. The dosas and idlis were tasty, and the coffee was good, as is the case with almost all restaurants in Tamil Nadu. This place is also augmented with the view of the lake, and feels very peaceful.

Amazing lake view, pretty spacious place with tasty prize , and reasonable price with friendly assist, this one is a must if you are vegetarian and if you are in yeracud.

This place is inside a theatre compound, has no flashy board and one might miss it (esp at night) even though its on the main road.Other than the Saravana Bhavan Elite, this is another option if youre looking for a veg only restaurant. The food here has good taste and is relatively cheaper than Saravana Bhavan. The staff are courteous and speak broken English which helps those who dont know Tamil.Among the two, I would prefer this.
