Very nice, kind and courteous staff. They do provide electric charging 15amp socket point for your electrical vehicle as well.The food in the restaurant here is good and tasty. The rooms are clean and sanitized, we could smell the sanitized room as soon as we entered. They also arranged camp fire with songs. Ample parking space as well. I highly recommend.

Overall very good experience staying in SS silver oaks resort. Stay was very pleasant, rooms are neat, staffs were very polite. Especially food was really good, even the morning complementary breakfast was also good. Receptionist Alex is a very friendly person, who took care of everything from check-in till check-out, also guided us for local routes which was amazing. Thanks to the whole team and the management. Requesting to keep up the good work.

The service extended by the staff is really excelent and I must particularly mention about one Mr. Alex the manager is really cordial, friendly and an asset to the property.But I may fail if I dont mention about the minus points of the restaurant. Its really unworthy because a good restaurant requires the best ambience and service, which is totally lacking in your restaurant because the eating area is absolutly cramped and cannot occupy freely even 5 to 6 persons at a time and the food ordered are supplied at an unexplainable slow speed. Though the quality of food is good if the main criteria of ambience , atmosphere, and quick supply is not achieved you can never win the hearts of your Guests. So if you want me to recommend my friends and for my ownself to return to your RESORT you must show interest in all the above minus points I mentioned.I recommend your restaurnat staff to view atleast once the TV programme given by the grand Chef Mr. Ramssay in his 24 hours to change a restaurant to be a successful one.So please concentrate on your restaurant first because it will spoil the best services provided by your RESORT Staff. Let them not loose their credit.

I had a wonderful experience at the Silver Oaks. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help! They are very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Front desk staff(Alexander) is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The owner was very helpful, the way they treated us made us to feel more like a home. We had a great time at Sillver oaks.

Overall a pleasent stay, rooms were clean, they also arranged campfire with music. Their front office manager Mr.Alex was very welcoming, he helped us with local tour places..It was totally worthy.

Food was awesome. Neat rooms. Food is not that costly. Breakfast was free and unlimited. There might be a small delay in getting the things you asked for. But you will get it. Car parking space was there.

Very kind and courteous behaviour ever since first enquiry. We booked standard rooms. Rates were reasonable and the rooms were neat and safe. They have a parking for around 6-7 cars. They have a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I think it is one of the safest/good choice among all the other resorts/restaurants in Yercaud. Food was very good and worthy of the price. Special mention to Alex who co-ordinated our stay and provided a good plan for sightseeing too. Great experience overall

Pros:This is the Lovely place to stay and explore Yercaud. Food and hospitality was awsome.Cons:The room rent is not worthy during session times.The resort management should see through the rooms necessary things are there before the arrival of the guests.Need to add non veg food item to the complementary breakfast as well.

Stunning property of beautifully maintained grounds in a pleasant location. We opted for the villa property and Our rooms were very spacious and a particular plus point was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The sit-out in the balcony is awestruck! The staff went out of their way to accommodate. They were courteous, friendly, always at hand with a ready smile. As was mentioned by many of them, they treat their guests as if they were family. The restaurants served the most delicious range of foods. The 24/7 restaurant covered everything. The cuisine was just so wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and any special requests were welcomed. We had the most relaxing stay and There’s nothing that I didn’t love about this beautiful hotel. Very much looking forward to returning!

Nice and comfortable place to stay in and enjoy....The property is just one year old...Everything was satisfactory...They even have a restaurant named SPICE RESTAURANT in which all the foods were tasty and the prices were also moderate...They prepare all dishes at that time freshly and provide us...All the staffs in the resort including Receptionist,Manager and the chef were very friendly and courteous .....And were available round the clock to serve us....Resort is situated around 2kms from the lake...I recommend this for People who prefer to stay in a pleasant location.Concluding it as A PERFECT STAY WITH REASONABLE TARIFF with PERFECT AMENITIES...Even in our next visit we will surely accommodate in this resort only....Thank you for made us mark our evergreen memories there....

We took individual villa for five members. The rooms was very clean and the ambience was nice. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They provided campfire and music system. And food was really good. We really enjoyed and It was a wonderful and memorable stay. Thank you.

Its a new and awesome property which is around 2km far from the centre(away from all crowds). The hospitality was awesome. Food was awesome. I went with my family they prepared food as per our preference. In-charge Alexa was really helpful, he gave complete insight of yercaurd food, places and things to buy. He gave a day plan to visit with the timings. Worth for money.

Ferry pic with the resort is not correct. It is more of a hotel than a resort. Property is small and dont have anything to be called as resort. Food taste was okay, but very slow and poor service. All chicken items that we ordered had only bones, no meaty piece. Bathroom towels were super dirty.

Good place to stay and affordable for families, couples and troops. Little outer, but neat and fresh. It was recently built. Dont miss the restaurant. Their Dosa and Pongal are soo good. Reach the hotel before 6.00pm as it is not safe to roam after 6.00pm.

Very nice ambiance. The staff also very helpful. Alex, the manager is very responsive and cordial. Rooms are new and clean. Bathroom is fitted with facilities like water heater. The place is newly built and they really care for customer satisfaction. We requested to build a camp fire in the evening and when we came back from our visits in the evening to our surprise Mr. Alex has arranged one. They have a small restaurant here and the food is really nice. Some items in the menu were unavailable but the food is really tasty and reasonably priced. We liked our stay here and I would recommend to all.

A bunch of 12 guys we reached at early morning 5 and requested for breakfast as we did not find any hotel for food during our night travel as we suddenly decided from pondy and started at 10pm from home, within 20 mins our breakfast was ready other than that the rooms were clean and tidy. We got everything we asked for... Like we played cricket, shuttle , carrom , chess they had everything we asked for ... Highlight : live bbq 😍

A Good place for one night stay

First of all it was a new property. It was situated in Pagoda point road. Room was good and they had arranged a campfire in the night. It has a in built restaurant. Overall the stay and service was awesome. Parking facilities was available inside the hotel compound.
