Good range, but prices are high. U need to check market price and tell. They will Mach it with online prices also. So u need to bargain.

While they give good price in the market, but customer service after purchase like installation is not satisfactory. They make wrong promises to customers.

I bought a refrigerator on the 4th of this month. The customer service is below average at payment it was not at all friendly it sounded like buy or leave here, apart from the sales guy doing his job. Another point is ..there is only one vehicle to deliver and that was too far from the city limits and I was told that the delivery will be done after 2pm I could not leave my unit there after seeing how the refrigerator are being pulled down from the third floor via steps that too one person dragging along the stairs to down stairs. I booked my own transportation. I was promised that I will recieve a call from service guys in a couple of days to check the installation I hope that the guarantee will be signed and stamped at the same time which is not shared with me at the point of payment. Today is the 10th neither I received any call or a technician attend as promised to check installation. Customer is handled so recklessly.

TVs Refrigerator s, Washing machine.. etc like all equipment s are available here, door delivery if free for your purchased product. Only thing is delivery and installation will be done in next working day. Other than everything is fine.

The total management is a failure..they dont know even the functions of the appliances they have, they dont know to talk in proper English tat is understandable . The manager of the store MOHAN itself doesnt have no sense of talking to to their customers..they underestimate the customers buying capacity and talk too rude and behave too differently after they get the money...they hav no track of their delivery...n the delivery was sooo later. I suggest u never go there n bombard ur self-esteem.

The way they treat the customers is way too horrible. Too horrible behaviour. They underestimate the paying capacity of the customers. The manager of the store Mohan (I guess ) was so rude wen we wanted to buy a bigger tv. He was underestimating and saying we aren’t capable of buying a bigger screen. Such managements are unfit to be in the sales department. A kind request not to visit any of their branches , especially the dimond park branch.

We had purchased a #Samsung A/C on 17th March 2018 from #GreatEasternAppliances Store located at Diamond Road, Vizag. The bill given to us was of Vijayawada and there was no contact number mentioned to call and follow up. Looked for the #Kolkata number which is the Head Office to get the Dealership Number but to my surprise the numbers mentioned in their website was unavailable. The delivery happened at 2130hrs on Monday. We were told that installation will happen on Tuesday for which only the installation charges of ₹ 499/- is applicable and not a single penny more. Tuesday the service boys arrive and ask for ₹850/- for the stand which is not a part of the purchase (company #Metplus, the amount on the box reads ₹599/- incl all taxes manufactured by #Velma Industries, Secunderabad, Telangana) and ₹70/- for the plug top. Point is why are there is a communication gap between the company and dealers AND why the customer is not informed everything in detail. If I didnt have liquid cash at home I had to run to an ATM leaving the house to the service boys as my husband and I live alone also we both are working so taking leave for all this work is next to impossible. Very bad and disappointing experience. Unprofessional to be precise. Cheat

A large electrical appliance shop in Visakhapatnam.In this three storey building one floor total very large refrigerators (worth about 60 thousand to 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees) were displayed for us to choose from around 50, 60.We picked up the washing machine on Ugadi.Had to work very hard to make a choice.Such a good range.Patiently told us all the details and showed up.
