I knew about Pema from my manager & I noticed most of their customers knew this place by the word of mouth.Very professional & high class resort in India, very clean & staff are very friendly.I was amazed by the organization of daily schedules, treatments & massages, yoga sessions, and many more.I went once & already miss it and would plan to revisit asap.

Nice place to enjoy

The staff and facilities at Pema exceeded all of my expectations. I came from Canada for a detox and to recharge myself after some health And life stress issues. The Treatments were fantastic (massages, physio, acupuncture and more) as was the service from the doctors to the therapists to the chef and wait staff. Daily yoga, walking and aquasize made me feel energized again. The location was serene and the food was incredible...:gourmet, beautiful, healing, healthy food. The accommodations were excellent at all levels. I would highly recommend Pema!

The view is mind blowing! Sea and hill view can just take you to another world. Best place for rejuvenation and detoxification. All the rooms are sea facing. Need reservations. Without reservation entry is restricted. Place is well maintained.

Hello everyone, please take this issue seriously as what I am writing is 100 percent genuine and I can provide you recorded conversation if contacted personally.Pema wellness is not a 5 star wellness spa, its a 1 star category lodge with no business ethics and staff with no clue whatsoever. I made a reservation for my family for 11 nights and when I booked I was provided a cancellation policy, according to which I did cancel the reservation before hand which incured a nominal penalty which I agree is normal, when asked to cancel first I was told you cant cancel you can only re-book,then they agreed for cancellation as per the policy after 5 days of argument over the phone but then the refund would take 15-20 days and the funny thing is everyone from manager, accountants and reception staff have to ask the management for every question I raise as to why does it take 20 days for refund or why cant you cancel my booking if I am ready to pay cancellation charge. They do not have any answer apart from will speak to the management and revert ,after a weeks time I got my refund deducting the cancellation charges,plz do not book as per my knowledge they are not financially a strong organisation and only rely on the advance payment we all make,no wonder it takes this long for refund as they somehow made arrangements and made a refund after heated arguments over the phone for a week.basically they tried every possible way not to give a refund first,but after showing their own policy and telling them to take them to court they agreed for refund and the 15-20 days for refund is a joke in this electronic age.Khilan

The entire resort was having therapeutic aroma, ambiance is good, one can get guidance regarding general health and diet plan for the days one stays, water yoga is available, gym with instructors are provided, library and restaurant is available, a separate floor for massage treatments are available, what attracted me is the view of vizag from the hill.
