Worst experience. I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. The problems I faced:1. I am travelling with my wife and with prior booking also they offered me a room having 2 single beds.2. Housekeeping is very poor. No proper sanitisation is done in the room.3. Electricity is getting off again and again. Also the AC is not working properly. At midnight 12 I called the electrician to fix the AC.Green Park team really need to cope up with the service levels in this cut throat competitive environment. I would not suggest someone to stay here as of now. Poor experience.

Its a very cozy hotel with quite a few of restaurants. Food is very good and in mid range to high. Ample parking available.

Sanitization is good Room is spacious. Hot water is not coming I our room .. they tried to fix it but failed to fix it in our 1 days stay time. So for that reason we happened to forcibly bath with cold water . And food at the restaurant is at high price . better have it ordered from swiggy outside. Last one about breakfast is good but very limited items . they are charging extra if room with breakfast but it isnt up to the mark i expected

I would have definitely given 5 stars. If the service would be same as last time when I have visited. I have rebooked it just because I liked it. But this time they have completely dissapointed me. Whatever we ask for in-room they used to.take hell lot of time to being it. Everytime we had to call them twice or thrice to check if they are bringing what we have asked for. Yesterday for dinner we have waited almost 1 nd half hour to get food but while ordering they said it will take 35 min. Otherwise we would have ordered it from outside itself. And after a long wait the food which came to us became cold except the curry.

I visited this restaurant couple of days back and the food was pathetic. They were serving as if we are getting it for free. Stale sweets,the toppings for ice creams were not fresh. Seems like no one touched that for many months.Coming to main course, apart from Biryani,nothing was good. Taste was pathetic. Variety went for a toss.Overall Rating - 1. I paid 1700 for that food and service. All my money wasted.This used to be one of the best in taste and service.

Being a 4 star hotel it lacks the service quality. I visited restaurant, Ambience is good but I could see only two people serving the food and one taking the orders. Either this is because of staff shortage or dont care attitude of the hotel. In which ever way its a bad experience for me with green park

The food is stale. My brother and I had biryani at Tulips restaurant on October 2, 2021. Both my brother and I have developed food poisioning after eating the biryani. My mother did not eat biryani, she was fine. I wonder how come such a big hotel serve stale food. Lesson learnt - In India, we cannot trust even such big hotels to serve hygenic food.

Buffet is average. Starters are satisfying but the main course was pathetic. Service is not upto the mark..Not recommended

A well settle hotel with spacious rooms. The room service was great. You may enjoy the complementary snacks and drink. A special thanks for packed breakfast at early morning.

Worst experience ever. Reached the hotel by 8:40 pm, was given table at 9:35 pm and was served food around 10:10pm. We have to literally ask the waiters to serve the food even after the food is bought to our table. If you guys are literally hungry then not the place you are looking for. You will loose all your patience to eat the good food. Please dont visit

Worst experience I had...We planned for a birthday party, and tried to pre-book a table at r&g. The reception guy told, that they open at 1930 and cant pre-book but told to walk in... we walked in at 2010 hrs. Made to wait till 2050 and told they can offer a table after 1 hr as all the tables are reserved.. thats a face palm moment for us, who called up on guests for a nice evening dinner....the front desk guy of r&g gives such irresponsible answers, he will surely make dis hotel earn few more poor reviews....

I booked a room for a meeting. The room was stinking with stained tables chairs and worst upholstery. Even the banquet sales are not bothered to check when charging a hefty money...very poor old property. They call as board rooom but it is like a KG class room with make shift arrangements. Do not waste your money. I do not want to upload the photos. Very poor attitude and service.

This is about the Tulips restaurant and not green park hotel stay.A very nice parking and entrance to the restaurant via the hotel.No free table when we reached. The staff didnt care or assure us how long it will take but just said it was busy. They didnt know when some table would be available. After reading that it serves good biryani I went there but was not pleased with the biryani. All it had was the taste of chilli but not the depth of the masalas. They forgot to serve the salad on the side and had finished half the biryani by then. The drink ordered, was never served. Also ordered Butter chicken. They served something else as it wasnt butter chicken. The curry was sour a bit and the had fengreek (methi) in it. Further the chicken was very rubber texture.The seating is alright, some staff are respectful while others are lazy, especillay the manager (on duty on 27th sep night 9:45 pm) who wouldnt even the go the mile he needs to.. forget the extra mile. Over all chaotic restaurant serving food that may or may not be served and might taste nothing like you expected.

Worst place..... Never try to visit worst service in tulip hotel on green park, room maintaince was worst, allways bad odours ...... Behaviour of staff was worst... Rash behaviour...... If you need best experience choose some other hotels instead of green park

I went to Greenpark after so long.. its definitely the most loved place in the city... I went to dine with my family to R&G for buffet... The starters are so delicious especially grilled prawns... They specially made us chilly chicken and Mutton which I loved the most... The buffet spread is also amazing... The desserts are cherry on the icing.. The hospitality is also too good... Would love to visit again

I have been green park for more than. 2 decades now. Property is well maintained. Staff continue to be courteous. Amazing how they maintain consistency for such a long time. Food was good and the ambiance excellent. Presumably they had sanitized the rooms which were excellent as usual.

Hotel room and service are good,specially breakfast and location is also near from R k beach(1.5km). few things should be improve1. atleast provide 1 sleepers at room. 2. pls do recharge ur tv so that we can C atleast common channels.

Needs a lot of improvement, food is okay. Rooms are okay aswell. Earlier are those days where we used to go a lot for midnight biryani. Long lost fame for this once upon a time 3 star hotel, now it needs too much of attention from the owners to survive in this rapid pace market evolution.

Rates are high and main course not good. However starters and desserts are well maintained.

I booked for one room for an overnight stay on 19th october,2020. air conditioner wasnt working for the room allotted after checked in to hotel at 9pm. We informed reception that AC is not working at 10.30 pm and they sent a technician who consumed around 20mins of time for repairing it in front of us as guests. Technician confirmed that AC has started working and left the room. We wake up in middle of night at 4am to the sweat we have on us, AC wasnt working again and reception guys offered to send a technician again. finally at 5am they got convinced to change the room to a different floor. Between 4am to 5am, we had to call 5 times to repair AC or atleast send a table fan to room. it was astonishing that, gren park didnt even had a table fan to send into a room in the event of AC repair. FInally, after numerous calls, they offered to change the room at 5 am but it was too late as we had to check out at 9am next morning. We only booked hotel to stay overnight as we were travelling on business purpose.I would say it was a torturous experience due to bad hotel management and hospitality provided by hotel.

I tasted haleem last time and it was worst haleem preparation. At least this time please provide best authentic haleem. Your seems to be not good in making authentic Hyderabadi haleem.
