I visited today expecting the old quality food that they used to serve. Now the quality is worse than a little vendor selling on the street. Utter rubbish. The hotel is under renovation and they have shifted to redfox so I double verified it with the staff if the hotel is Manorama. They did confirm it. My humble request is dont sell things you dont know to cook. And even if you want to sell, dont sell it at the exorbitant rates that you charge in the name of a good hotel. Never eating here again.

The one star less is for the fact that the entire hotel was under renovation and hence, couldnt enjoy the others facilities that we were supposed to get.Superb hospitality, awesome food,spacious rooms with state of the art decor... including the bathrooms, prime location, huge parking space with round the ⏰ ck security.

There are multiple restaurants inside this place but none of them are good.Ordered Palak Rolls in one restaurant and more than half of it was just crumble.Had Veg Biryani in another restaurant and its bad. Also, the staff gave me a pure vegetarian menu but non vegetarian food too was served there. Disappointed!

I am hard core fan of Manorama Restaurent for meal for more than 30 years. Whenever we go to Vijayawada we will have veg meals. Sunday 21st feb 21 we went there and they informed that restaurent is moved to Red Fox due to renovation. We 10 people had Veg Thali. I am sorry to say it is the worst Thali I had in my 60 years of age. We all had stomach problem with vomitings. And service is worst.

It was just a ok stay!Beds were really comfy!But the windows were broken and the bathroom is the worst!The whole hotel is quiet dirty due to renovations....The best part of our stay was just the comfy beds!

Place has gone down on quality, ambience, service......blame it on pandemic or something else but the quality of food was worst for the price they charge. Ordered tomato curry along with kadai veg and Pulkas....it took a good 30mins to serve and tomato curry was like a soup running all around the plate.....utterly disappointed.

Every time, i come to vijayawada, i stay in Hotel Manorama, for its neatness, hospitality. But this time its just horrible. Forget about construction work, the service is more awful.. The brand name what is there to Manorama, may be lost this time.. I request the management to improve at all levels.. i sat in the dining where some one had their dinner.. it took more than half an hour to clean the table..

I chose this hotel based on reviews but felt very sorry for the following1. The room door after locking when pushed opens2. AC remote / TV remote not working3. All taps profusely leaking4. Lot of stains and dirt in bath roomsPeople get in to different reaction mode if any amenity is demandedWith great difficulty got the room changes but even that was not upto the mark .Even for cleaning of room we need to call and follow upOnly positive is food is good and the greetings they offer when entering the hotel

The famed Hotel Manorama is under renovation when I visited on 5th Nov for dinner. Absolutely nothing worthwhile was available to order, unsure why they had to keep it open for customers to walk-in. The waiter adv to order either tiffins(restricted to idly only) or order chicken biryani - took exactly 40mins for it to arrive, and guess what - the chicken is partially cooked and smells raw. The reason given is Kitchen is closed and they had to get it from the next building. The dining area in infested with mosquitoes, if youre wearing shorts or without shoes - then all the best.

The worst place to go,1.they dont receive properly when we enter.2. We have to all ways searching for waiter and manager. They dont come fast after calling 2 or 3 times also.3. Its too spicy and only suites, roadside eaters.4. Taste is also just average.5. If we ask for normal water not packed they dont serve us water at all.6. Even for paying the bill we have to wait for 15 mins.I went in not peak time, its not overcrowded, and I am writing this post after one week, I am not angry I am disappointed that I wasted my health and money.Please go after consulting someone who recently tasted there.

I had a visit to the hotel for lunch..The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasing for eyes...In lunch we had south Indian meals, the meals had different items in it ranging from poori, phulihora, junnu (South Indian sweet), different Currys according to the season of vegetables..The cost of kids meals is different from main meals..Main meals 190rs.Kids meals 130rs.(Note:- there is no difference of item in meals for kids and adults)The restaurant is divided into different sections by partition..Different section for bar and restaurant is present..Parking area is also present, which is very spacious..I recommend all for visiting this place for lunch and dinner once..The cost of different items in menu is from moderate to high..

Meals taste is not as per the Vijayawada standards.. It is supposed to be far better than most restaurants, but dal and curries are no where near to the taste of Vijayawada reputation.. Cleanliness and Professionalism are good.

No toiletries and the room stinks like a haunted place. Ac provides a new stink which can suffocate people to death. The complementary water provided by them are contaminated. Anything can fall and break your head. Not worth a penny the hotel management loots thousands of money. DONT EVER VISIT!!

Room Service is Good

The food is very testy. Service is very fast and staf is very well for conversation and the food made by very professional safe. Their are also get south Indian food and north Indian food. Test is amazing for both. Wetter service is very good. All Watters are talk very genies. Reception services are amazing. We get drinks their. Customers get bill with gst. All over manorama is best place to eat dinner and lunch at vijaywada. It is open in afternoon also. All electric equipment are working properly. We can book it for any private party, birthday and some family functions we can arrange their.

Very old hotel. Dirty lounge. Poor service. No hair dryer, slippers, kettle and dirty towels. 50 PAISE Shampoo packs, 10 gram soaps. No comb, tooth brush and razer provided in rooms. Horrible experience. Not to fit for gentlemen stay. Buffet breakfast is like free food distribution on streets. They have not bothered to replenish the items even on demand. If you reach the dining hall after one hour, you will find many emptied dishes on the servery. Even you demand, you would not get any response from the hotel people. Fruit is water milan, sweet is rawa kesari. Terrible to eat. Bread toast is pre cooked early in the morning.

Mmm yummy biryani. Loved it. They have a wide range food items on their menu, But not in their kitchen. Only two biryanis and roti are available. Polite and friendly service made us to stay back. We had the best biryani. Wish you all the best.

This is located nearer to Railway station and bus station. Ambiance of rooms are okay.There is banquet hall for function and meetings. Two restaurants are available. One is vegetarian and other is non vegetarian. I am frequent visitor for vegetarian restaurant and taste is good.

I had a very bad experience. I went vth family of 15 ppl for lunch with prior calling and asked about food availability at 2.30pm . They said ok. After reaching, they made us wait for 1 hour and allocated table. Ac machine in the middle of hall stopped functioning and water leaked out of it, it was such a mess. Food was served but few items were not available. It was no where worthy of 200/- per meal and taxes. I would have choose Perayya mess, just for ambience I chose this.

The hotel is badly in need of renovation. It has been there since late 1960s. Stayed there for 48 hours - 2nights. We changed our room within the first 2 hours. Following are my commens.1. The bathrooms are in terrible condition. The plumbing needs to be replaced badly. You cannot wash your hands without wetting half the bathroom. Everywhere there is s leak.2. Hot water supply is terrible. Starts only around 6.30am regardless of round the clock claims. You waste atleast 5 buckets before like warm water comes.3. Restaurant service is bad. We asked for a spoon and we were told to take it from next table!! Everything takes more time than they tell you. Bfast the menu items on the buffet kept on arriving fro 7.30 to 8.30am.4. The furniture in the room is broken, damaged and badly in need of reconditioning.5. Biggest problem is that none in the entire establishment care about the guests. Very high level of indifference.I wanted to post photos but then decided against it.The one good thing about the hotel is that the food in 1968 restaurant is good indian food. At least the items that were available!!When asked about snack items we were informed that we should not expect to get all the items on menu !! LoLON THE WHOLE I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. DO NOT BE MISLED BY PHOTOS.IT IS SAD THAT A HOTEL THAT HAS BEEN AROUND 50 YEARS HAS BEEN RUINED LIKE THIS.IT COULD EASILY BE THE TOP HOTEL IN VIJAYAWADA.

For me, if its hotel stay in Vijayawada, it has to be at Hotel Manorama. I have been a customer of this hotel for almost more than 10 years, probably from 2005, if i remember the year correctly. Vijayawada almost has mushrooming hotels all over the city in the last few years and i didnt even want to try another hotel despite luring offers these days on hotel comparison websites. Its all because of the customer friendly standards they maintain.Keep up the great standards, hotel Manorama.

We came here for dinner. Food was hot and tasty. Quantity and quality were good and satisfactory. Hotel was located in the heart of the city and was a well known landmark in Vijayawada since more than five decades. Service was curteous and prompt.

Hotel Manorama is about 100 mts from old bus stand and about few KMS from railway station. If coming in night dont expect this hotel to stand out as it doesnt have neon signs. Preferably use Google maps to find your path. It does have parking in front, though its limited. Once you enter hotel reception is just ok , again dont expect a grandeur reception . So coming to point straight - its the legacy which they have, not the quality - well known place in Vijayawada, and with long history. Nice thing is they have 24hr check-in and not 12pm-12pm/11am type check-in. So you can come anytime and checkout counter begin from there. Once you take room and enter , just be ready for a damp smell, of which you may not be used too if coming from metropolitan hotels . You can see cockroach in bathroom , fittings are of same era as of hotel. However one thing you can rest assured is food and bed . Room over all is ohk and comfortable. Same is food which is nice, though carry cash as they dont accept cards for food. Also you do get a complimentary breakfast, just you need to collect complimentary coupon from reception. And in dinning area you can see ancient cookware they used in 1968. Over all ok stay and would rate food a bit decent .

One of the Best Elite Visiting place in Vijayawada. Very Grand look for Boarding along with multi cusin restaurant. Also Bar facilities providing here.Good place for families as well as groups and parties. Official meets and events.Pleasent atmoshpere and parking facility is also good. Overall it is one of the better options in vijayawada. Also it is close enough to both railway station and bus stand, so transport is also a good peching to this place.

This is a hotel I would trust to stay..Panorama hotel is not only a hotel but it is a brand..Im very familiar with this hotel..It have comfortable accommodation for single or double or multiple persons who want to stay here .And also price of rent is so reasonable here.Most importantly I like the restaurant which is in doen floor..Here Masala dosa is most delicious food for breakfast..And coffee also is tasty..If you eat lunch here..Its also good in a reasonable price..The most important thing is that from here Bus station is hardly half km..And railway station is 1 km..City bus stop is in a 50 meters range from here..Shopping malls and centers are nearer in a radius of 2 km .And cinema theaters are also nearer to the hotel..In a word I like to say..I love Panorama Hotel.

Loved my stay with them, good staff and management. Although not much variety to offer on the menu , the food was good. I would recommend to have the Tiffins and the manorama special thali. Situated in close proximity of the bus station makes it the first option for many. The rooms were too good at this price. affordable for any middle class family. Overall a good experience.

Worst hotel/restaurant. Did not expect this for the looks of the restaurant. Really worst.We were hungry in night and ordered chapati. He literally brought dry chapati (ఎండు రొట్టె). 😳Pooris aloo curry was also smelling and felt stale.Dont know how this restaurant is running its business. I guess food inspection is needed seriously.

I am staying here today.Intercom not working. No response inspite of complaining repeatedly.No tv.Tata sky message is shown as subscription to be renewed.I stayed about 7 years back. Then it was a Good hotel. But now it seems no body cares for guests.

I visited this hotel during my short stay at Vijayawada.. Though the hotel looks great from outside, this is mostly one of the oldest luxury hotel. It looks like aged 5star hotel.Room are very spacious but looks bit old. Price is reasonable starting from approx 2500. Food is good.

I was for my friends party and the fourth floor function hall was not so great to look, but okay. Ac was good. Food wise not so pleased as the rasmalai taste was average and the paneer curry was with more salty as it seems they wanted to preserve the afternoon cooked curry by adding more salt. Good parking facility. Hospitality was good.

One of the trusted hotel in Vijayawada during a decade. But I can say it will reach your expectations in the recent days we got much more luxury hotel than Manorama. It is upto your budget and convince.

Worst service...Management is bad...Awful

Ive been there to attend a seminar that was held at the banquet hall in cellar. The A.cs werent working and we started suffocating.. and inspite of complaining to the management as well as the event organisers, they couldnt do anything but just brought 2 pedestrial fans for a population of 300 people... And when we switch them on, the speaker isnt audible... We finally had to switch off the fans and had to bear that sweat to hear to the seminar.. And here comes the horrible maintenance next. The washroom for gents are horrible, despite of being placed very next to the reception. The commodes started to overflow and the place became stinky.. Seriously , I would never suggest anyone to that hotel for seminars or any other gatherings.. P.s. I havent seen the rooms and hence Im not commenting anything on those.
