It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and took good care. When we said we are traveling with a baby of 9 months. They made food for her to feed while traveling too. I felt really happy with their kind gesture. All thanks to restaurant staff and manager.

Nice Hotel, Nice food. Executive rooms are pretty good , clean and sanitization done as well while entering.Nearby many shops are there so youbcan go for shopinng anytime.Nice simming pool view on roof top, was trvelled on rainy season and missed enjoying the swimming pool.

While me and my family were initially skeptical to spend a holiday in the small town of Vijayawada, it turned out to be one of the best city getaways. Also did not know that Vijayawada had so much to offer historically and mythological too. Trust the hotel needs to have the posters across the walks and corridors. Our early check in was honored and the Gateway suite brought smiles to the entire family. My son was always kept happy getting his favourite strawberry milkshake at breakfast and in the room at times. We got complimentary local snacks and delicacies in the room on all days. The Andhra meal that we had on the 3 lunches we had was just awesome. The quality, taste and quantity was 4 stars.

Stayed recently for one night. Comfortable stay. Staff are very service oriented. Vamsi from front office and Sanjib from F&B and Vijay from Sales were very hospitable. Housekeeping staff were super quick in attending to requests. Overall a very nice, peaceful and comfortable stay. Had an opportunity to stay in their recently refurbished rooms. The rooms are quite spacious. However the AC control in the room seemed a little difficult (for me )to use and operate. Luckily the room had a ceiling fan, which definitely help cool the room faster.Bathroom felt small, but the remaining area of the room was very very spacious. Beds were supremely comfortable and the rooms and rest of the areas are impeccably and very visibly clean.

Very courteous staff especially in the restaurant. Food is very good. Well kept rooms. Bed linen has to be much better. It looks very old. Highly satisfied.

Great place to have meetings and conferences. First time visited this place for a conference. The conference hall was good and have enough resources for a great conference. Top of the hotel at 7th floor swimming pool is available and various other facilities are also available. The food was also good but little bit disappointed for the taste.

Ambiance is not up to the mark. It lost its glory

Its one of the best Hotel in Vijayawada. Courteous staff, neat and clean lobby, located on MG road of Vijayawada the centre of of the city. Rooms are quite spacious, washroom is good, centrally air conditioned rooms. Sometimes you may feel need for more cooling. Their food is the very good and offer South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and continental food. Good for both business and leisure stay

Thanks for giving me a wonderful experience. Few things, during pandemic the arrangement was quite praiseworthy. The staffs had maintained a no touch check in. The food was also arranged at the door step.And my special needs were also taken care.Finally, the staffs had been very cordial and cooperative.

Seems like they give preferential treatment to the customer based on their looks and cloths .. we stayed there for a night and got a very bad room. There are some workers working in the 3rd floor and you can hear the sound coming to your room. 2nd, they dont have option to turn off all the lights. Food is too costly and its its not worth the money you pay.

Its an excellent hotel. We had our sisters wedding there. Very neat and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. The food is delicious. They also have gym , swimming. It is the best hotel in Vijayawada. Housekeeping and maintenance is very good.

We had booked 3 rooms and 2 of them had problems. One rooms bell wasnt working and another room didnt have a full mirror cum sliding cupboard. These were the only issues we faced. The breakfast was good and the service was spot on.

Tired looking hotel as most of Vivantas properties now. Stained and old looking corridors. Rooms are just about ok. Fittings look and feel tired and worn out. Creaky fans, below par air conditioning. Breakfast had very limited options and things off the live counter takes ages to arrive.However, the hospitality shown by the employees is top notch, as in most Taj properties. 5/5 stars for service. 2/5 for everything else.
