Took a brand new iPhone 11. But after opening the device we realised there is a scratch on the screen, we have shocked to see that. Immediately the staff helped us with the replacement but it took us an entire day to process. Still, we are in shock at the fact of finding a defect on a brand new iPhone in a store.

Aptronix is a premium reseller of all kinds of Apple products and accessories to apple products. They do not provide service or repair at this store. If you want to buy Apple devices at best prices, this is it.

Maybe sales people are a bit lazy not attentive. Insurance to mobile is almost costs a smart phone here but they said that they support a standby mobile whenever problem arises with tge new one. Theyve opened the mobile, explain about mobile and transferred the data from old mobile to new mobile everything done in minutes. Accessories are not up to the mark and too costly. Finally regarding insurance one of the sales person said that you can take an insurance in 2 to 4 days after purchase, but I came to know that insurance company dont accepts this at the time of claim, they uses to check the activation date of mobile. Because of his advise Im using mobile without insurance.

My phone was locked for some reason and I went to Aptronix in vijayawada to sort out the issue, and I had very weird reply saying that they are not doing services for i phone 4 or 4s. Their priority is only for i phone 5 and the advanced models which was not at all fare.Later I visited Conquer technologies opposite to Fortune Park hotel gate and i met with a very good and humble person, and my phone problem was sorted out within a few minutes. She is very sincere, honest, hard working and she know how to handle the customers problem. I will say she is an good asset to the organisation.I will not recommend Aptronix to anyone in VijayawadaEven 1 star shouldnt give for this

Counter people were very helpful. Went there to buy an adaptor for my MacBook Air new charger. The counter people with their sharp eyes found a stapler pin holes up in the computer charger port which they removed. My computer was back to normal working condition with my old charger and not requiring any adaptor. Great job by Aptronix.

Very bad experience with apptronix dont ever visit this service centre inexperienced fools are working over here made me buy a new iPhone throwing away my old phone in my living room for 6 months
